Il kit permette di allungare la testa di combustione del bruciatore di 135 mm.
É composto dai seguenti particolari:
INSTALLAZIONE (Fig. A - B)
• Smontare il boccaglio 7) togliendo le viti 8).
• Smontare l’elica di turbolenza 9), l’elettrodo 10), l’elettrodo di massa 11), le viti 15), il cavallotto 14) e gli ugelli 12).
• Sostituire il collegamento di alta tensione 13), svitandolo dal trasformatore di accensione, con quello fornito con il kit.
• Montare sul portaspruzzo 16) le prolunghe 3) (e su di queste gli ugelli) ed il supporto 6).
• Utilizzando il cavallotto 14) e le viti 15) montare l’elettrodo 10) sul supporto 6), innestandovi il collegamento di alta tensione 5),
e l’elettrodo di massa 11): controllare che il loro posizionamento coincida con quello indicato nelle istruzioni del bruciatore.
• Montare sul supporto 6) l’elica di turbolenza 9), utilizzando le viti 4).
• Infine inserire la prolunga boccaglio 1) sul collare 17), bloccandola con le viti 8), e su di essa montare il boccaglio 7) fissan-
dolo con le viti 2).
A montaggio ultimato verificare la coassialità tra elica e boccaglio ed eventualmente ripristinarla.

Tutte le operazioni di installazione, manutenzione e smontaggio devono assolutamente essere eseguite con rete
elettrica staccata.
La trasformazione della testa di combustione impedisce il parziale utilizzo della cerniera nelle operazioni di
manutenzione del bruciatore.

With this kit, it is possible to extend the burner combustion head by 135 mm.
It consists of the following components:
INSTALLATION (Fig. A - B)
• Dismantle the blast tube assembly 7) removing the screws 8).
• Dismantle the diffuser disc 9), the electrode 10), the earth electrode 11), the screws 15), the U-bolt 14) and the nozzles 12).
• Replace the high voltage connection 13), unscrewing it from the ignition transformer, with the one supplied in the kit.
• Assemble the extensions 3); assemble the nozzles, on the nozzle holder 16), and the support 6) on the extensions.
• Use the U-bolt 14) and screws 15) to assemble the electrode 10) on the support 6), engaging the high voltage connection 5),
and the earth electrode 11): make sure the parts are positioned as indicated in the burner instruction booklet.
• Assemble the diffuser disc 9) on the support 6), using the screws 4).
• Finally, insert the blast tube extension 1) on the collar 17), locking it with the screws 8), and assemble the blast tube 7) on the
extension, fixing it with the screws 2).
Once the assembly is completed, check the coaxiality between the diffuser disc and the blast tube, and restore it if necessary.

All the installation, maintenance and disassembly operations must be carried out with the electricity supply
disconnected.
The combustion head extension disables the partial use of the hinge during maintenance operations
on the burner.
