⚫Please read this entire manual before unpacking, setting up, or operating the
instrument.
⚫Please dispose of the packing materials in compliance with your local environmental
protection policy.
⚫Make sure the voltage and frequency of power source are corresponding with rated
input voltage.
⚫Please operate this instrument on a flat surface and well-ventilated circumstance, and
keep away from any flammable material.
⚫Always switch on the instrument after releasing vacuum to zero.
⚫Please clean and maintain the instrument every single use according to the
maintenance part.
⚫For more detailed information, please refer to the latest catalog and Rocker website.
Please check if the package is complete without any damage before unpacking. When
unpacking the instrument, please make sure the instrument model and you have all
accessories that indicated on the list. If there is any problem, please keep the serial number
along with packing case and contact your local distributor immediately.

Pour liquid solution into funnel
Switch on the power/ Adjust vacuum button to start filtration

Maintenance
1. Glass funnel, support base, filtration adaptor and storage bottle are made of
heat resistant material. Please rinse with water and wipe clean with dry rag
after every single use. Autoclave is available.
2. Silicon tube is made of heat-resistant material; please rinse it with water and
followed by autoclave to preserve it.
3. The autoclave procedure for 30 minutes at 121℃is recommended.
4. Lafil 300C has a built-in oil free pump, and there are no scheduled
maintenance requirements for this instrument. Please switch off the
instrument and clean the aqua storage tank with dry rag after every use.
5. Muffler and silicone tube are consumable. Please do regular inspection and
replace those accessories to make sure the flow rate is not affected.
6. Replace a spare fuse, 4A fuse for 110V and 1.5A fuse for 220V, in fuse holder if
necessary.

Problems
Reasons and Solution
1. Instrument fails to start
1. Check if the power source is corresponding with rated
input voltage

2. Check if the power switch is in ON position.
3. Vacuum still exists in system →Release vacuum and
restart instrument.

2. Vacuum fails to adjust
