GLO GUN INJECTOR in UV-12-KIT / UV-100-AC2267
Anwendung:
1. Öffnen Sie den Injektor, indem Sie die Kappe mit dem Schlauch gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
2. Drehen Sie den Griff gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um den Kolben auszufahren.
Füllen Sie den Injektor bis zur Basis des Innengewindes.
3. Setzen Sie die Kappe mit dem Schlauch wieder auf den Injektor.
4. Schrauben Sie das 1/4 ”Rückschlagventil auf den unteren (Ansaug-) Anschluss
des Systems, um die Dichtigkeit zu prüfen.
5. Drehen Sie den Griff im Uhrzeigersinn, um die gewünschte Menge in das System
zu injizieren. In der Tabelle unten, finden Sie Hinweise zur Dosierung.
6. Nachdem sich das Glo-Leak mit dem Medium vermischt hat, können Sie mit der
UV Lampe nach potenzielle Leckstellen suchen. Die Leckstelle leuchtet gelb
fluoreszierend.

Instructions:
1. Open the reservoir by turning the cap & hose assembly anti-clockwise.
2. Turn the handle anti-clockwise to retract the piston. Fill the reservoir to
the base of the internal thread.
3. Replace the cap & hose assembly.
4. Thread the 1/4” anti-blowback valve onto the low side (suction) port of the
system to be leak checked.
5. Turn the handle clockwise to inject the desired amount into the system. See
the chart below for dosage guidance.
6. Operate the system to allow mixing and circulation of the Glo-Leak. Then,
using an UV light scan all the potential leak points for the yellow fluorescent
glow.

UV-12-KIT d’iniezione GLO GUN / UV-100-AC2267
Applicazione:
1. Aprire l’iniettore, girando il tappo con il tubo in senso antiorario.
2. Girare la maniglia in senso antiorario per estendere il pistone. Riempire l’iniettore
alla base della filettatura interna.
3. Sostituire il tappo con il tubo flessibile sull’iniettore.
4. Avvitare la valvola antiritorno di ¼” sul raccordo (d’aspirazione) del sistema per
verificare la densità.
5. Girare la maniglia in senso orario per iniettare la quantità desiderata nel
sistema. Nella tabella sotto trova l’indicazione sulla dosatura.
6. Dopo aver mescolato il Glo-Leak con il medio, può cercare eventuali perdite con
la lampada UV. La perdita è di colore giallo fluorescente.

Application:
1. Ouvrez l'injecteur en tournant le capuchon dans le sens antihoraire
avec le tuyau.
2. Tournez la poignée dans le sens antihoraire pour rallonger le piston.
Remplissez l'injecteur à la base du filetage interne.
3. Replacez le capuchon avec le tuyau sur l'injecteur.
4. Vissez le clapet anti-retour de 1/4 "sur l'orifice inférieur (d'aspiration) du
système pour vérifier l'étanchéité.
5. Tournez la poignée dans le sens horaire pour injecter la quantité
souhaitée dans le système. Voir le tableau ci-dessous pour les
instructions de dosage.
6. Une fois que le GLO-LEAK s'est mélangé au fluide, vous pouvez utiliser la
lampe UV pour vérifier les fuites potentielles. La fuite est jaune
fluorescente.
