Declaration of a standards conformity
The manufacturer confirms, that the device agree with 2009/142/ES (government directive 22/2003),
directive no.22/1997 Coll. and no. 258/2000 Coll. about health public protection, directive no. 38/2001 Coll.
and relevant government orders. Installation must be made according to relevant directives.
Attention, the manufacturer reserves the right refuse any responsibility in case of direct or indirect damages
which are caused due wrong installation, incorrect intervention or modification, insufficient maintenance,
incorrect use and also possibly caused by other reasons presented by items in sale conditions. This
appliance must be operated by qualified person only. Parts that have been set by the manufacturer or an
authorized technician after setting, can’t be converting by the user under any circumstances.

The identification plate with the technical data is in visible position on the back of the device. The plate
must not be removed. See the electrical diagram of connection and all following information before
installation.

The device leaves our stock properly packed with appropriate symbols and labels. There are also
appropriate instructions for use. In case the packing shows bad handling, damage or tampering, it should
be refused at forwarder immediately by writing and signing of a damage protocol. If not so, manufacturer
reserves the right deny any liability for any problems and hazards caused by this appliance in the
future.

These instructions must be properly and carefully read, because it contains important information about the
security features, installation and use.

Installation
Important:
The manufacturer does not provide warranty for defects caused by improper use, failure to instructions
contained in the attached instructions for use and mistreatment of the appliances.
Installation, adjustment and repair of appliances for kitchens, as well as their removal because of possible
damage to the gas can be carried out only under a maintenance contract, this contract may be signed with
an authorized dealer, and must be complied with regulations and technical standards and regulations
regarding the installation, power supply, gas connection and health & safety system.
These instructions are intended for the qualified technician who must perform the installation, put it into
operation and test the appliance.
Any activity as settings, placement, rebalancing etc, must be made only when is device disconnected from
electricity. If it is necessary to have the device connected to the electricity you must keep the highest
attention to avoid any injuries.
Placement

The appliance may only be installed in permanently ventilated rooms, as specified by the standard ČSN
127040 and ČSN 127010. In the room where the appliance is installed, there must be an adequate air flow
to meet the requirements of normal combustion of gas and the necessary ventilation of the room itself. The
room must be kept adequately ventilated in order to eliminate the heat and humidity produced by cooking:
in particular, after prolonged use, it is recommended to open window or to increase the speed of ventilators.
Extract the device and check whether it was not damaged during transport. Settle the appliance down on
horizontal surface (max. allowed imbalance 2 °C).
If the device will be situated close to the wall, or if it will be in contact with the furniture walls, those walls
must resist temperatures ranging to 60°C. Installation, settings, putting into operation must be made by
qualified technician who is competent for this.
The device can be installed separately or in a set with other devices from our production. Minimal distance
10 cm from other subject must be kept.

• Appliance must be placed so as to stand on the non combustible surfaces
No subjects from combustible materials can be placed directly on the device or in distance which is shorter
than safety distance (the shortest allowed distance is 10 cm).

Appliances must be installed in a safe way. When installing you must respect corresponding project, safety
and hygienic orders according to:
•Act No. ČSN 06 1008 fire protection of local device and sources of heat
•Act No. ČSN 33 2000 environment for electric devices
Connection of the electric cable to electricity
Before you start, make sure that the voltage and capacity of the power line conform to the data shown on the
identification plate located on the side of the device. The appliance must be connected to earth in
compliance with electrical system safety regulations.
Power supply cable installation –this power supply cable must be fitted with Omni polar circuit breaker
corresponding to power of installed device.

To access terminal board placed on the back side of the device, whole back panel needs to be
disassembled.
If a fixed connection is being used, fit the power line with an Omni polar circuit breaker with a contact
opening gap equal to or greater than 3 mm, in an easily accessible position close to the appliance. Ground
cable (yellow-green colour) shall not be interrupted with this breaker.
If a plug and socket connection is being used make sure that the plug and socket are compatible. Avoid use
of adapters and shunts as these could cause overheating and burns.
In the case of linear connection of several devices the device must be grounded in each other point for that
purpose, which is located on the back of device.
In any case, the cable must be positioned so that at no point temperature will not reach 50° of Celsius
degrees higher than the common surrounding.
After connecting the device to the electricity, the entire installation and operation of the device must be
tested
Before first use all protection foils must be removed.
Manufacturer reserves the right refuse any responsibility in case of damages caused by wrong
installation, by disobeying of above mentioned recommendations

Instruction for use
Main Switch Control light Thermostat knob
Attention! Before the first use of the device you must remove protection foil from all surfaces and wash the
device with moist cleaning cloth dipped in the water with detergent. Than dry it with cloth.
Fill the device with water not higher than the line on the side. Switch on with main switch and turn the
thermostat knob from the position "0" to required position between 30°C - 90°C. Orange control light lights
when the device is in electricity. Green control light lights when the thermo spirals are on. Green control
light goes out when the device reaches required temperature. Switch the device off by turning the
thermostat knob into position "0" and then switch the main switch into position 0. Always check the level of
the water, never use the device without it. Use the device under supervision. The device must be fully
occupied with the gastro bowls.
Discharging of the bath
Discharge the bath when the water is cold and the device is disconnected from the electricity. User must
have convenient bowl for discharging the bath. This bowl must be made from heat-resistant material. Put
the bowl in the safe place to prevent discharging water from splashing. Splashing can cause the danger.
Put it bellow the outlet, open the safety catch by turning it up and turn the lever into position marked as
opening of the cock. Discharge the bath only when the water is cold.
Maintenance and product warranty

By prolonged use of the appliance, it is necessary maintain regular maintenance for safe use, we strongly
recommend sign contract with technical service. Maintenance can be provided only with qualified
technician following updated directives, laws and instructions from this manual. We recommend having the
appliance serviced by professional service at least once in 6 month, in extreme use of the appliance once
in 3 months. Preventive inspections can prevent serious problems and thereby reduce the economic
burden of operations.
ATTENTION
Warranty does not cover all consumption parts succumb able to wear (rubber, seals, bulbs, glass and
plastic parts etc.) Also guarantee does not refer to the devices which were not installed in correspondence
with instructions, tampering or violation the rules of use. Damages caused due to influence of nature or
other outer intervention is not covered by our warranty policy too.
In case of breakdown:
Disconnect device from electricity immediately and call professional service organisation.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for injury or property damage
arising from failure to comply with health& safety regulations or to use the
device for purposes other than intended.
Instructions for disposal:
Our product’s packing is made on non-polluting materials, therefore compatible with the environment and
recyclable. Please help by disposing of the packing correctly. Find the addresses of collection, recycling
and disposal centre from your retailer or from the competent local organization. Do not throw the packing or
any part of it away. They can constitute a suffocation hazard for children.
Your old appliance also needs to be disposed off correctly. Hand over your appliance to the local agency
authorized for the collection of electric or gas appliances no longer in use. Correct disposal means
intelligent recycling of valuable materials. It is also necessary to cut the interconnecting cable to the power
supply network, removing it along with the plug.

Erklärung über Einklang mit Normen
Der Hersteller erklärt,dass die Geräte im Einklang mit den EG Richtlinien 2009/142/ES
(Regierungsverordnung 22/2003) , Gesetz Nr. 22/1997 Sb und Nr. 258/2000 Sb über Gesundheitsschutz,
Verordnung Nr. 38/2001 Sb. und den zuständigen Regierungsverordnungen sind. Die Installation muss
unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Vorschriften erfolgen.
Achtung, der Hersteller übernimmt keine Verantwortung im Falle von direkten und indirekten
Beschädigungen, die durch schlechte Installation, unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, ungenügender
Instandhaltung entstanden sind bzw. aus anderen Gründen wie in den Verkaufsbedingngen angegeben.
Dieses Gerät ist ausschließlich für professionelle Benutzung bestimmt und muss von qualifizierten
Personen bedient werden. Das Gerät darf erst nach ordnungsgemäßer Installation durch das
beauftragte Fachpersonal dem Benutzer übergeben werden.

Kontrolle der Verpackung und Einrichtung
Das Gerät wird in unserer Versandabteilung ordnungsgemäß verpackt, versehen mit den notwendigen
Symbolen und Bezeichnungen. Die Bedienungsanleitung findet sich der Verpackung beigefügt. Eine
eventuelle Beschädigung bzw.Aufbrechen der Verpackung durch andere Personen während des
Transportes, muss sofort beim Spediteur reklamiert werden und zwar mit Abfassen und Unterschrift
des Schadensprotokolls. Spätere Reklamationen werden nicht berücksichtigt werden.
Allgemeine Hinweise
Diese Anleitung muss aufmerksam durchgelesen werden, weil sie wichtige Hinweise über Sicherheit,
Installation und Benutzung umfasst.
-Diese Anleitung ist nur für dieses Produkt oder Produktlinie bestimmt
-Diese Anleitung muss für künftige Benutzung aufbewahrt werden
-Vorsehen dass nicht Kinder mit dem Geräte hantieren.
-Nur geschultes Personal darf das Gerät bedienen
-Der Produkt darf nicht ohne Aufsicht eingeschaltet werden
-Bei Funktion darf der Abgaskamin nicht voll oder teilweise bedeckt werden
-Es ist empfolen, eine Kontrolle des Gerätes durch den Fachservice minimal
2x jährlich durchzuführen
-Bei einer Reparatur oder Austausch dürfen nur Originalersatzteile vom Hersteller eingesetzt
werden.
-Das Gerät darf nicht mit Wasserstrahl oder eine Druckdusche gereinigt werden
-Bei einer Störung oder einem schlechten Lauf des Gerätes sind sofort alle Zuleitungen (Wasser,
Strom, Gas) abzuschliessen und einen authorisierten Service anzurufen
-Das Gerät darf nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck benutzt werden, eine andere Benutzung ist
verboten und kann zur Unfallgefahr führen
-Die strengste Einhaltung des Feuerschutzes muss gewährleistet sein
-Der Hersteller lehnt eine Produkthaftung ab, die durch falsche Installation, Nichteinhaltung von
o.a.Hinweisen zu Störungen führen.
Installation
Wichtig:
Der Hersteller haftet für keine Mangel, die durch Nichteinhaltung von o.a.Hinweisen in der Anleitung bzw.
durch unrichtige Benutzung und schlechte Handhabung entstanden sind.
Installation, Überarbeitung und Reparaturen der Grossküchengeräte, sowie deren Demontage aufgrund
möglicher Beschädigung der Gaszuleitung, dürfen nur aufgrund eines Instandhaltungsvertrages
durchgeführt werden. Dieser Vertrag kann mit einer autorisierten Servicefirma abgeschlossen werden,
wobei die Normen und Vorschriften für die Installation, von Strom, Gas und Arbeitsicherung eingehalten
werden müssen.

Folgende Instruktionen gelten für die Installation durch einen qualifizierten Techniker: Alle Arbeitsgänge
sind laut gültigen Normen und korrekt durchzuführen.
Alle mit Einstellung u.a. verbundenen Tätigkeiten an dem Gerät dürfen nur bei Abschalten des
Strom- bzw. Gasnetzes durchgeführt werden. Wenn das Gerät unter Spannung sein muss, ist
höchste Vorsicht zu beachten.
Aufstellung
Für richtige Tätigkeit und Aufstellung sind folgende Richtlinien laut Normen ČSN 127040 und ČSN 127010
einzuhalten.
Das Gerät auspacken und kontrollieren,ob es beim Transport nicht beschädigt wurde. Das Gerät auf eine
waagrechte Fläche (max,Unebenheit bis 2) aufstellen . Kleine Unebenheiten können durch
Regulierungsfüsse ausgeglichen werden.Wenn die Einrichtung im Kontakt mit Möbel ist, müssen die
Wände für einer Temperatur bis 60C beständig sein. Installation, Einstellung und Inbetriebnahme muss
von einer qualifizierten Person laut gültigen Normen durchgeführt werden, die für diese Tätigkeiten
berechtigt ist.
Das Gerät kann selbstständig oder in einer Serie anderen Geräten installiert werden. Eine minimale
Entfernung von 10 cm von brennbaren Materialien ist einzuhalten. In diesem Fall sind entsprechende
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen durchzuführen, damit die Wärmeisolierung der brennbaren Teile gesichert ist.
Das Gerät muss nur auf einer unbrennbaren Fläche oder Wand installiert werden.
Sicherheitsmassnahmen des Feuerschutzes laut ČSN 061008 Art. 12
-Bedienung des Gerätes darf nur von erwachsenen Person durchgeführt werden.
-Das Gerät darf sicher in der dafür vorgesehenen Umgebung laut ČSN 332000-1 benutzt werden
-Das Gerät ist so aufzustellen, damit er fest auf einer unbrennbaren Unterlage steht oder hängt.
-Auf das Gerät und in kleinerer als sicher anerkannte Entfernung neben ihn können keine brennbare
Gegenstände gelegt werden (die kleinste Entfernung des Apparates zu brennbaren Materialien ist
10 cm)
-Informationen über Brennbarkeitstufe der gewöhnlichen Baumaterialien führt die Tabelle an
Tabelle der Brennbarkeitstufe der Baumaterialien (ČSN EN 13 501-1 +A1)

Das Gerät muss gemäß den Sicherheitsnormen entsprechend installiert werden. Es müssen die zuständige
Vorschriften eingehalten werden:
ČSN 06 1008 Feuersicherheit der örtlichen Apparate und Wärmequellen
ČSN 33 2000 Milieu für elektrische Geräte
Der Elektrische Kabelnetzanschluss
Die Installation der elektrischen Ankupplung - Diese Zuleitung muß selbstständig gesichert werden. Und
das durch entsprechende Sicherung des Nennstromes in der Abhängigkeit am Anschlußwert des
installierten
Gerätes. Kontrollieren sie den Anschlußwert des Apparates auf dem Produktionsschild im Hinterteil des
Gerätes. Schließen Sie das Gerät direkt ans Netz an.
Es ist unbedingt notwendig zwischen das Gerät und das Netz einen Schalter zu legen, der eine minimale
Entfernung von 3mm unter den Einzelkontakten aufweist und der auch den geltenden Normen und
Belastungenentspricht. Die Erdungszuleitung (gelbgrün) darf nicht durch diesen Schalter unterbrochen
sein. Der Zuleitungskabel muß in jedem Fall so angebracht sein, dass er in keinem Punkt einer um 50°C
höherer Temperatur als Umgebungstemperatur nicht erreicht. Eher das Gerät ans Netz angeschlossen
wird, versichern
Sie sich, dass:
• die Zuleitungssicherung und die Innenscheidung die Einrichtungsbelastung ertragen (siehe Matrizeschild),
• die Verteilung mit wirksamer Erdung laut Normen (EN) und Gesetzbedingungen ausgestattet ist
WIR VERZICHTEN AUF JEGLICHE VERANTWORTUNG IM FALLE, DASS DIESE NORMEN NICHT
RESPEKTIERT WERDEN UND IM FALLE DER NICHTEINHALTUNG DER OBENERWÄHNTER
GRUNDSÄTZE.
Es ist notwendig die Schutzfollie vor der ersten Benützung zu beseitigen, sowie das Gerät zu reinigen
siehe das Kapitel „Reinigung und Instandshaltung“.

Gebrauchsanweisung
Hauptschalter Kontrolllampe Knopf des thermostates
Vorsicht!
Bevor Sie das Gerät verwenden werden, ist es notwendig ihn gut mit feuchtem Lappen abzuwaschen.
Lassen Sie nie das Gerät ohne Aufsicht im Betrieb.
Füllen Sie das Gerät mit Wasser bis zum Strich an der Seitenwand oder ca 3 cm über den Boden. Schalten
Sie den Hauptschalter ein, drehen Sie den Regler aus der Position „0“ in den von Ihnen geforderten Wert
im Bereich von 30°C - 90°C. Die Kontrollampen (orange) und (grün) werden leuchten. Die Kontrollampe (C)
leuchtet, wenn das Gerät elektrisch angeknüpft ist. Die Kontrolleuchte (D) leuchtet, wenn die
Wärmespiralen in Betrieb sind. Die Kontrollampe (D) löscht, wenn das Gerät die eingestellte Temperatur
erreicht hat. Da Gerät wird ausgeschaltet, wenn man den Regler (E) in die Position „0“ versetzt und den
Hauptschalter (B) ausschaltet. Der Wasserspiegel ist ständig zu überprüfen. Das Gerät darf niemals ohne
Wasser benutzt werden. Das Gerät muß immer unter Aufsicht sein und voll mit Gastrogefäßen besetzt
sein.
Ablassen der Wanne
Das Wasser muß aus der Wanne kühl ausgegossen werden und das Gerät darf nicht elektrisch angeknüpft
sein.
Es muß ein angemessener Wasserbehälter fürs Wasser aus dem Gerät besorgt werden. Dieser Behälter
muß

aus einem wärmebeständigen Werkstoff bestehen und muß so stehen, daß das Wasser nicht verspritzt
und
gefährlich sein kann. Das Abflußrohr anbringen, die Sicherung aufheben und den Hahn öffnen. Die Wanne
auslassen, wenn das Wasser kühl ist.
Instandhaltung und Garantiebedingungen
Bei langfristiger Benutzung ist für ein sicheres Arbeiten eine regelmässige Instandhaltung erforderlich.
Wir empfehlen das Abschliessen eines Servicevertrages. Nur authorisierte Techniker können die
Instandhaltung durchführen, wie die Vorschriften und Normen aus der Anleitung beeinhalten.
Empfehlenswert ist eine Kontrolle alle 6 Monate durchzuführen bzw. bei grosser Belastung alle 3 Monate.
Durch preventive Kontrollen kann man eventuellen Mängeln vorbeugen und damit den Nutzeffekt erhöhen.
Achtung
Die Garantie bezieht sich nicht auf alle Bestandteile, welche einer üblichen Abnutzung unterliegen
(Gummidichtungen,Birnen, Glas-und Plastikteile usw.) Die Garantie bezieht sich auch nicht auf das Gerät,
wo die Installation nicht im Einklang mit den Anweisungen durchgeführt wurde – von einem authorisierten
Sevicetechniker laut der entsprechenden Normen und falls mit dem Gerät unfachmännisch manipuliert
wurde, oder von nicht geschulten Personen und in Widerspruch zu der Anweisungen bedient wurde,
weiter bezieht sich die Garantie nicht auf Beschädigung von Natureinflüssen oder von anderen
Aussenangriffen.
Hinweise für Störungsfall
Sofort die Stromzuleitung abschalten, einen Service anrufen und keinesfalls mit dem Gerät irgendwie
manipulieren.
Der Hersteller nimt keine Verantwortung für Verletzungen und
Eigentumsschaden, die aufgrund der Nichteinhaltung von
