other components, carefully inspect any area prior to drilling. All Rennline products are intended for off road use only and
should be installed by a qualified automotive technician.
Check to make sure you have all parts listed prior to installation. If anything is missing contact us immediately.

Step 1: Put window in the down position. Using a screw driver with
tape wrapped around the tip, carefully pry o, (1) armrest, (2) handle
surround (remove small plug at bottom) and the (3) main door card.
See photo for locations. Don’t be afraid, they do all just pull o.

Step 2: Your door should now look like this.
Step 3: Release the rubber boot on the front of door. Step 4: Remove the (11) torx head screws located all the way around
the door component housing. We have circled 2 of these for you in
the photo above.

Step 5: Remove the (2) torx head screws and the 10mm nut on the
front of the door as shown in the photo above.
Step 6: Remove the (3) torx head screws and bracket on the rear of
the door as shown in photo above.
Step 7: The door component housing should now be free from the
door frame. Lift assembly up a bit and pull the front of the assembly
away from the door about 2 inches as shown in photo above.
Step 8: Wedge a piece of foam board (or equivalent) between the
window glass and the component housing. This will allow you to
release the cable from the back side of the interior door handle.
Step 9: Using a screw driver or small hands (if you have them), release
the handle cable clip from the back side of the interior handle
assembly. Pry it torward the door skin.
Step 10: Remove the (2) torx head screws from the interior handle
assembly and remove it from the component housing.

Step 11: Remove the handle pin and the handle from the assembly
as shown in photo.
Step 12: Install the Rennline handle assembly using the factory pin as
shown above. Note, factory spring will no longer be used.
Step 13: Now do everything that you did in steps 1-12 in reverse.
When you get to the door handle surround, insert the Rennline
handle cover prior to installing it, as shown above. Now move to the
other side of the car.
