Im Transportwesen bekommen Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualitätsbe-
wußtsein und die Einhaltung von Terminen eine immer größere
Bedeutung. Mit Hinblick auf diese Kriterien werden moderne
Nutzfahrzeuge, wie dieser Sattelkipper für den Transport von
Schüttgut, unter den Aspekten der Langlebigkeit, eines günstigen
Eigengewichts, des häufigen Einsatzes in kurzen Zeitabständen
und hoher Wertstabilität gezielt entwickelt. So sind runde Mulden
mit entsprechender Wandstärke ebenso für schwere, sperrige
Gesteinsbrocken wie auch für den Erd- oder Abraumtransport
bestens geeignet und somit vor allem für den Baustelleneinsatz
prädestiniert. Im Innenraum der Mulde aus hochfestem Stahl
finden sich materialverstärkte Sicken und ein ebenfalls verstärk-
ter Boden vor, um Schläge durch schweres Schüttgut besser
abzufangen und so den Verschleiß zu verringern. Die breite
flache Form sorgt für einen tiefen Schwerpunkt und die große
Bodenbreite für eine gleichmäßigere Gewichtsverteilung auf den
Innenraum; sie bietet aber gleichzeitig Raum für etliche Tonnen
Nutzlast. Die innen liegende Pendelklappe wird durch die Schütte
bei dem Abladen vor Deformationen gesichert.
Der Sattelkipper verfügt über drei hochstehende, stabile
Stahlachsen, um die Last optimal zu verteilen. Die ausgefeilte
Luftdrucktechnik sorgt bei jedem Beladungszustand auf jeder
Strecke für stetigen Fahrbahnkontakt und dämpft dadurch effektiv
alle Fahrzeugschwingungen, um das Chassis nachhaltig zu
schonen. Der robuste, aber gewichtsoptimierte Stahlrahmen
garantiert hohe Verwindungssteifheit, um auch im schweren
Terrain dem Druck unbefestigter Wege zu trotzen und mögliche
Verformungen zu unterbinden. Um das Verwehen von Teilen der
Ladung über längere Strecken zu verhindern, kann zudem die an
der Mulde befestigte Plane abgerollt werden.
Gemäß der Maxime für maximale Nutzlast durch gewichtsopti-
mierte Konstruktion besitzt der Kipper ferner Aluminium-Felgen
und Einzelrad-Kotflügel aus leichtem Kunststoff. Auch bei der
Arbeitsbühne, die das Auf- und Abrollen der Plane erheblich
vereinfacht, stand Zweckmäßigkeit und geringes Gewicht im
Vordergrund. Die schnell ansprechende Kipphydraulik ermöglicht
zudem schnelles Kippen in sehr kurzen Zeitabständen und erhöht
somit den effektiven Einsatz des Fahrzeugs.
In the transport industry, economic efficiency, quality conscious-
ness and the ability to meet deadlines continue to increase in
importance. With regard to these criteria, modern commercial
vehicles, such as this dumper trailer for transporting bulk goods
have been developed specifically with a view to long service life,
a favourable dead weight, frequent short turn-rounds and the
maintenance of value. Consequently rounded dumpers with thick
walls are as suitable for moving heavy, bulky lumps of stone as for
the removal of soil and rubble and are therefore primarily destined
for use on building sites. The interior of this truck made of high
tensile steel has reinforcing ribs, together with a reinforced base
to enable it to withstand impacts from heavy rubble, thus reducing
wear. The wide flat shape gives it a low centre of gravity and the
broad base produces a more even weight distribution over the
interior, at the same time offering space for a payload of several
tonnes. The internal pivoted flap shutter is safeguarded against
deformation when the load is tipped out.
The dumper trailer has three high-standing, stable steel axles to
give an optimum load distribution. The refined pneumatic pressure
technology provides for constant contact with the road surface,
under all load conditions, on any track, by effectively damping all
vehicle vibrations, to ensure the continuous preservation of the
chassis. Its robust steel frame with optimum weight guarantees
high torsion resistance, in order to withstand the pressure caused
by rough tracks over difficult terrain and to prevent any possible
deformation. In order to secure the load against shedding on
longer trips, it is also possible to draw over it tilts fixed to the
tipper.
In accordance with the maxim that weight-optimized construction
enables maximum payload, the tipper also has aluminium wheel
rims and individual mudguards made of light plastic. On the
working platform too, which considerably simplifies the drawing
on and off of the tilts, fitness for purpose and low weight are in
the foreground. The quick-action tipping hydraulics also make
possible fast dumping and short turn-rounds, thus increasing the
effective use of the vehicle.
