Thank you for choosing the ROSINBOMB M60 Rosin Press with
patent-pending Flow Channel Technology. The M60’s custom plates
are specially designed with a non-stick surface made with a U.S.
FDA-approved food grade, diamond hard coating. Your press is
constructed of stainless-steel parts and integrated with a tempera-
ture adjustable press plate platform to move your rosin quickly from
the press plate surface to your product collection tray. The new M60
design is a watershed change in pressing technology because it
allows for continuous, rapid press production with no stopping for
paper scraping required. The non-stop ow of rosin is self-gathering
in non-stick FDA food grade collection trays for easy clean up at the
end of your press cycle.
Your M60 press is plug and play out of the box. It is capable of
pressing over 6,000 pounds of pressure with one button touch oper-
ation. At approximately 60 pounds weight, your M60 Resin Press is
portable measuring only 18 inches in height, 9 inches in width, and
9 inches in depth. The press can process up to 15 grams of material
per press.
Your new M60 press machine runs from an electric outlet of 110
volts or 220 volts (if equipped). The motor draws 6.5 amperes during
press and cycles at 60 Hz per second (speed of press ram). You
may press up to 15 grams of material in a single press event. To
achieve the best experience with your new M60 Resin Press, please
read the accompanying product manual information thoroughly.
Operation requires minimal training and maintenance.
Good pressing!!

Your ROSINBOMB M60 is plug and play out of the box.
Before using the press, remove all packaging components and
read the operating instructions.

ROSINBOMB M60 OPERATION
STEP 1 (Preparation):
• Place unit on a stable surface and plug the press machine in to a 110-volt AC power
outlet and turn on the press machine.
• Allow the heat plates temperatures to rise to approximately 210 degrees Fahrenheit
(F) or 99 degrees Celsius (C) according to which display temperature setting is
selected. This may take approximately 10 minutes.
STEP 2 (Preparation):
• Place raw material (ower) in the provided ower ROSINBOMB Press Bags using the
ROSINBOMB Bombloader (recommended) or similar tool to tightly pack each bag for
press with raw material.
STEP 3 (Preparation):
• Place a single Press Bag packed with ower at center position on the bottom press
plate.
• Conrm center position of the Press Bag on the plate ensuring no portion of the bag
lies outside of the center press area of the plate (maximum press force at center of
plate).
STEP 4 (Press Operation):
• Hold down the press button (top button) until both plates are pressed together over
the raw material.
• Release the press button and pause until all of the resin has seeped out and into the
ow channel. The extraction is complete when the ow of resin into the ow channel
stops. One press event takes about two minutes time.
STEP 5 (Release Operation):
• Press the press release button (bottom button) to affect return of the lower press
plate to its original starting position. (Repeat steps 2 through 5 to extract maximum
yield from all of your raw materials).
STEP 6 (Clean Up Operation):
• After last press operation, the Groove Cleanout Tool should be used to hand swab
the remaining rosin out of the press plate groove from back to front and out into the
rosin collection tray.
• It is important to clean both press plates thoroughly with high grade rubbing alcohol
(91% recommended) between press operations. Use a clean dry cloth and the
special plate cleaning tool provided for the purpose. Note: avoid household cleaning
solutions containing chemicals that may leave a lm on the press plates.

information for each plate.
Plate Details:
M60 press plates are crafted of aircraft grade aluminum and are
powder coated to provide long lasting endurance in press operation.
Each plate is three and one quarter inches square and the bottom
plate includes a gravity-assisted resin groove that transfers heated
resin in liquid form from the press plate surface to the collection tray.

FAQ’s
Do I need to set the two plate temperatures to be exactly the
same?
Yes. To ensure consistent yield, the plates should be set at the exact
same temperature (+/- 1-2 degrees).
How durable is the Flow Channel™ plate coating?
The coating is an FDA approved, Diamond-hard coating. It’s intended
to last the lifetime of your M60 press with proper cleaning.
How do I clean the press plates?
It is recommended you use the specically designed Flow Channel™
clean-out tool to make your clean up easy and efcient. Simply slide
the tool, applying slight pressure, back to front, moving the residual
product into the catch tray. Do a few swipes to ensure the grooves are
clean. Clean the tool and plates by swabbing with isopropyl alcohol
(91 percent recommended). Dry with a soft, clean cloth.
What’s the maximum amount of material recommended per
pressing? ROSINBOMB recommend a maximum of 15g’s of material in
puck form for each press with your M60. We recommend using Bottle
Tech style.
Do I need any additional equipment to operate my M60?
As long as you’re using ROSINBOMB Bags (or another bag
equivalent) and a non-stick tray to collect your rosin, you do not
require any additional tools or equipment.

QUICK TIPS
For the latest in FAQ and tips go to
https://www.rosinbomb.com/pages/operationtips.
• Make sure to set your M60 heat controllers (both upper and lower
plates) to the same temperature for the most efcient heat usage
during press.
• Allow the plates to pre-heat for approximately 10 minutes to
ensure your press is done at the correct temperature.
• Create multiple pucks and bags to press “Bottle Tech Style.” This
will allow you the fastest and most efcient production process.
Bottle Tech style is achieved by inverting the corners, then
overlapping the corners so that your bag stands up vertically on
the lower press plate. Once the bag is loaded with your puck, you
will fold down the top portion of the bag like a present and you are
ready to press.
• Allow rosin to ow unimpeded from the channel into the collection
tray. Do not inhibit the ow of rosin or come in contact with the
plates during the press.
• Allow the collection tray to cool a minimum of 5 minutes
after you’ve pressed your material. This will allow for easier
manipulation of the rosin. Cooling times vary based on ambient
temperature.
• Once your press day is complete, allow the plates to come to
ambient temperature before cleaning. Simply wipe clean the
channel and plates using ROSINBOMB’s cleaning tool once they
are at safe temperature.
