Please respect these instructions scrupulousl to avoid an risk of fire, electric shock,
scald or other wounds and damage. During the use of this appliance, fundamental cir-
cumspection of securit must alwa s be noticed, such as:
- Take into account the instructions and keep it s stematicall with the appliance.
- Install the appliance alwa s in instructions respect. A 10 cm distance minimum
with the partition or the wall is necessar .
- Protect the appliance from direct light of the sun, frost and humidit .
- Never leave the appliance within the reach of children or disabled persons with-
out surveillance.
- Never move the appliance when it is working or when the surfaces of cooking
are still hot.
- Check that the appliance is definitel off before connecting it up or disconnect-
ing it.
- Do not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance. The temperature of the hot sur-
faces can be ver important when the appliance is working. Alwa s use control
knobs.
- Do not use the appliance for other functions than determined use.
- Do not leave the electrical cord in contact of hot surfaces.
- The appliance should not be used close to combustible materials.
- During use, look after not to obstruct hearings of aeration of the appliance
- To avoid an electric shock, never plunge the appliance, the cord or plug in wa-
ter or quite other liquid.
- If the cord is harmed, it must be replaced b the producer, his after sale service

3. CONFORMITY OF USE
Use the appliance onl to toast bread, brioche, bagels, waffles, baguettes, bruschet-
tas, buns, small pizzas, quiches, panini...
4. WAY OF FUNCTIONING
Ideal for intensive use in baker , fast-food chains and franchises ! This conve or ov-
en with infrared quartz tubes (1050°C) cooks non-stop and with no preheating ever
kind of hot snacks : 1’30 min in ver ge !

To turn on the toaster, just action the commutator (n°1 on picture) on the desired po-
sition (50% or 100 %). The orange pilot light (n°4 on picture) ignites. Turn on the
speed regulator knob (n°3 on picture) according to the desired cooking time (from 0
to 10).

5. FUNCTIONING / MANIPULATION

- Unpack carefull the device of its packaging.
- Place it on a plane and heatproof surface.
- Never place the device near a wall or near a partition makes of combustible mate-
rials even if it is ver well isolated.
- A distance of minimum 10 cm with the partition or the wall is necessar .
- Never plug the to ster on multi socket d ptor.
- Plug the to ster on 16A plug minimum.
- Never expose the plug to he ting source.
b) First st rting:
During the first use, warm our machine up outside to evacuate residual smokes of
manufacturing oil from the metallic parts. This ma emit a slight smell for a few mo-
ments.
First cleaning
Clean the device before the first use. (See 6. Cleaning)
Connection of the device
- Check that the tension and the frequenc of the electricit network suit to the val-
ues indicated on the descriptive plate.
- Check that neither the cord nor the plug are damaged. If necessar , it has to be
replaced b the manufacturer, its after sale service or an qualified person to avoid
an risk.
- Make sure that ever control knob is positioned on 0.
- Unwind completel the electric power cable and connect it in a plug connected
with the earth.
- The device is connected.
NB: in case of connection of the device in a plug without earth protection or directl on
the electricit network, confide its connection to a qualified person .

c) Use of device :

Putting on
Turn on the commutator (n°1 on picture) on the wished position according to the
desired power.
The control pilot light (n°4 on picture) ignites.
Turn on the speed regulator knob (n°3 on picture) according to the desired cook-
ing time
Temperature setting
Set the power desired b positioning the commutator (n°1 on picture) to the
wished position.
Stopping the appliance
Set the commutator (n°1 on picture) on 0.
Set the speed regulator (n°3 on picture) on 0.
Let the device cool
Disconnect the power cable.
Clean the appliance. (see 6. Cleaning)
d) Bre kdown / rep ir:
In case of breakdown or of damaged part, please call our after-sales service and
confide an technical operation to qualified person.
When ou contact the after-sales service of our distributor or our store, give him
the complete reference of our device (commercial name, t pe and serial number).

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Disconnect the device.
- Let cool completel the device before an technical intervention or cleaning.
- Take the croissants support off the top of the oven.
- Remove the loading and unloading tra s (front and back) to wash them in he dish-
washer.
- Brush the grid with the supplied brush.
- Clean the top and the external surfaces of the oven with a soft cleaning product. Do
not spra the cleaning product directl on the stainless steel but use a dish mop. Let
act 5 min. Rinse the dish mop into clear water and sweep it on all the outside walls.

- Never clean the quartz tubes when the are hot
- Avoid touching quartz tubes with our fingers but use a cloth moistened with spirit.
- Clean regularl the external walls of our device with warm water and wash liquid:
avoid the abrasive towelling. Rinse our device with a wet sponge.
- Never clean the device under a water jet, the infiltrations would risk to damage it in
a irreparable wa .
- Never immerse the device, the cord or the plug in the water or quite other liquid to
avoid an electric shock.
- During a prolonged non-use, we recommend ou strongl to keep the device shield-
ed from the humidit .
