Binding Tips
SCORING COVERS/JOGGING –All Rhin-O-Tuff® Thermal Covers*
have helper scores on the front/back cover. Fold the helper
scores to help guide sheets into cover. Jog document pages
before placing into pre-scored cover to ensure
all pages have
contact with the glue strip. Failure to jog or poor jogging
of the
document can produce partial or weak binds.
MAINTENANCE - It is recommended to occasionally wipe the unit with
a dry cloth and to keep it dust free. The heating plate should also
be
kept free from dust and excess glue. To remove excess glue from
the heat plate, simply heat unit fully. At the end of the cycle, unplug
the unit and wipe the heat plate with a dry paper towel.
Be careful
not to touch the heat plate directly it will be HOT.
