Our company also features a stronger 200V-based anti-marten
system with a range up to 15 meters that protects attics, barns and
other large rooms.

1. technical pecification
Upgrade with an additional sound transducer (model S2100/10) is possible and
recommended
operating voltage: 12V
current consumption (normal operation): Ø 11 mA
current consumption with S2100/10: additionally 8 mA
current consumption (power saving mode): Ø 6 mA
current consumption (stand-by mode): Ø 3 mA
sound frequency: sweep 16 to 50 kHz
sound output: 112 - 115 dB - depending on battery quality
max. ambient temperature: -40 to +80° C (-40 to 176° F)
Flash light fires three times per minute to light up the engine compartment
as an additional repelling factor against martens. Micro controller regulated
protection against deep discharge. The controller monitors the battery level
and consecutively activates power saving/stand-by modes requiring only
6mA or 3mA. Upon deactivation of the engine, a short whistle signals that
the device begins operation. This device is small, compact, splash-proof and
easy to install.
2. Mode of operation
Our devices emit ultrasonic waves with a frequency range of 16 to 50 kHz
(sweep), which are inaudible for human ears but very unpleasant for
martens. Observations have revealed that martens avoid rooms or places
that are exposed to a sound pressure of more than 100 dB in their ultrasonic
hearing range. NEW: Our brand new micro controller based flash light
provides an additional repelling factor against martens. If the battery level
drops, the device switches to power saving mode first and finally to stand by
mode to protect the battery's remaining capacity against deep discharge so
that the engine can still be started.
3. In tallation of the ba e device S 2000/30
Mount the device at a maximum distance of 50cm from the ground using
the included mounting kit. The sound pressure should already affect the
marten on the ground. The sound cone has to point downwards and must be
adjusted contrary to the direction of driving. The sound cone is comparable
to the light emitted by a flashlight. If you install the sound transducer add-
on, the sound sources must not cross each other. The cable outlet has to
face upwards.
4. Electrical connection for all type of vehicle
Connect the red cable to the positive pole (+) of your battery. Connect the
black cable to the negative pole (-) likewise. The brown, white and purple
cables are used to connect the sound transducer add-on S2100/10.
5. Device tatu
The device's ready status is indicated by a short whistle that sounds when
you switch off your car. This signal indicates that your devices has started
its operation.

warranty of 24 months for our Marderschock system to the final customer,
starting from the date of purchase.
For registering a complaint, the final customer has to provide a copy of the
installation receipt which clearly states the serial number of the installed
device. Belated insertion of the s/n is not possible.
As part of this warranty we will reimburse the costs, up to 50 EUR, for un-
and re-mounting of a broken (but new) device. Additional costs will not be
covered by this warranty. Opening, disassembling or inappropriate handling
of the device will void this warranty. Technical data is subject to change
without prior notice.
