nEnsure that the ventilation options in the installation area are adequate.
nPerform a flue gas analysis prior to commissioning the unit.

Wear protective gloves.
Remove heat exchanger
aThe unit is switched off and voltage-free.
aThe electrical compartment is open.
aFor gas units: The dismantled gas hose must not be kinked.
1. Disconnect all cables from the gas blower. Unscrew all screws on the gas
blower.
2. Attach the gas blower to the motor with cable ties or carefully lay it down in
a safe place.
3. Loosen the screws of the top panel.
4. Remove the care cleaning hose. Loosen the screws on the inside of the unit
top panel.

5. Remove the cover.
6. Carefully loosen the top panel by hand. Place a piece of cardboard in the
door gap at the top. Remove the door hinge plate on the unit top panel.
Carefully remove the unit top panel.
>The piece of cardboard prevents the build up of pressure points.
7. Fasten the door holding plate without the unit top panel.
>The door holding plate must be screwed on tightly again, because other-
wise the door cannot be attached and opened.
8. Carefully remove the air baffle. To remove the air baffle, hold it at a slight
angle. Incorrect removal may damage the inner tray.
9. Remove the heat exchanger. To do this, tilt the heat exchanger like the air
baffle. With floor units, the heat exchangers must be removed from top to
bottom.

>> The heat exchanger can be removed when all connections have been dis-
connected.
Clean sealing surfaces.
aThe heat exchangers are removed.
aA ceramic hob scraper is required.
1. Carefully remove the remaining sealing agent. Use a ceramic hob scraper.
2. Clean the surfaces with a clean cloth.
>> The sealing surfaces are cleaned and prepared for installation.
Prepare heat exchanger
1. Place the seal for the heat exchanger in position on the heat exchanger.
Install the heat exchanger
aThe prepared heat exchanger is ready.
aThe sealing surfaces in the inner tray and electrical compartment are
cleaned.
1. Installation takes place in the reverse order. In the case of floor units, the
lower heat exchanger must be installed first.
2. Attach the heat exchanger in the electrical compartment on the lower stud
bolt. Tighten the fastenings by hand.
3. Attach the counter flange to the outside of the inner tray top panel on the
flue gas pipe.
4. Use copper paste on the stud bolts. Firmly fix the flanged nuts by hand.
5. Put the insulation on the flue gas pipes.
6. Guide the aperture ring over the flue gas pipes. Place the aperture ring on
the insulation.
Assemble the convection burner and gas valve
1. Loosen the flanged nuts in the electrical compartment.
2. Place the counterflange on the stud bolts in the electrical compartment.
3. Carefully guide the convection burner from the electrical compartment into
the heat exchanger.

4. Apply copper paste to the stud bolts.
5. Assemble eight flanged nuts on the stud bolts. The flanged nut must still
be off on a stud bolt close to the ignition electrode.
6. Assemble the earthing cable close to the ignition electrode on the free
stud bolt and fix it with the flanged nut.
7. Tighten all flanged nuts in opposing directions.
8. For floor units, steps 1-7 must be repeated for the second convection
burner.
9. Slide the burner fan housing into the retaining plates on the flange.
10. Assemble the burner fan housing on the flange with 2 screws. Be careful
not to squash any cables.
>The burner fan housing is sealed by the tension on the retaining plates and
the screw connection on the flange.
11. Connect the cables to the corresponding positions.
>Remove the ignition box control unit for accessibility reasons. Install the
ignition box control unit after the cable assembly.
12. Attach the air hose with the air intake angled tube to the blower.
13. Connect the cables from the blower.
>> The installation of the heat exchanger and attachments are complete.
Assemble the unit top panel and air baffle
aA piece of cardboard is put in the door gap to the control panel.
1. Remove the door hinge plate on the cooking cabinet side. To do this,
loosen the three screws above the inner tray. The door holding plate can
remain attached to the cooking cabinet door.
2. Carefully put the unit top panel back on. Carefully position the unit top
panel over the flue gas pipes in such a way that the seals are not damaged.
3. Assemble the door holding plate with three screws. Remove the piece of
cardboard from the door gap.
4. Adjust the cooking cabinet door correctly. You can find information on this
in the original installation instructions.
5. Fasten the unit top panel with 5 countersunk screws.
6. Screw the cover for ventilation from the outside to the ventilation pipe.
7. Assemble the care cleaning hose to its bracket. For floor units, the hose is
attached to the unit top panel.
8. Carefully assemble the air baffle. Insert the air baffle at an angle into the
cooking cabinet. Incorrect installation can result in damage to the cooking
cabinet.
Carry out full check of all of the electrical connections
aThe previous work has been completed correctly.
aThe electrical compartment is open.
1. Check all electrical connections carried out.
Commissioning and gas testing
aA gas leak detector is ready.
1. Use the leak detector in the electrical compartment to check if the gas
components are sealed.

Performance optimisation
aThe unit is switched on.
aThe Menu Service - Basic settings - gas system is active.
1. Activate the performance optimisation.
2. Run the performance optimisation. The procedure is described in the at-
tached document 80.00.467.
Flue gas analysis
aThe exhaust gas analysis may only be carried out by a technician who is au-
thorised by the manufacturer. The exhaust gas analysis must be carried out
before commissioning.
aA flue gas analyser must be available.
1. Start the flue gas analysis using the touchscreen.
2. Perform a flue gas analysis.
Complete installation
aThe gas leak test was completed without any anomalies.
aThe flue gas analysis was successfully completed.
1. Close the electrical compartment.
>> The replacement of the heat exchanger has been successfully completed.
The unit is ready for use.

GEFAHR
Gesundheitsschädliche Abgase
Erstickungsgefahr durch unzulässige Konzentration von
gesundheitsschädlichen Abgasen.
nStellen Sie sicher, dass die Belüftungsmöglichkeiten im Aufstellraum
ausreichend sind.
nFühren Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme des Geräts eine Abgasanalyse durch.
VORSICHT
Scharfe Kanten am Gehäuse
Schnittgefahr am Gehäuse bei Arbeiten im Elektroraum.
Tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe.
Wärmetauscher ausbauen
aDas Gerät ist ausgeschaltet und spannungsfrei.
aDer Elektroraum ist geöffnet.
aBei Gasgeräten: Der demontierte Gasschlauch darf nicht geknickt werden.
1. Ziehen Sie alle Kabel am Gasgebläse ab. Öffnen Sie alle Schrauben am Gas-
gebläse.
2. Befestigen Sie das Gasgebläse mit Kabelbindern am Motor oder legen Sie es
vorsichtig an eine sichere Stelle.
3. Lösen Sie die Deckelschrauben.

4. Demontieren Sie den Pflegemittelschlauch. Lösen Sie dazu die Schraube an
der Innenseite der Gerätedecke.
5. Demontieren Sie die Glocke.
6. Lockern Sie die Decke vorsichtig per Hand. Klemmen Sie einen festen Kar-
ton in den Türspalt. Demontieren Sie die Türhalteplatte an der Gerätede-
cke. Nehmen Sie die Gerätedecke vorsichtig ab.
>Der Karton verhindert die Entstehung von Druckstellen.
7. Befestigen Sie die Türhalteplatte ohne Gerätedecke.
>Die Türhalteplatte muss wieder fest angeschraubt werden, da die Türe an-
sonsten nicht befestigt und geöffnet werden kann.
8. Demontieren Sie vorsichtig das Luftleitblech. Zum Ausbau das Luftleit-
blech leicht schräg halten. Bei unsachgemäßen Ausbau kann der Innenkas-
ten beschädigt werden.
9. Demontieren Sie den oder die Wärmetauscher. Kippen Sie dazu den Wär-
metauscher wie das Luftleitblech. Bei Standgeräten sind die Wärmetau-
scher von oben nach unten zu demontieren.

>> Der Wärmetauscher ist demontiert und kann entnommen werden.
Dichtflächen reinigen
aDer oder die Wärmetauscher sind demontiert.
aEin Ceranfeldschaber ist vorbereitet.
1. Entfernen Sie vorsichtig das verbliebene Dichtmittel. Verwenden Sie einen
Ceranfeldschaber.
2. Reinigen Sie die Flächen mit einem sauberen Tuch.
>> Die Dichtflächen sind gereinigt und für den Einbau vorbereitet.
Wärmetauscher vorbereiten
1. Setzen Sie die Dichtung für Wärmetauscher auf die Befestigungen am Wär-
metauscher.
Wärmetauscher einbauen
aDer oder die vorbereiteten Wärmetauscher liegen bereit.
aDie Dichtflächen im Innenkasten und Elektroraum sind gereinigt.
1. Der Einbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Bei Standgeräten ist zuerst
der untere Wärmetauscher einzubauen.
2. Befestigen Sie die Wärmetauscher im Elektroraum am unteren Stehbolzen.
Ziehen Sie die Befestigungen handfest an.
3. Befestigen Sie den Gegenflansch an der Außenseite der Innenkastendecke
am Abgasrohr.
4. Verwenden Sie Kupferpaste an den Stehbolzen. Montieren Sie die Flan-
schmuttern handfest.
5. Setzen Sie die Isolierung auf die Abgasrohre.
6. Führen Sie den Blendenring über die Abgasrohre. Platzieren Sie den Blen-
denring auf der Isolierung.
Brenner Heißluft und Gasventil montieren
1. Lösen Sie die Flanschmutter in Elektroraum.
2. Setzen Sie den Gegenflansch auf die Stehbolzen im Elektroraum.

3. Führen Sie den Brenner Heißluft vorsichtig vom Elektroraum in den Gar-
raum.
4. Tragen Sie Kupferpaste auf die Stehbolzen auf.
5. Montieren Sie acht Flanschmuttern auf den Stehbolzen. Auf einem Steh-
bolzen nahe der Zündelektrode muss die Flanschmutter noch demontiert
sein.
6. Montieren Sie das Erdungskabel nahe der Zündelektrode auf dem freien
Stehbolzen und befestigen Sie dieses mit der Flanschmutter.
7. Ziehen Sie alle Flanschmuttern gegenüberliegend fest.
8. Bei Standgeräten müssen die Schritte 1 – 7 beim zweiten Brenner Heißluft
wiederholt werden.
9. Schieben Sie das Gebläse für Brenner in die Haltelaschen am Flansch.
10. Montieren Sie das Brenner-Gebläse auf dem Flansch mit 2 Schrauben.
Achten Sie darauf, keine Kabel zu quetschen.
>Das Gebläse für Brenner dichtet sich durch die Verspannung an den Halte-
laschen und der Verschraubung am Flansch ab.
11. Stecken Sie die Kabel an den entsprechenden Positionen an.
>Demontieren Sie aus Gründen der Zugänglichkeit den Gasfeuerungsauto-
maten. Montieren Sie im Anschluss an die Kabelmontage den Gasfeue-
rungsautomaten.
12. Stecken Sie den Luftschlauch mit Luftansaugwinkelrohr auf das Gebläse.
13. Schließen Sie die Kabel vom Gebläse an.
>> Die Installation vom Wärmetauscher und den Anbauteilen ist vollständig.
Gerätedecke und Luftleitblech montieren
aEin fester Karton steckt im Türspalt zur Bedienblende.
1. Demontieren Sie die Türhalteplatte garraumseitig. Lösen Sie dafür die drei
Schrauben über dem Innenkasten. Die Türhalteplatte kann an der Gar-
raumtür montiert bleiben.
2. Legen Sie die Gerätedecke vorsichtig auf. Positionieren Sie die Gerätede-
cke vorsichtig über den Abgasrohren, um die Dichtungen nicht zu beschä-
digen.
3. Montieren Sie die Türhalteplatte mit drei Schrauben. Entnehmen Sie den
Karton aus dem Türspalt.
4. Stellen Sie die Garraumtür korrekt ein. Informationen dazu finden Sie in
der Original-Installationsanleitung.
5. Befestigen Sie die Gerätedecken mit 5 Senkkopfschrauben.
6. Schrauben Sie die Glocke für Belüftung von außen am Belüftungsrohr fest.
7. Montieren Sie den Pflegemittelschlauch. Bei Standgeräten wird der
Schlauch an der Gerätedecke befestigt.
8. Montieren Sie vorsichtig das Luftleitblech. Führen Sie das Luftleitblech
schräg in den Garraum ein. Eine fehlerhafte Montage kann Beschädigun-
gen im Garraum verursachen.
Kontrolle und Überprüfung der elektrischen Anschlüsse
aDie vorherigen Arbeiten sind korrekt abgeschlossen.
aDer Elektroraum ist geöffnet.
1. Überprüfen Sie alle vorgenommen elektrischen Anschlüsse.

Inbetriebnahme und Gasprüfung
aEin Lecksuchgerät für Gas liegt bereit.
1. Prüfen Sie im Elektroraum mit dem Lecksuchgerät ob die Gaskomponenten
dicht sind.
Leistungsoptimierung
aDas Gerät ist eingeschaltet.
aDas Menü Service – Grundeinstellungen - Gassystem ist aktiv.
1. Aktivieren Sie die Leistungsoptimierung.
2. Führen Sie die Leistungsoptimierung durch. Das Vorgehen ist im beigeleg-
ten Dokument 80.00.467 beschrieben.
Abgasanalyse
aDie Abgasanalyse darf nur durch einen vom Hersteller autorisierten Techni-
ker durchgeführt werden. Die Abgasanalyse muss vor der Inbetriebnahme
erfolgen.
aEin Abgasmessgerät ist vorhanden.
1. Starten Sie über den Touchscreen die Abgasanalyse.
2. Führen Sie eine Abgasanalyse durch.
Einbau abschließen
aDie Gasleckprüfung wurde ohne Auffälligkeiten abgeschlossen.
aDie Abgasanalyse wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
1. Schließen Sie den Elektroraum.
>> Der Austausch des Wärmetauschers ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Das Ge-
rät ist einsatzbereit.

DANGER
Gaz de combustion nocifs pour la santé
Risque d’asphyxie due à une concentration trop élevée de gaz de combustion
nocifs pour la santé.
nVeillez à ce que le système d'aération dans le local d'installation soit
suffisant.
nAvant la mise en service, procédez à une analyse des gaz de combustion.
ATTENTION
Bords tranchants sur la console
Risque de coupure sur la console lors des interventions dans le compartiment
électrique
Portez des gants de protection.
Démonter l'échangeur thermique
aL'appareil est débranché et hors tension.
aLe compartiment électrique est ouvert.
aPour les appareils à gaz: Le tuyau de gaz démonté ne doit pas être plié.
1. Débranchez tous les câbles du brûleur gaz. Desserrez toutes les vis sur le
brûleur gaz.
2. Fixez le brûleur gaz sur le moteur à l'aide de serre-câbles ou posez-le avec
précaution dans un emplacement sûr.
3. Desserrez les vis du toit.

4. Démontez le tuyau des produits d'entretien. Pour ce faire, desserrez la vis
située à l'intérieur du toit de l'appareil.
5. Démontez la cloche.
6. Desserrez le toit à la main avec précaution. Coincez un morceau de carton
rigide dans la fente de la porte. Démontez la plaque de support de la porte
sur le toit de l'appareil. Déposez le toit de l'appareil avec précaution.
>Le carton prévient la formation de points de pression.
7. Fixez la plaque de support de porte sur l'appareil malgré l'absence du toit.
>La plaque de support de porte doit être revissée à fond afin d'éviter l'ou-
verture d'une porte non fixée.
8. Démontez le déflecteur avec précaution. Pour démonter le déflecteur, te-
nez-le légèrement incliné. Un démontage incorrect risque d'endommager
le caisson intérieur.
9. Démontez le ou les échangeur(s) thermiques. Pour ce faire, faites basculer
l'échangeur thermique de la même manière que le déflecteur. Dans le cas
des appareils 20 niveaux, les échangeurs thermiques doivent être démon-
tés du haut vers le bas.

>> L'échangeur thermique est démonté et peut être déposé.
Nettoyer les surfaces d'étanchéité
aLes échangeurs thermiques sont démontés.
aUn grattoir pour plaque vitrocéramique est prêt à l'emploi.
1. Retirez les résidus de matériau d'étanchéité avec précaution. Pour ce faire,
utilisez un grattoir pour plaque vitrocéramique.
2. Nettoyez les surfaces avec un chiffon propre.
>> Les surfaces d'étanchéité sont nettoyées et prêtes pour le montage.
Préparer l'échangeur thermique
1. Positionnez le joint d'étanchéité pour échangeur thermique sur les fixations
de l'échangeur.
Monter l'échangeur thermique
aLes échangeurs thermiques qui ont été préparés sont disponibles (un seul
ou plusieurs).
aLes surfaces d'étanchéité dans la cellule de cuisson et le compartiment élec-
trique sont nettoyées.
1. Le montage se déroule dans le sens inverse. Dans le cas des appareils 20 ni-
veaux, le montage doit commencer par l'échangeur thermique placé en bas.
2. Fixez les échangeurs de chaleur du compartiment électrique sur le boulon fi-
leté inférieur. Serrez bien les fixations à la main.
3. Fixez la contre-bride sur la partie extérieure de la cellule de cuisson, sur le
tuyau des gaz brûlés qui se situe sur le toit.
4. Enduisez le boulon fileté de pâte de cuivre. Montez les écrous à bride et ser-
rez-les à la main.
5. Posez l'isolant sur les tuyaux des gaz brûlés.
6. Introduisez l'anneau obturateur le long des tuyaux des gaz brûlés. Placez
l'anneau obturateur sur l'isolant.
Monter le brûleur à air pulsé et la vanne gaz
1. Desserrez les écrous à bride dans le compartiment électrique.
2. Placez la contre-bride sur le boulon fileté dans le compartiment électrique.

3. Avec précaution, faites passer le brûleur à air pulsé du compartiment élec-
trique vers la cellule de cuisson.
4. Enduisez les boulons filetés de pâte de cuivre.
5. Montez les huit écrous à bride sur les boulons filetés. Il reste encore à dé-
monter l'écrou à bride sur un boulon fileté proche de l'électrode d'allu-
mage.
6. Montez le câble de mise à la terre proche de l'électrode d'allumage sur le
boulon fileté libre et fixez-le avec les écrous à bride.
7. Serrez bien tous les écrous à bride.
8. Pour les appareils 20 niveaux, il est nécessaire de répéter les étapes 1 à 7
pour le deuxième brûleur à air pulsé.
9. Faites glisser le moteur brûleur dans les pattes de retenue de la bride.
10. Montez le moteur brûleur sur la bride en le fixant avec 2 vis. Veillez à
n'écraser aucun câble.
>L'étanchéité du moteur brûleur est assurée par le serrage des pattes de re-
tenue et la visserie sur la bride.
11. Fixez les câbles sur les positions correspondantes.
>Pour permettre l'accès, démontez les boîtiers d'allumage électronique gaz.
Après le montage des câbles, montez les boîtiers d'allumage électronique
gaz.
12. Branchez le flexible de compensation d'air sur le moteur brûleur à l'aide du
tuyau coudé d'aspiration d'air.
13. Branchez les câbles du moteur brûleur
>> L'installation de l'échangeur thermique et des pièces annexes est terminée.
Monter le toit de l'appareil et le déflecteur
aUn morceau de carton rigide est inséré dans la fente de la porte pour l'ob-
turer.
1. Démontez la plaque de support de porte du côté cellule de cuisson. Pour
ce faire, desserrez les trois vis au-dessus de la cellule de cuisson. La plaque
de support de porte peut rester montée sur la porte de la cellule de cuis-
son.
2. Posez le toit de l'appareil avec précaution. Avec précaution, placez le toit
de l'appareil par-dessus les tuyaux de gaz brûlés afin de ne pas endomma-
ger les joints d'étanchéité.
3. Montez la plaque de support de porte à l'aide de trois vis. Retirez le mor-
ceau de carton coincé dans la fente de la porte.
4. Réglez la porte de la cellule de cuisson correctement. Veuillez-vous repor-
ter au guide d'installation d’origine pour des informations détaillées à ce
sujet.
5. Fixez le toit de l'appareil avec 5 vis à tête fraisée.
6. Vissez à fond la cloche d'aération sur le tuyau d'aération depuis l'extérieur.
7. Montez le tuyau des produits d'entretien. Pour les appareils 20 niveaux, le
tuyau est fixé sur le toit de l'appareil.
8. Montez le déflecteur avec précaution. Introduisez le déflecteur dans la cel-
lule de cuisson en l'inclinant. Un montage incorrect peut endommager l'en-
ceinte de cuisson.
Contrôle et vérification des raccordements électriques.
aLes opérations précédentes ont été effectuées correctement.
aLe compartiment électrique est ouvert.
