Follow CSI instructions to set all audio levels.
DO NOT ground the Shield/ Drain Wire at the Controller end; leave it
grounded at the RRX only.

12 o'clock, a close
approximation of
final settings.
NOTES:
1. A1KΩresistor installed in RRX J401 (Pin 4 to Pin 7), turns OFF the RRX internal CTCSS/ QC encoder when RRX-CGI
is connected to P1, pin 1, as shown. DO NOT set RRX R423 to 0 (zero). (This does not disable the DQC encoder.) The
RRX must be set for a (any) QC code AND the "RP-200" field must be set to "Y"es.
2. IfPJ404isleftin"A"position,eitherunpluggingtheRRX-GCIcableOR lifting the ORG/BLK wire from GND will automatically
revert an RRX Repeater to normal (QC) Repeater mode, as programmed. When it is re-connected, the QC encoder will
again be automatically disabled (i.e.: no RESET required).
3. Verify/ set RRX R426 (VOICE DEV pot), reduced to 4.0/1.7kHz microphone voice deviation limiting to allow for 1.0/0.8 kHz
of LTR data deviation. Then adjust theCONTROLLER pots to attain these levels. Leave all other RRX potentiometers at
factory settings.
