Engine electronics / control engine electronics
Limiting the starting current
Soft start and electronic control ensures a smooth start. This also has the advantage to prevent any projection of the
liquid at start-up of the tool. With low startup current, a 16 A fuse sufficient to protect the tool.
Reduced idling speed
Electronics reduces the tool speed when the idling. This reduces noise
levels and engine wear and gear
Speed pre-selection
The speed selector to preset the system gradually. The required speed depends on
the type of mixed liquid, it is recommended to perform a practical test.
Speed selector
The speed selector allows you to select two speed ranges:
Speed 1 min = 150 min-1 to 300min-1
Speed 2= 300 min-1 to 650 min-1
It is possible to switch the speed when the tool is running.
It should not do so under full load.
Electronic controller
The electronic controller maintains almost constant speed under load and empty. This ensures a steady mixture of
liquids.

Electronic protection against overloads
In case of extreme overload of the tool, an electronic overload protection protects the motor against damage. In such
cases, the engine stops and will not restart until the load is reduced.
Thermal protection against overload
To protect the tool against overheating in case of high continuous load, safety electronics shut down the engine if the
temperature exceeds the critical threshold. After cooling for about 3 to 5 minutes, the tool is ready for use under full
load. If the tool is hot, the thermal protection against overloads reacts earlier.
STORAGE
Only store the tool in a dry and frost. Make sure the tool is stored out of reach of children.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
•Unplug from the power socket before performing any cleaning tasks.
•Avoid inhalation of liquid in the housing of the tool. Use a soft cloth to wipe the housing. Never use gasoline, solvents
or detergent attacking the plastic.
•It is highly recommended to clean the agitators directly after completing the work.
•Regularly clean the ventilation slots of the housing.
•If the carbon brushes are worn, the tool automatically switches off. It should then send the tool to maintain the S.A.V.
•After about 100 hours of work, check the coals and, if necessary replace and clean the crankcase.
•After about 200 hours of work, repeat the lubrication of the crankcase.
•WARNING ! To maintain the insulation, the tool should then be subject to safety inspections. For this reason,
