THE RIG. 801-107cm
AUTOMATIC FOLDING
MACHINE has been designed
and built to accordion fold even
large sheets, rapidly and
efficiently, without having to
press the final folds by hand.
The automatic folding machine
folds sheets with a maximum
width of 107 cm and the folds
can be can be adjusted from
175 to 215 mm.The machine
can fold sizes even longer than
4 m by using an automatic
device that folds the document
in multiples of 4 m, inserting
but not folding two“pages”of
the selected fold size. The
folded copy is then delivered to
the front delivery rack (below
the table).
The
RIG. 801-107cm is equipped
with four different folding
programmes:
•Folding with front title
block and final adjustment
fold
•Folding with front title
block, final adjustment fold
and protruding border for
filing (on the last sheet).
•Parallel folding with front
title block and random final
border.
•297 mm cross-folding from
the pack that was previously
accordion folded (max. size
A0).
La PIEGATRICE UTOMATICA
RIG. 801-107cm è stata
progettata e costruita per piegare
a soffietto e in tempi brevissimi
fogli anche di grandi dimensioni,
senza dover ressare a mano le
pieghe finali.
La piegatrice automatica effettua
pieghe regolabili da 175 a 215
mm di fogli con larghezza massima
107 cm. Può piegare formati di
lunghezza anche superiore a 4 m.
utilizzando un dispositivo
automatico che permette la
piegatura a moduli multipli di 4
m. intercalati da due “pagine”
della misura di piega scelta, non
piegate, ed espellerà la copia
piegata, nel cestello di raccolta
anteriore (sotto il tavolo).
RIG. 801-107cm. è dotata di
quattro dif
ferentiprogrammi di
piegatura:
•Piegatura con tabella in testa e
finale calcolato
•Piegatura con tabella in testa,
finale calcolato e con in più
un bordino sporgente
(nell’ultimo foglio) per
l’archiviazione.
•Piegatura parallela tabella in
testa e ultimo lembo casuale.
•Piegatura trasversale a 297
mm dal pacco
recedentemente piegato a
soffietto(formato maxA0).

Der Faltautomat faltet Pläne mit
max. Breite von 107
cm und
Falte
instellmöglichkeit von 175 bis
215 mm.
Er kann auch über 4 m lange
Formate mittels einer auto-
matischen Vorrichtung falten, die
das Falten in 4 m langen
mehrfachen Modulen mit zwei
dazwischen positionierten nicht
gefalteten “Seiten” in der
ausgewählten Fal
tgrösse
ermöglicht und die gefaltete Kopie
in den vorderen Auffangkorb
(unter dem Tisch) auswirft.

verfügt über
vier unterschiedliche Falt-
programme:
•Falten mit Tabelle vorne
und berechnetem End-
bogen,
•Falten mit Tabelle vorne,
berechnetem Endbogen und
herausragenden Heftstreifen
(auf dem letzten Bogen) zur
Archivierung .
•Parallelfalten mit Tabelle
vorne und zufälligem
Endbogen.
•Querfalten à 297 mm des
vorher ängsgefalteten
Pakets (max. Format AO).

The automatic folding machine
is equipped with
a rear tilting
delivery tray (B) plus a front
rack (A) (under the table) to
collect the folded copies, thus
reducing overall dimensions to
an absolute minimum.
In compete respect for the
environment, the folding
machine starts automatically
and silently each time a sheet is
inserted. Then, at the end of the
cycle, the machine returns to
the stand-
by mode, thus saving
electricity.

is supplied
with a manual table for the
manual insertion and alignment
of the sheets to be folded.
La piegatrice automatica è stata
costruita con un raccoglitore
posteriore (B) ribaltabile ed uno
anteriore (A) (sotto il tavolo)
tali da accogliere le copie
piegate, riducendo al minimo le
dimensioni d’ingombro.
Nel pieno rispetto ambientale,
all’inserimento di ogni foglio, la
piegatrice si autoavvia in modo
molto silenzioso; quindi a fine
ciclo la macchina ritorna in
stand-by riducendo il consumo
di energia elettrica.

completa di tavolo manuale per
consentire l’introduzione e
l’allineamento manuale dei
fogli da piegare.

Built-in design safety
While designing and building
this machine, criteria and
measures were adopted that
meet the essential safety
requirements foreseen by
Mach
ine Directive EEC 89/392
as well as EEC directives
91/368, 93/44, 93/68, 89/336,
92/31 and 73/23.
Thanks to the manufacturer’s
thorough risk analysis, most of
the risks related to the machine
operating conditions, both
foreseen and reasonably
predictable,
have been
eliminated.
Noise
During its operating cycle, the
machine produces noise with a
weighted equivalent continuous
sound pressure level in the
workplace of less than 70 dB.

4.1 GENERAL
RECAUTIONS
•
Do not touch the machine
with wet or moist hands or
feet;
•
Do not use the machine with
bare feet;
•
Do not pull the power cord
or the machine itself to
disconnect the plug from the
socket;
•
Do not allow the machine to
be expose
d to atmospheric
agents (rain, sun, etc.);
•
Do not allow the machine to
be used by children or
unskilled people, without
supervision;
•
If the machine plug does not
match the socket, request a
professional to replace the
socket with one that is
suitable. In
particular, such
a professional must also
ensure that the cross-
section
of the socket cables is
suitable for the machine’s
absorbed power rating;
•
In general, it is not
recommended to use
adapters, multiple sockets
and/or extensions.
•In case of malfuncti
on
and/or poor operation, turn
off the machine and contact
the nearest service centre.
•
Replace the power cord
even if it is slightly
damaged.
4.1 AVVERTENZE
GENERALI
•Non toccare l’apparecchio
con mani o piedi bagnati o
umidi;
•Non usare l’apparecchio a
piedi nudi;
•Non tirare il cavo di
alimentazione,o
l’apparecchio stesso per
staccare la spina dalla presa
di corrente;
•Non lasciare esposto
l’apparecchio agli agenti
atmosferici (pioggia, sole,
ecc.);
•Non permettere che
l’apparecchio sia usato da
bambini o da incapaci,
senza sorveglianza;
•In caso di incompatibilità
tra la presa e la spina
dell’apparecchio, fare
sostituire la presa con altra
di tipo adatto da personale
professionalmente
qualificato. Quest’ultimo, in
particolare, dovrà anche
accertare che la sezione dei
cavi della presa sia idonea
alla potenza assorbita
dall’apparecchio;
•In generale è sconsigliabile
l’uso di adattatori, prese
multiple e/o prolunghe.

cattivo funzionamento

also nicht in der Sonne, im
Regen, usw. liegen lassen.
•Den Kindern oder unf
ähigen
Leuten den ubewachteten
Zugang zur Maschine
verbieten.
•
Im Fall Inkompatibilität
zwischen Steckdose und mit-
geliefertem Stecker, die
Steckdose vom Fachpersonal
durch eine neue dazu
geeignete ersetzen lassen.
Letzteres wird ausserdem
überprüfen, das
s der
Kabelquerschnitt der Steck-
dose für die Stromaufnahme
der Maschine geeignet ist.
•
Im allgemeinen ist es nicht
empfehlenswert, Adapter,
Vielfachsteckdosen und/oder
Verlängerungen zu
verwenden.
•
Bei Maschinenausfall und/oder
Betriebsstörungen, die
Mas
chine ausschalten und den
Service anrufen.
•
Das Netzkabel ersetzen, falls

Assemble the various parts
comprising the machine as
follows:
1. Check the orientation of the legs
(A) so that the copy delivery rack
(B) and plate (C) can be attached
as required.
2. Mount the plate (C) using the
socket screws (E) and the
bushings (F) supplied with the
machine.
3. Insert the rack (B) into the special
side openings (G).
4. Pull out the handles (I) by
pressing on the button (H) until
they snap out.
5. Lift the machine body (D) and
position it on the stand (L).
6. Press the buttons (H) to close the
handles (I) until they snap in.
7. Attach the machine body (D) to
the stand (L) using the socket
screws (E).
8. Position the copy feed table (M)
on the machine body (D) on the
special screws (N) that will then
be tightened.
9. Attach the photocell connectors
(O).

Eseguire il montaggio, delle varie

7. Fissare il corpo macchina (D) al
cavalletto (L) con le viti a brugola
(E).
8. Posizionare il tavolo inserimento
copie (M) sul corpo macchina (D)
nelle apposite viti (N) che
verranno poi serrate.
9. Collegare i connettori delle
fotocellule (O).

anziehen.

1. Make sure th

and make sure the LED
turns on.
3. Check that the display on
the keyboard is on and that
it indicates the standard set
folding size. If other
information is displayed,
consult the
“Troubleshooting”
chapter.
4. When turned on, the
machine is set automatically
on the standard
programme: Fold with final
adjustment, fold size 210
mm (fig. 3).
5. Now the machine is ready to
start folding.
6. Place the sheet on the table
with the title block in the
front and with the drawing
facing up.

Tabelle nach vorne und
Zeichnungen nach oben
positionieren.
