4. Apply copper paste to the stud bolts.
5. Assemble eight flanged nuts on the stud bolts. The flanged nut must still
be off on a stud bolt close to the ignition electrode.
6. Assemble the earthing cable close to the ignition electrode on the free
stud bolt and fix it with the flanged nut.
7. Tighten all flanged nuts in opposing directions.
8. For floor units, steps 1-7 must be repeated for the second convection
burner.
9. Slide the burner fan housing into the retaining plates on the flange.
10. Assemble the burner fan housing on the flange with 2 screws. Be careful
not to squash any cables.
>The burner fan housing is sealed by the tension on the retaining plates and
the screw connection on the flange.
11. Connect the cables to the corresponding positions.
>Remove the ignition box control unit for accessibility reasons. Install the
ignition box control unit after the cable assembly.
12. Attach the air hose with the air intake angled tube to the blower.
13. Connect the cables from the blower.
>> The installation of the heat exchanger and attachments are complete.
Assemble the unit top panel and air baffle
aA piece of cardboard is put in the door gap to the control panel.
1. Remove the door hinge plate on the cooking cabinet side. To do this,
loosen the three screws above the inner tray. The door holding plate can
remain attached to the cooking cabinet door.
2. Carefully put the unit top panel back on. Carefully position the unit top
panel over the flue gas pipes in such a way that the seals are not damaged.
3. Assemble the door holding plate with three screws. Remove the piece of
cardboard from the door gap.
4. Adjust the cooking cabinet door correctly. You can find information on this
in the original installation instructions.
5. Fasten the unit top panel with 5 countersunk screws.
6. Screw the cover for ventilation from the outside to the ventilation pipe.
7. Assemble the care cleaning hose to its bracket. For floor units, the hose is
attached to the unit top panel.
8. Carefully assemble the air baffle. Insert the air baffle at an angle into the
cooking cabinet. Incorrect installation can result in damage to the cooking
cabinet.
Carry out full check of all of the electrical connections

Commissioning and gas testing
aA gas leak detector is ready.
1. Use the leak detector in the electrical compartment to check if the gas
components are sealed.
