Maintenance
Precautions
Always keep your gun clean and free of agents that could prevent its
proper function. It is recommended to clean the gun after each use,
especially if it is used outdoors (sand, dirt, grass, water) could
potentially damage the components of the gun, voiding its warranty.
When cleaning the attachments or the body of the gun, always use
gentle non-abrasive cleaning agents. Avoid using solvents high in
alcohol and strong soaps as the materials could dry out and lose the
required texture.
Is very important to keep the gun clear of small pieces that could go
through the grooves of the gun. Keys and other hard objects could
scratch and damage the gun when transported in a bag. Avoid direct
exposure to the sun for extended periods of time.
Allow the batteries to fully charge before using the gun again. This will
ensure the lifespan of the batteries as well as keeping an optimum
operation time. Always connect straight to the wall plug or any
reliable/stable power output.
- Do not use when the skin/hands are wet
- Do not use the gun while charging
- Do not use against bones or joints
- Do not use against the spine
- Do not drop the gun
- Keep a safe distance from the head/face
- Always use a firm grip when massaging
Spare Parts / Replacements
If you need to replace any accessories of the gun such as charger cords,
attachments, new updates and others, please refer to our website.

Welcome to the

Connecting and disconnecting the dierent
attachments
In order to mantain optimal functionality and logevity of the gun, we
suggest to use a twisting motion as described:
Connecting attachments:
1. With the moving arm of the gun fully extended, align the attachment
to the space in the arm.
2. Now push gently until the head locks in position.
Disconnecting attachments:
1. Once the gun is turned o, gently pull the head out of the massager.
Remember to always connect/disconnect your attachments gently. This
will ensure your massager longevity.
We are excited to present to you the ultimate guide to your ReAthlete
percussive massager. This document will guide you through the unique
functions of the dierent attachments as well as the proper use of the gun
to ensure its longevity and maximize its use and enjoyment.
The human body is an intricate and unique biological machine. Each one
of the interchangable attachments has been designed with a specific use
in mind, adapting to each part of the body safely and comfortably.
Attachment Use Tips
Your percussive massager possesses a
circular attachment; this head is flexible
(elastic feel). Use for larger muscle groups
including lumbar square muscles, quads,
glutes and biceps.
Follow the contour of the muscle, massaging
tissue and avoiding bone. Medium head
allows easy bypass of boney areas. Larger
head is best utilised to tenderise large muscle
groups (e.g. the full length of the quad), when
time and ability to focus is limited.
The fork attachment presents a double
prong (rigid feel). Ideal for areas where
you may experience limited range of
motion (namely, the erector muscles of
the spine, the tibialis and quadriceps).
Follow the length of the muscle tissue.
Place prongs with caution to avoid
bouncing o the bone. Great to release
lactic acid post exercise.
Ball Fork
Attachment Use Tips
Our multipurpose attachment (rigid feel),
best used on extremities with reduced
likelihood of running into bone.
Try: forearms, hand flexors and triceps.
Contract and elongate the muscles, as
you run device directly along muscle
tissue. Ideal after a long workout to
release lactic acid into lymph nodes.
Used to travel in and around smaller
joints located at the ankle, knee, elbow,
wrist (areas with more bone than
muscle).
Utilise point of device (rigid feel) to target
tissue close to the joints and between
bones. Eective for deep tissue massage;
no need to apply great pressure. Focus on
muscle adhesions to increase overall
mobility.

Oers a more direct alternative to large
or medium ball attachments. Also used
on large muscle groups including lumbar
square muscles, quads and glutes.
Enables more concentrated execution, so
best utilised when there is time and abili-
ty to focus. Be aware of rigid feel and
always avoid bone. Follow the arch of the
muscle to tenderise all surrounding
tissue.
ReAthlete products were designed for both athletes and everyday people
alike. Opt for aluminium heads kit to provide clients with natural pain
relief, increased blood flow and reduced tension.
Use when treating general ailments like stiness after extended periods
of no movement, or kink in the neck developed during sleep. Be sure to
sanitize between client treatments.
