On a VS-2480 with system version 2.0, and with the VS-2480CD, an externally
connected VGA monitor can be used to perform various operations. This chapter
explains the controls that are displayed in each screen.

View a list of projects saved on the current drive.
• STORE
Save the current project.
• SHUTDOWN/EJECT
Exit operations on the VS-2480.

The automix and phrase sequence status is
indicated by the color.
• Amber: Manual
• Red: Write
• Green: Read

This button switches the play list between a
wide display and a display that also includes
the V.Track map, locator, markers, and scene
operations.
15. Mode Reset button
Turns mute and solo switches off for each
channel. The automix or phrase sequence
status will switch together with this, in this
order: Manual - Write - Read.

17. Zoom button
Switches the scale of the play list. If you switch the zoom setting in the direction of the tracks (vertically),
the parameters that are displayed will change.
18. WAVE Display button
Press this button to view the currently selected track’s audio as waveform
data or as a simple rectangle.
