Always check that brakes work before each use - failure to set brakes correctly may result in serious injury or even death.
Ensure all nuts / bolts / screws are securely ghtened and checked before use. Recommended torques (ghtness levels) are
available in the owners manual.
Check bike regularly for signs of damage. Do not use again unl repaired.
Keep your bike in good condion by cleaning off dirt, keeping it well maintained and storing in a dry place.
Always wear a helmet that meets the latest safety standards and make sure you follow the manufaterer’s instrucons.

Remove all packaging. Take care not to scratch any paintwork.
Please note - The plasc caps may have fallen off in transit if they are not on the bike.

THE FRAME
ASwing the front of the frame round to meet the
back of the frame
To join the folding mechanism you need to push
the quick release lever up as shown and join the
frame together.

Close the quick release lever as shown, ensuring it
folds up in a vertical direction.

THE HANDLEBAR

To join the folding mechanism you need to push
the quick release lever to the left, and join the
handlebar stem together

Ensuring the quick release lever is in the open position as shown, slide the saddle into the frame. Make sure you
insert the saddle beyond the minimum insertion mark.
Once the saddle is at your desired height, close the quick release lever as shown
Note: Sometimes the saddle may come inserted in the frame facing backwards, if so release the quick release and turn,
before closing quick release again.

Yor folding bike comes with a folding pedal on the right side (chain side) of
the bike. To open this, bring the pedal to a horizontal position, 90 degrees to
the pedal arm.
Keeping the pedal in this position, push it towards the pedal arm until you
hear a click

THE PEDALS
Unfolding the pedals
Press the release buttons on either side of the pedal. Whilst holding pull the pedal
away from the pedal arm. It will now fold down easily.

AFirst fully release the securing screws as shown
(an-clockwise)
COnce these are in place, replace the screws and ghten by turning clockwise using a cross-head screwdriver
BWrap the bell around the handlebar as shown, remembering
to put it in a place where you can reach it easily whilst riding.
Then wrap the white reflector around the handlebar near the
centre, and wrap the red reflector in the same way around
the saddle post.

ALWAYS CHECK BRAKE FUNCTIONALITY BEFORE RIDING
You can now ensure your saddle and handlebars are at a comfortable riding position, and fully tighten. Always be
aware of the minimum insertion mark and make sure these are inserted beyond this point.

Check that all bolts and xings are tight and secure. You should do this before every ride.
BCheck tyre pressures regularly. Recommended tyre pressures are clearly marked on the side of the tyre.
Check functionality of brakes before every ride, you will nd out more about this in the user manual included.
