Special gas hose (e.g., high-quality composite or NBR hose) must be used for the
connection between the gas stove and the gas source. Using hose that is made of
common rubber material is strictly prohibited as such hose will react with ozone and LPG
and causes gas leakage, fire disaster and other dangers due to aging and cracking.
Special gas hose must be used for the connection with gas source and it shall be replaced
at least once a year. The hose shall have a length around 1~1.5 m with no rigid bending
and flattening. Using defected or aged hose is strictly prohibited. The joint of the hose
shall be checked for firmness and reliability. The joint shall be secured with clamps, so as
to avoid gas poisoning, fire disaster and other dangers due to gas leakage.
If G1/2' interface is adopted, the joint of the φ9.5 hose must be screwed off, a rubber
washer shall be applied on the interface and the nut shall be screwed down. After that,
leakage detection shall be carried out before using.

Do not use baffler to cover the flame. Putting inflammables around stove and drying
towels, clothes, etc. with stove are not allowed.
During ignition, please keep head away from the burner. After using, please close the
valve of the gas source and the switch knob of the gas stove, so as to avoid the
occurrence of accident.
The cupboard where an embedded gas stove is going to be installed shall have an
atmosphere-connected opening that satisfies ventilation requirements (with an area no

less than 100 cm ), so as to avoid explosion caused by deposited leaked gas.
Please do not turn on the stove without putting any pot or use it to heat any empty pot, as
such operation may damage the extractor hood due to excessive heating or ignite the
greases on extractor hood and cause fire disaster.
During and short after using, please do not touch areas like pot rack, burner cap and
stove panel as they are still hot.

If special gas hose is adopted, one end of the hose shall be connected with the valve of
gas source and the other end shall be connected with the gas inlet of the gas stove (Note:
Please remove the protective cap on the joint). The hose ends shall cover the red marks
and secured by the clamps provided randomly. In the meantime, leakage detection shall
be carried out to make sure there is no leakage. After that, the product can be used.
If gas leakage is observed, the valve of the gas source shall be closed immediately and
window shall be opened for ventilation. Exhausting gas with electric fan, extractor hood or
other electric appliances is not allowed. Do not operate the switch of any electric
appliance and no fire is allowed. In the meantime, please contact the after-sales service
of the local branch.

If anti-drop metal hose is adopted, the hose must be installed as per the methods and
steps specified in the operation instruction in the package of the hose strictly (by the
professional staff of the Company) and leakage detection must be carried out (See the
methods above).

Do not screw the hold-down nut at the joint of the gas inlet without permission. If the nut is
screwed for wrong joint direction, leakage detection must be carried out at the site
(Methods: Apply a thin layer of neutral cleaning solution on the joint and open the valve of
gas source to heck if there is any bubble. If bubble is observed, close the valve and screw
down the nut. Carry out leakage detection again to make sure there is no leakage. After
that, the product can be used.)

the nameplate of the gas stove for consistence. If the types are not same, the product is
not allowed to be installed and used.

During using or igniting, if awhirring sound that indicates the flareback of burner is heard,
the switch knob of the stove shall be closed immediately. Check if the burner cap, copper
core and other parts are in place and carry out ignition after 30 seconds.

Installation Instruction
1.The distance between an installed stove and its surroundings shall be no less than 15 cm and a clear
height no less than 100 cm shall be reserved above the stove. If an extractor hood is to be installed, the
clear height shall be set as per the installation requireme n ts of the extractor hood.
2.The cupboard where an embedded gas stove is going to be installed shall have an atmosphere-

connected opening that satisfies ventilation requirements (with an area no less than 100 cm ), so as to
avoid explosion caused by deposited leaked gas.
3.If special gas hose is adopted, one end of the hose shall be connected with the valve of gas source and
the other end shall be connected with the gas inlet of the gas stove (Note: Please remove the protective cap
on the joint). The hose ends shall cover the red marks and secured by the clamps provided randomly. In the
meantime, leakage detection shall be carried out to make sure there is no leakage. After that, the product
can be used.
4.An opening shall be made as per the size of the opening template. The stove shall be embedded evenly in
the opening.
5.If G1/2' interface is adopted, the joint of the φ9.5 hose must be screwed off, a rubber washer shall be
applied on the interface and the nut shall be screwed down. After that, leakage detection shall be carried
out before using.
6.High quality qualified relief valve must be used by LPG stove.
7.When placing a copper cap, the locating rod must be inserted in the locating hole of the aluminum seat, so
that the cap can be put in place without any movement.

Operation Methods
1.Check if the cooper core, cooper cap, pot rack, etc. are in place. Confirm the location of the switch
knob (See Fig. 1) and then open the valve of gas source.
2.Ignition: Press and hold the switch knob and rotate it for 90 degrees counterclockwise for high flame
(See Fig. 2). At this time, a continuous “clicking” sound of pulse ignition can be heard. After ignition, do
press and hold the switch knob for 3~5 seconds (to the maximum extend) before releasing. If flame is
observed, the product can be used safely. If no flame is observed, please repeat the above operations.
The switch knob can be rotated for another 90 degrees counterclockwise for low flame (See Fig. 3).

Notes: When a stove is used for the first time or resumed after a long time, the first attempt of
ignition may fail due to the residual air in the hose. Therefore, repeat operations are required.
3.Flame-out: Rotate the switch knob clockwise to t h e (Fig. 1) location for fl a m e - o u t .
4.Flame adjustment: Rotate the switch knob according to its flame indication to obtain the
flame.
5.Air adjustment: In order to realize the optimal combustion status of flame, air adjustment can be
carried out at air inlet. Rotate the throttle (at the bottom of stove) clockwise or counterclockwise till the
flame becomes clear, stable and blue in color (See the figures below). Different combustion statuses
can be discriminated as follows:

Good combustion : The flame is blue in color with distinct inner and outer flames. No yellowish or
reddish flame is observed.
Insufficient air : The flame elongates and is in yellowish or reddish color with no distinct (blurred)
inner and outer flames.
Excessive air : The flame is cyan in color and lifted, i.e., away from the cooper cap and cooper core,
or shortens distinctly (flareback may occur in case of manufactured gas).

1.Surface maintenance: Please clean the surface of stove with neutral detergent and then wipe it with
dry cloth. Do not clean the surface with wire brush or other hard objects.
2.In order to maintain the normal operation and good combustion status of the stove, brush and steel
needle must be used regularly to unblock the flame outlet (groove) and remove the dirt on burners, so
that stove damages by flareback due to blocked flame outlet (groove) can be avoided. Do not wash the
flame outlet (groove) with water.
3.Check the cooper core, cooper cap and their seats regularlyfor any displacement or deviation and
carry out rectification accordingly (to put them in place), so as to avoid the occurrence of accident.
