machine for your floor cleaning requirements. Backed by our
industry expertise that spans across decades, we assure you that

We advise you to carefully read through the instructions prior to
the operation of the machine. This manual contains detailed
instructions for the proper operation of the machine, along with
important information regarding its handling, care, maintenance
and service needs.
We are sure that you will find the machine and its performance to
your utmost satisfaction. Once again, we thank you for choosing

USAGE, HANDLING AND MODIFICATIONS
Use of the product beyond the specified scope of functioning is
deemed improper and the manufacturer cannot be held liable for
any damages which may arise due to this.
This machine may be used only by persons who are trained or are
familiar with the machine and are aware of the possible hazards
involved. The appropriate Accident Prevention Regulations as
well as applicable general regulations pertaining to Safety and
Health at the work place must be adhered to by the user.
Modifications made to machine without the manufacturer's
consent will relieve the manufacturer of responsibility and any
possible liability for consequential damage.
NOTES ON DOMESTIC WARRANTY
Please refer to the Limited Warranty card supplied along with
the machine for additional information. This Warranty Policy is
applicable only for the product sold within India.
If the product requires repair or maintenance work to be
performed, please ensure that you get the machine serviced
from an authorised service center or dealer of RMCL to ensure
that the warranty is not void.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE MACHINE
On arrival of the machine at the shipping address, please check
for any damage that may have occurred as a result of transit. In
the event of any such damage, the purchaser is bound by
responsibility to send a claim letter to the concerned authorized
branch/dealer with a copy of the invoice. The letter should be
sent within 24 hours of receipt of the machine.

ŸThe operator is responsible for all persons in the working
area.
ŸChildren must be kept away from the machine during
operation.
ŸNo person must be allowed to stay in the zone of danger.
ŸThe warning and instruction plates attached to machine give
important advice on safe operation.
ŸReplace lost or illegible stickers.
ŸBefore starting to work, the operator has to check that the
machine and its working implements are in proper and safe
operating condition.
ŸMachines with known defects must not be used.
ŸIt is important for operators and all persons who use the
product, to familiarize themselves with all accessories and
controls, as well as their functions, before starting
operations.
ŸAbiding by the above general instructions can help you avoid
having to read this book while trying to run the machine.
ŸThis machine must only be used for the manufacturer’s
approved application as described in this manual.
ŸThe machine must be kept clean and in good condition with
regular inspections of the battery charging lead and plug for
signs of any damage. If any parts are damaged they shall only
be replaced by an approved part by the manufacturer, its
service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a
hazard.
ŸOnly genuine accessories and spare parts provided with the
machine or those approved by the manufacturer should be
used. All repairs must be performed by a qualified service
agent.
ŸThis machine is for WET scrubbing only.
·Ground cleaning machines may be run by qualified personnel
only.
·The machine may be used for cleaning such surfaces
approved by the owner or this authorized representative.
·The operator must use the machine in accordance to its
intended fields of application.
·During operation, the operator must take account of local
conditions (stairs, obstacles) and of other persons,
particularly children.
DO NOT CLEAN THE MACHINE WITH A WATER HOSE
OR HIGH-PRESSURE WATER JET (DANGER OF SHORT
CIRCUITS OR DAMAGE TO MACHINE).

Only use accessories and spare parts which have been approved
by the manufacturer. The exclusive use of original accessories
and original spare parts ensures that the appliance can be
operated safely and trouble free.
=Use only brushes that are provided with the machine or
specified in the Operations Manual. The use of other brushes
can affect the safety of the machine.
=Please keep in mind that the power cord or extension cable
can be damaged when run over while operating the cleaning
head with rotating brushes or the escalator itself.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
· This machine is for indoor use only and should not be used or
stored outdoors in wet conditions.
·Do not operate the machine when connected to the mains
electrical supply.
·Take care when using a machine near the top of stairs to avoid
overbalancing.
·Keep hair, loose clothing, hands, feet and all other parts of the
body away from openings and moving parts.
·This charger should always be connected to a fully earth
power supply of the right voltage and frequency.
·When unplugging, pull the plug, not the charger supply cord.
·Unless charging, the plug of the charger supply cord must be
removed from the socket-outlet when not in use and before
commencing cleaning of the machine or undertaking
maintenance operations.
·When working on the electrical system, always disconnect
the battery cable.
·Battery may only be handled and changed by properly skilled
maintenance personnel.
·Pay attention that the insulation of the charger cables are not
damaged during the charging process.
·It is not permitted to use aggressive and corrosive cleaning
agents.
·Never lay any metallic objects or tools on batteries. Risk of
short circuit and deflagration!
The machine may be used only on indoor hard floorings
and for operation on level grounds with a maximum
inclination of upto 2%.
Never collect explosive fluids, undiluted acids and
solvents. This includes e.g. gasoline paint thinners or fuel
oil, which-when combined with air, may form explosive
vapors or mixtures. Acetone, undiluted acids and
solvents can be aggressive to the material used for the
machine components.
- Do not clean the machine by means of vapor jet or high
pressure cleaning equipment.
- Do not USE the machine on steps.
- Use of the machine in areas prone to explosion hazards is
strictly forbidden.
Use only genuine spare brushes as specified by the
manufacturer. Use of other than the indicated brush types
may affect safety.
Unless you are charging the machine; always remove the
plug from the socket outlet. Keep the charger supply cord
clear of moving parts.
Do not direct water or other liquids into the control unit
of your machine, risk of damaging the equipment or
short circuit.
Incorrect lifting techniques may result in personal injury.
We advise that the manual handling regulations are followed.
Carefully wrap the charger supply cord and store in dry indoor
location. Do not expose the machine to rain or moisture.

OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY
Environmental Responsibility
The operator’s responsibility is to take care of the machine’s daily
maintenance and routine checkups to keep the machine in good
working condition.
The operator must also inform the supervisor when scheduled
maintenance of the machine is to be carried out.
The packaging material can be recycled. Please do not place the
packaging into the ordinary refuse for disposal, but arrange for
the proper recycling.
Old machines contain materials that can be recycled. Please
arrange for the proper recycling of old machines. Batteries and
actuators contain substances that must not enter the
environment. Please dispose of your old machines, batteries and
actuators using appropriate collection systems.
Read this manual completely and understand before
operating this machine. Also ensure that the persons who
are going to operate this machine have also read and
understood the contents of this manual.
Do not use this machine to collect any external water.
Do not use this machine as a vacuum cleaner.
MACHINE OPERATION
ŸInsert the two pipe handles into the bottom handle and secure
them using washer and knob (2 Nos) by tightening lightly.
Ensure that the handles are assembled according to their
marked position.
Machine Assembly & Operation
ŸFit the top handle over the pipe handles and secure them
with washer and screw (2 Nos). Ensure that the label on the
top handle is facing the front of the machine.
lRemove the retaining spring and place the handle in
upright position.
This machine is intended to clean smooth, even floors in
indoor areas.
This machine should not be used to clean rough uneven
surfaces.

ŸPass the free end of the pull cable through the plastic guide in
RH handle.
ŸPlug the cable to the top handle assembly.
ŸInstall the fresh water tank in between the two pipe handles
and secure it using knobs.
ŸFix the two brushes using the brush shafts.
ŸNow tighten firmly both the knobs and screws alternately.
Insert the dummy caps provided to cover the screws (2 nos) in
the top handle.
ŸSecure the allen key in the slot
provided in the handle tube for
further usage.
MACHINE OPERATION
ŸSet the switch in ON position and connect the charger with
battery.
ŸConnect the charger to the power supply.
Ÿ After 5 ½ hours the battery is fully charged.
ŸSlide this knob to TOP position (a) (Working Mode) to operate
the machine. Slide this knob to BOTTOM position (b) to move
the machine from one place to other place and to park the
machine. By keeping the knob to top position (working mode)
and move the machine to operate.

ŸThe pull handle is used to spray fresh water in front of the
machine.

ŸSlide this knob to BOTTOM position to move the machine to
park. Remove the fresh water tank and clean it.
ŸSwitch off the machine and remove the brushes.
ŸClean the machine and brushes.
ŸDisconnect the battery from the machine and remove it.
ŸThe battery can be charged separately.

èBefore removing the brushes from the machine ensure that
the machine is switched off.
èDo not clean the brushes using a high pressure jet cleaner.
èDo not smoke near the battery during charging.
èDo not let water come in contact with the battery or charger
during charging, risk of short circuit.
èDisconnect the power cord from the wall socket after the
battery is completely charged.
èDo not keep the charger switched ON without the battery
pack connected to it.

secondary treatment facility prior to disposal as waste.
