TPR 60 / TPR 80
Description
The tapas displays are available in 2versions, with 6 GN Containers (TPR 60) or 8
GN containers (TPR 80).
They respectively keep the GN containers cold for a maximal ambient temperature
of 25°C.
These appliances are meant for professional use and should be used by qualified
people. They must be installed according to the current reglementation by a qualified
technician.

Functioning
Tapas displays are fitted with:
- Electronic regulation thermostat
- On-off switch
-Lighting switch
-Fluorescent light
Installation and starting
1- Unpack the machine with precaution.
2- Remove protective films.
3- Place the machine on the display stand, near a normalized 16A plug.
4- Adjust the feet so that the machine is perfectly horizontal.
5- Plug the machine,
Put the lighting switch on position I,
Put the on/off switch on position I.
NB : The plug must be accessible at any time
6- After few minutes of functioning, the regulation temperature is reached.
Use
a -The models TRP 60 and 80 are of climatic class 3, what corresponds to a
maximal ambient temperature of 25°C.
b- The machine must not be exposed to the sun. It is planned to work without water.
c- Place only cold products on the containers
d- It is recommended that the products do not exceed the top of the containers
e- For hygienic reasons, the daily stop and cleaning are recommended.

f- Regulations:
The shop window is preset in factory in +2°C. The compressor is protected by a stop
of 5 mn between the stop and the started.
If food is too cold, you can adjust the temperature like this :
-Press on the bottom arrow during 5 seconds; the point of instruction(deposit) flashes
-By means of arrows, adjust this value between +2°C and 10°C
-Press simultaneously on both arrows to validate; the thermostat comes back in automatic
mode.
-For other parameters, please contact a qualified technician.
Cleaning
1- Stop the machine, unplug it.
2- Remove sliding doors by lifting them slightly.
3- Remove the containers and place them in a cold room.
4- Clean the tray with a wet and clean sponge. If you use a cleaner, rinse with clear
water.
5- Clean windows and body with a wet cloth. Never use abrasive products.
The front window seesawsbut it is necessary to maintain it because the hinge is not planned
to support all the weight of the window.
6- Once a month, dust the zone of the compressor and clean the condenser. To reach
it, remove the stainless steel hood, under the convex window.
