General Information
Allgemeines
Vor dem Ausbau ist:
- die Ursache des Defektes festzustellen.
Zum Aus- und Einbau sind:
- die von Rosenbauer spezialgefertigten Abziehvorrichtungen
und Spezialwerkzeuge zu verwenden.
Vor dem Einbau sind:
- Sämtliche Teile auf Beschädigungen zu prüfen.
- Beschädigte Teile sind durch Neue zu ersetzen.
- Alle Teile sind zu reinigen, alte Dichtungen und Dichtungs-
massen von den Dichtflächen zu entfernen.
- Es ist besonders darauf zu achten, daß alle Bauteile vor dem
Einbau von Späne oder sonstige Fremdkörper gereinigt sind.
- Es dürfen nur neue O-Ringe, Wellendichtringe,
Gleitringdichtungen und Lager verwendet werden.
- O-Ringe sind vor der Montage mit dem Fett, Art.-Nr. 084611
einzufetten.
General Information
Before disassembly:
- Determine the cause of the failure.
For disassembly and assembly is:
- TousepullersandspecialtoolsspeciallydesignedbyRosenbauer.
Before assembly:
- Check all parts for damages.
- Replace damaged parts with new ones.
- Clear all parts and remove any remaining sealings or sealing
material from the sealing surfaces.
- Be careful not to leave any chips or other foreign matter in any
part.
- Apply only new O-rings, shaft seals, axial face seals and
bearings.
- Before assemble the O-rings, apply grease - Art.-No.: 084611.
