Mounting the cable gland
The cable gland is required for the subsequent cable of the
energy optimisation control.
aThe unit is disconnected from the power.
aThe cable gland is ready for use.
1. Remove the rear mounting plate for the cable gland on the rear of the unit.
2. Pierce the marked perforation with a suitable tool. If this is already in use,
choose another perforation.
3. Attach the cable gland with seal and plug to the broken out position.
4. Screw the mounting plate on.
>> The cable gland is mounted.
Installing the energy optimisation board
CAUTION
Sharp edges on the housing
Risk of cuts on the housing when working in the electrical compartment.
Wear protective gloves.
NOTICE
Damage to the cable trunk and the control panel when removing the
control panel
The control panel is connected to the installation compartment by a cable
trunk.
Remove the control panel carefully in order not to damage the cable trunk.
Put down the control panel carefully and protect it against scratching.
NOTICE
Incorrect objects for opening the control panel
Do not use any sharp or pointy objects to press the control panel upwards.
This could damage the housing and gasket.

DANGER
Electric shock from incorrect connection
There is a danger to life if the wires are incorrectly connected.
Connect the wires correctly according to their colour coding.
aThe energy optimisation board mount and 6 board retaining clips are ready
for use.
aThe energy optimisation board is ready for use.
1. Open the electrical compartment, as described in the original installation
manual for the unit iVario Pro L / XL in section
6.2 Opening the electrical
compartment
.
2. Attach 2 board retaining clips to the mount. The nibs on the mount must
point upwards.
3. Place the board in the mounting slots (1) and place the board on the board
retaining clips (2).

4. Install the mount with 4 board retaining clips on the SSR carrier.
5. Insert the cables of the cable trunk W32 into the energy optimisation
board and screw them together. Use the cable ends with the shorter wire
end ferrules (8 mm).

1. Attach the cable ends with the longer wire end ferrules (12 mm). Screw the
red cable to the red wire of the contactor (1). Attach the yellow-green wire
to the yellow-green clamp (2). Attach the blue cable to the blue clamp (3).

2. Use the cable trunk W59 to connect connection X429 on the energy optim-
isation board to connection X29 on the I/O board.
3. Fix the cable trunk W59 with the main cable trunk.
4. Close the electrical compartment, as described in the original installation
manual for the units iVario Pro L / XL in section
6.7 Closing the electrical
compartment

Activating the energy optimisation option
aThe cable gland for the energy optimisation board is installed.
aThe energy optimisation board is installed.
1. Switch the unit on. Go to the service level.
2. Open the Options page under the Service settings (1).
3. To activate the energy optimisation option, press the On button (2).
4. When an option is changed, a QR code is displayed on the screen (3).
5. Scan this QR code with the TechAssistant app.
6. If the QR code has been recognised, a confirmation code will be issued in
the app. Enter this confirmation code on the unit and confirm (4).
7. Restart the unit.

Kabelverschraubung montieren
Die Kabelverschraubung wird für die spätere Leitung der
Energieoptimierungssteuerung benötigt.
aDas Gerät ist spannungsfrei.
aDie Kabelverschraubung liegt bereit.
1. Entfernen Sie die hintere Montageplatte für die Kabelverschraubung auf
der Rückseite des Gerätes.
2. Stechen Sie die markierte Perforation mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug
aus. Wenn diese bereits verwendet wird, wählen Sie eine andere Perforati-
on.
3. Bringen Sie die Kabelverschraubung mit Dichtung und Stopfen an der aus-
gebrochenen Position an.
4. Schrauben Sie die Montageplatte an.
>> Die Kabelverschraubung ist montiert.
Energieoptimierungs-Platine einbauen
VORSICHT
Scharfe Kanten am Gehäuse
Schnittgefahr am Gehäuse bei Arbeiten im Elektroraum.
Tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe.
HINWEIS
Beschädigung des Kabelstammes und der Bedienblende beim Abnehmen
der Bedienblende
Die Bedienblende ist durch einen Kabelstamm mit dem Installationsraum
verbunden.
Um den Kabelstamm nicht zu beschädigen, nehmen Sie die Bedienblende
vorsichtig ab.
Legen Sie die Bedienblende vorsichtig ab und schützen Sie diese gegen
Verkratzen.

HINWEIS
Verwendung unsachgemäßer Gegenstände zum Öffnen der Bedienblende
Verwenden Sie keine spitzen oder scharfen Gegenstände, um die
Bedienblende nach oben zu drücken. Das Gehäuse und die Dichtung können
beschädigt werden.
GEFAHR
Stromschlag durch falschen Anschluss
Wenn die Leitungsadern falsch angeschlossen werden, besteht
Lebensgefahr.
Schließen Sie die Adern entsprechend ihrer Farbcodierung korrekt an.
aDie Halterung Energieoptimierungs-Platine und 6 Platinenhalteclips liegen
bereit.
aDie Energieoptimierungs-Platine liegt bereit.
1. Öffnen Sie den Elektroraum, wie in der Original-Installationsanleitung der
Geräte iVario Pro L / XL im Kapitel
6.2 Elektroraum öffnen beschrieben.
2. Befestigen Sie 2 Platinenhalteclips auf der Halterung. Die Nasen der Halte-
rung müssen nach oben zeigen.

3. Legen Sie die Platine in die Aufnahmeschlitze ein (1) und stecken Sie die
Platine auf die Platinenhalteclips (2).

4. Montieren Sie die Halterung mit 4 Platinenhalteclips auf dem SSR-Träger.
5. Stecken Sie die Kabel des Kabelstamms W32 in die Energieoptimierungs-
Platine ein und verschrauben Sie sie. Verwenden Sie die Kabelenden mit
den kürzeren Aderendhülsen (8mm).

1. Bringen Sie die Kabelenden mit den längeren Aderendhülsen (12mm) an.
Schrauben Sie das rote Kabel an die rote Ader des Schützes an (1). Bringen
Sie das gelb-grüne Kabel an die gelb-grüne Klemme an (2). Bringen Sie das
blaue Kabel an die blaue Klemme an (3).

2. Verbinden Sie mit dem Kabelstamm W59 den Anschluss X429 auf der Ener-
gieoptimierungs-Platine mit dem Anschluss X29 auf der I/O-Platine.
3. Fixieren Sie den Kabelstamm W59 mit dem Hauptkabelstamm.
4. Schließen Sie den Elektroraum, wie in der Original-Installationsanleitung der
Geräte iVario Pro L / XL im Kapitel
6.7 Elektroraum schließen beschrieben.
>> Die Energieoptimierungs-Platine ist eingebaut.
Option Energieoptimierung aktivieren
aDie Kabelverschraubung für die Energieoptimierungs-Platine ist montiert.
aDie Energieoptimierungs-Platine ist eingebaut.
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein. Gehen Sie in die Serviceebene.
2. Öffnen Sie unter den Serviceeinstellungen die Seite Optionen (1).
3. Um die Option Energieoptimierung zu aktivieren, drücken Sie die Taste Ein
(2).
4. Wenn eine Option geändert wurde, wird ein QR-Code auf dem Bildschirm
angezeigt (3).
5. Scannen Sie diesen QR-Code mit der TechAssistant App.
6. Wenn der QR-Code erkannt wurde, wird ein Bestätigungscode in der App
ausgegeben. Geben Sie diesen Bestätigungscode am Gerät ein und bestäti-
gen Sie (4).

7. Starten Sie das Gerät neu.

Monter le presse-étoupe
Le presse-étoupe sera nécessaire pour le câble ultérieur de la
commande d'optimisation de l'énergie.
aL'appareil est hors tension.
aLe presse-étoupe est prêt à l'emploi.
1. Retirez la tôle arrière prévue pour le presse-étoupe sur la face arrière de
l'appareil.
2. Enfoncez la perforation marquée en utilisant un outil approprié. Si celle-ci
est déjà utilisée, choisissez une autre perforation.
3. Placez le presse-étoupe dans la position perforée avec le joint d'étanchéité
et le bouchon d'obturation.
4. Vissez la plaque de montage.
>> Le presse-étoupe est monté.
Monter la platine d'optimisation de l'énergie
ATTENTION
Bords tranchants sur la console
Risque de coupure sur la console lors des interventions dans le
compartiment électrique
Portez des gants de protection.
INFORMATION
Détérioration du faisceau de câbles et du tableau de commande au
moment de la dépose du tableau de commande
Le tableau de commande est relié à l'espace d'installation par un faisceau de
câbles.
Retirez le tableau de commande avec précaution pour éviter d'endommager
le faisceau de câbles.
Déposez le tableau de commande avec précaution et protégez-le des
éraflures.

INFORMATION
Utilisation d'objets inappropriés pour l'ouverture du tableau de commande
N'utilisez pas d'objets pointus ou tranchants pour appuyer sur le tableau de
commande. Cela pourrait endommager le boîtier et le joint d'étanchéité.

Choc électrique dû à un branchement incorrect
Une erreur de branchement des fils d'alimentation peut entraîner la mort.
Raccordez les fils correctement en fonction du code couleur.

aLa platine d'optimisation de l'énergie est prête à l'emploi.
1. Ouvrez le compartiment électrique conformément aux descriptions du
guide d'installation d'origine des appareils iVario Pro L / XL que vous trou-
verez au chapitre
6.2 Ouvrir le compartiment électrique .
2. Fixez les 2 clips de maintien de la platine sur le support. Les pointes du sup-
port doivent pointer vers le haut.

3. Insérez la platine dans les fentes du logement (1) et enfoncez la platine sur
les clips de maintien de la platine (2).

4. Montez le support avec 4 clips de maintien de platine sur le support des
semi-conducteurs de puissance.
5. Insérez les câbles du faisceau de câbles W32 dans la platine d'optimisation
de l'énergie et vissez-les. Utilisez les extrémités de câbles ayant les gaines
des extrémités de fil les plus courtes (8mm).
