Follow instructions carelully to avoid personal inlury or damage to carpeting. ALWAYS MAKE SUBE THAT THE TRIGGER
IS FUttY ENGAGED AND SEATED FIBMTY IN THE INTEBNAT "STOP" TO MINIMISE THE DANGER OF COLLAPSE.
Rl 0400
The 810400 Knee Kicker incorporates a number of new concepts and features to improve reliability and
performance. The Pro Gel Knee Kicker features a gel infused bumper pad to reduce impact shock while
still transferring maximum energy to the head pins. Adclitionally, the angle of the pad now conforms to the
natural angle of your knee to increase comfort. A new lever design to adjust the pin depth is easier to use
and turn, ensuring the pin setting is secure. The Pro Gel Knee Kicker is constructed from precision die-cast
aluminum alloy, with extra thick walls, whilst the neck has been increased for more stability.
The R10400 Pro Gel Knee Kicker adjusts from
45-55cm in length to suit the user's preference
and job requirements.
To adjust the kicker, press the steel button on
top of the body casting, and pull the bumper/
channel assembly to the desired setting. Test
the security by pulling back and forth on the
bumper-
The pin plate containing the large hardened
steel pins can be adjusted by lifting the lever
knob on the kicker head and rotating it into
position. The lever has 8 positions and the
pins can be extended to 12mm below the head
casting. Use the proper pin length suited to
the carpet weight you are installing. For ighter
carpeting, the nap strips are generally suff cient
to engage the material, and the pin plate can be
retracted to the full "up" position. Extend the
pins for heavy carpets with firm backing,
The patent pending bumper is designed to reduce
gel and angled to fit the natural alignment of your
bumper, as injury or discomfort could occur,
shock and injury to the knee
knee. Do not contlnue to use It has been inf used with
a worn or damaged
1. Remove lint and carpet pile from the nap strips with a small screwdriver blade from tlme to time to
maintain the gripping strength of the nap strips.
2. Apply light, white grease to the channel occasionally to keep it lubricated. REMOVE EXCESS GREASE
with a c\ean cloth.
The polished aluminum finish will oxidize and become dull after a period of time. Use an aluminium
polishing compound to restore the original shiny surface. Be sure to remove all polish after you finish.
Wrapping your kicker in a towel when not in use will help preserve the finish and prevent damage.
Periodic tightening of the adjustable lever screw may be necessary. This screw can be easily accessed
beneath the removable red plug on the kicker dome.
