General information
This manual describes the removal and installation of the pressure control valve
based on unit size XL. The work steps can also be used for other unit sizes with
pressure.
The illustrations in this manual are examples only and may differ from the unit.
Safety instructions
CAUTION
Sharp edges on the housing
Risk of cuts on the housing when working in the unit.
Wear protective gloves.
NOTICE
The pan lid must be closed for both removal and installation.
nClose the pan lid before you disconnect the power supply.

Removing the maintenance cover
aThe unit is disconnected from the power.

aThe pan lid is closed.
1. Remove the two screws on the top of the maintenance cover.
2. Lift the lid (1) and pull it backwards (2).

>> The maintenance cover has been removed.
Removing the pressure control valve
1. Remove the metal securing bracket from the connection.

2. Open the hose clamp with a pair of pliers.
3. Push the hose clamp back on the hose and pull the hose off.

4. Open the screw on the metal bracket with a hexalobular screwdriver.

5. Unhook the metal bracket from the support slot and turn it aside.

6. Pull the pressure control valve out of the plastic tube.
7. Remove the pressure control valve and loosen the plug connection.

8. Remove the earth cable with a hexalobular screwdriver.
>> The pressure control valve has been removed.
Installing the pressure control valve
1. Proceed in reverse order to the step Removing the pressure control valve .
Closing the maintenance cover
1. Close the maintenance cover. Make sure that all metal clips point inwards
when you close the maintenance cover.
2. Tighten the 2 screws.
>> The maintenance cover is closed.

Allgemeine Informationen
Diese Anleitung beschreibt den Ausbau und Einbau des Drucksteuerungsventils
anhand der Gerätegröße XL. Die Arbeitsschritte sind auch für andere Gerätegrö-
ßen mit Druck anwendbar.
Die Abbildungen dieser Anleitung sind beispielhaft und können vom Gerät ab-
weichen.
Sicherheitshinweise
VORSICHT
Scharfe Kanten am Gehäuse
Schnittgefahr am Gehäuse bei Arbeiten im Gerät.
Tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe.
HINWEIS
Der Tiegeldeckel muss für den Ausbau und Einbau geschlossen sein.
nSchließen Sie den Tiegeldeckel, bevor sie die Verbindung zur
Energieversorgung trennen.

Wartungsklappe entfernen
aDas Gerät ist spannungsfrei.
aDer Tiegeldeckel ist geschlossen.
1. Entfernen Sie die zwei Schrauben auf der Wartungsklappe des Deckels.
2. Heben Sie die Klappe an (1) und ziehen Sie sie nach hinten weg (2).

>> Die Wartungsklappe ist entfernt.
Drucksteuerungsventil ausbauen
1. Entfernen Sie den Metallsicherungsbügel vom Anschlussstutzen.

2. Öffnen Sie die Schlauchschelle mit einer Zange.
3. Schieben Sie die Schlauchschelle auf dem Schlauch nach hinten und ziehen
Sie den Schlauch ab.

4. Öffnen Sie die Schraube vom Metallbügel mit einem Innensechsrund-
Schraubendreher.

5. Haken Sie den Metallbügel aus dem Halteschlitz und drehen sie ihn beiseite.

6. Ziehen Sie das Drucksteuerungsventil aus dem Kunststoffrohr.
7. Entnehmen Sie das Drucksteuerungsventil und lösen Sie die Steckverbin-
dung.

8. Entfernen Sie das Erdungskabel mit einem Innensechskant-Schraubendre-
her.
>> Das Drucksteuerungsventil ist ausgebaut.
Drucksteuerungsventil einbauen
1. Gehen Sie in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zum Schritt Drucksteuerungsventil
ausbauen vor.
Wartungsklappe schließen
1. Schließen Sie die Wartungsklappe. Achten Sie darauf, dass beim Schließen
der Wartungsklappe alle Metallklammern nach innen zeigen.
2. Schrauben Sie die 2 Schrauben fest.
>> Die Wartungsklappe ist geschlossen.
