The device can not be operated by children over 7 years old, disabled people and oraz people without
experience and knowledge. Instructions should include a description of the correct and safe handling of the
device and oraz information about possible dangers. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and
servicing should be carried out by authorized persons.

1. INTRODUCTION TO REFRIGERANTS R32
The refrigerants used for air conditioners are environmentally friendly hydrocarbons R32. The two kinds of
refrigerants are combustible and odorless. Moreover, they can bum and explode under certain condition. How-
ever, there will be no risk of buming and explosion if you comply with the following table to install your air
conditioner in a room with an appropriate area and use it correctly.
Compared with ordinary refrigerants, Refrigerants R32 is environmentally friendly and do not destroy the
ozone sphere and that their values of greenhouse eect are also very low.

WARNINGS
• Please read the manual before installation, using, maintenance.

3. SAFETY RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE INSTALLER
CAUTIONS
• Read this guide before installing and using the
appliance.
• Make sure that the base of the outdoor unit is
rmly xed.
• Carry out a test cycle after installing the air co-
nditioner and record the operating data.
• Check that the socket is suitable for the plug,
otherwise have the socket changed.
• The appliance must be installed in accordance
with applicable national regulations.
• Before accessing the terminals , all the power
circuits must be disconnected from the power
supply.
• During the installation of the indoor and
outdoor units the access to the working area
should be forbidden to children. Unforeseeable
accidents could happen.
• The user must protect the indoor unit with a
fuse of suitable capacity for the maximum in-
put current or with another overload protection
device.
• The ratings of the fuse installed in the built
incontrol unit are T 5A / 250V
• The air conditioner must be installed by
professional or qualied persons.
• Check that air cannot enter the refrigerant sys-
tem and check for refrigerant leaks when mo-
ving the air conditioner.
• Ensure that the mains voltage corresponds to
that stamped on the rating plate . Keep the sw-
itch or power plug clean. Insert the power plug
correctly and rmly into the socket, thereby
avoiding the risk of electric shock or re due to
insucient contact.
• If the appliance gives o smoke or there is a
smell of burning, immediately cut o the power
supply and contact the Service Centre.
• The appliance must be tted with means for
disconnection from the supply mains having
a contact separation in all poles that pro vide
full disconnection under overvoltage category
III conditions, and these means must be
incorporated in the xed wiring in accordance
with the wiring rules.
• Do not install the appliance at a distance of
less than 50 cm from inammable substances
(alcohol, etc.) Or from pressurised containers
(e.g. spray cans).
• If the appliance is used in areas without the
possibility of ventilation, precautions must be
taken to prevent any leaks of refrigerant gas
from remaining in the environment and creat-
ing a danger of re
• The packaging materials are recyclable and
should be disposed of in the separate waste
bins . Take the air conditioner at the end of its
useful life to a special waste collection centre
for disposal.
• Only use the air conditioner as instructed in this
booklet. These instructions are not intended to
cover every possible condition and situation.
As with any electrical household appliance,
common sense and caution are therefore
always recommended for installation, operation
and maintenance.
• Do not try to install the conditioner alone
always contact specialized technical personnel.
• The aps must be directed downwards in the
heating mode and upwards in the cooling
mode.
• Selecting the most suitable temperature can
prevent damage to the appliance.
• Do not pull out the plug to switch o the app-
liance when it is in operation, since this could
create a spark and cause a re, etc.

• This appliance can be used by children aged
from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and
user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• Unhook the automatic switch if you foresee not
to use the device for a long time. The airow
direction must be properly adjusted.
• Cleaning and maintenance must be carried out
by specialised technical personnel. In any case
disconnect the appliance from the mains elect-
ricity supply before carrying out any cleaning or
maintenance.
• This appliance has been made for air conditi-
oning domestic environments and must not be
used for any other purpose , such as for drying
clothes, cooling food, etc.
• Rave repairs carried out only by an authoris-
ed Service Centre of the manufacturer . Inco-
rrect repair could expose the user to the risk of
electric shock, etc.
• The user is responsible for having the appliance
installed by a qualied technician, who must
check that it is earthed in accordance with curr-
ent legislation and insert a thermomagnetic cir-
cuit breaker.
• The batteries in remote controller must be
recycled or disposed of properly. Disposal of
Scrap Batteries Please discard the batteries
as sorted municipal was te at the accessible
collection point.
• Always use the appliance with the air lter
mounted . The use of the conditioner without
air lter could cause an excessive accumulation
of dust or waste on the inner parts of the device
with possible subsequent failures.
• Never remain directly exposed to the ow of
cold air for a long time. The direct and prolo-
nged exposition to cold air could be dangerous
for your health .Particular care should be taken
in the rooms where there are children , old or
sick people.

Specialised technical personnel only must repl-

• Do not touch the appliance when barefoot or

• Do not obstruct the air inlet or outlet of the
in door or the outdoor unit. The obstruction
of these openings causes a reduction in the
operative eciency of the conditioner with
possible consequent failures or damages.

or near sources of heat.
• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they

• A long direct exposition to the ow of cold air of
the conditioner could have negative eects on
plants and animals.
• Do not put the conditioner in contact with
water. The electrical insulation could be
damaged and thus causing electrocution.
• Do not direct the airow onto plants or animals.
• Never insert a stick or similar object into the
appliance. It could cause injury.

1. FUNKCJE SPECJALNE
Refrigerant leak detection function
With this new function, the detection of refrigerant leakage by the outdoor unit will be alerted by the
appearance of the„EC” symbol on the display screen and the LEDs ashing.
Louver position memory function (optional)
This function allows you to remember the opening angle of the blind within the safe range. If the louver
position is outside this range, the device will remember the safety angle limit value.
When the manual control button is pressed or the power cord plug is pulled out and reinserted into the mains
socket, the blinds will revert to the standard setting.
We recommend not to set a low opening angle of the louvers as this may cause condensation and water
dripping from the surface of the air conditioner.
Self cleaning function (optional)
• When the heating unit is turned o, the unit will automatically clean the evaporator and keep it clean until
the next operation.
• Diagram of how the device works during self-cleaning: Fan mode (FAN), fan speed - low (LOW) - heating
mode (HEAT), fan speed - low (cooling & heating units only) - fan mode - stop - o (OFF).
REMEMBER:
• The self-cleaning function can only be activated when the appliance is in cooling (AUTO COOL or FORCED
COOL) and DRY mode.
• It is recommended to run the unit in cooling mode for at least half an hour before activating the function.
Running the self-cleaning function will cancel the timer settings.
• If you press the SELF CLEAN button while cleaning the appliance, the unit will turn o.
Mold prevention function (optional)
• After turning o the unit working in COOL, DRY or AUTO (COOL) mode, the air conditioner will continue
working for 7-10 minutes (depending on the model) at low fan speed. The unit working in HEAT mode
after turning o will work for 30 seconds with low fan speed. Such behavior of the device will allow its
interior to dry out of the condensate formed and prevent the growth of mold.
• Do not restart the unit while the anti-mold function is active and the air conditioner is not turned o
completely.

REMEMBER
1. The device will achieve the highest eciency in the above temperature ranges. If the air conditioner
operates at temperatures outside the above mentioned range, some safety functions may be
activated, causing the device to operate unnaturally.
2. If the air conditioner is used for a long time in an environment with high humidity (exceeding 80%),
water droplets may drip. In this situation, it is recommended to set the maximum opening angle of the
vertical blinds (vertically to the oor) and start the fan at high speed (HIGH).
3. MANUAL OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
The indoor units have a button to control the device during a remote control failure. You can get to it by
opening the front panel. The button should only be used if a wireless remote control fails or needs service.

Turn o the device before using the manual control button. If
the unit is in operation, press the manual control button until
it turns o.
1. Open and lift the front panel until you hear a click indicating
that the panel is locked. For some models, use the bracket
supporting the panel.
2. Pressing the button once will cause the unit to start in cooling
mode. Pressing the button twice will start the heating mode,
and pressing the button three times will turn o the unit.
3. Close the panel.
ATTENTION
The button should only be used in an emergency. To return to the
remote control, simply start using it again.

4. ADJUSTING THE AIR FLOW DIRECTION
Incorrect adjustment of the air ow direction may cause
uneven temperature distribution in the room and the related
discomfort.
Use the wireless remote control to adjust the position of the
horizontal blinds. Vertical blinds must be adjusted manually.
Adjusting the air outow in the vertical plane
(up and down)
Adjustments should be made while the indoor unit is on,
using the wireless remote control. Each time the blind
position button is pressed, the angle of inclination changes by
6°. Detailed information can be found in the remote control
manual

(left - right)
Adjustment in the horizontal plane is carried out by means of
a lever.
IMPORTANT: Do not put your ngers in the place from which
it ows out or into which air is sucked. A fan that rotates at
high speed can be hazardous.
ATTENTION
• When the air conditioner is in cooling or dehumidifying operation for a long time, do not direct the air
ow downwards. This can cause condensation on the surface of the blinds and water drops to fall on
the oor or furniture.
• If you turn on the device immediately after turning it o, the horizontal louvers may not move for about
10 seconds.
• The opening angle of the horizontal louvers should not be too small, as it may aect the eciency of
heating or cooling by limiting the air ow.
• Do not move the horizontal louvers by hand. This may cause them to desynchronize. If this happens,
turn o the device, disconnect it from the power supply for a few seconds, and then restart it.
• Do not use the device when the horizontal louvers are in the closed position.

Operation in AUTO mode
• A device operating in automatic mode, based on the
dierence between the current room temperature and the
set temperature, will decide whether it should heat, cool
(only for cooling and heating units) or ventilate.
• The air conditioner will control the room temperature and
adapt it to the set temperature. If you feel uncomfortable
when the device is in automatic mode, change the set
temperature.
Working with the SLEEP function active
Pressing the SLEEP button during cooling, heating (cooling and
heating models only) or the indoor unit’s automatic operation
will lower (when heating) or increase (when cooling) the room
temperature by 1°C/2°F every hour for the rst 2 hours, keep
the temperature constant for another 5 hours, and then turn
o the unit. This treatment allows you to save energy while
maintaining comfortable conditions during the night.
Drying mode
During dehumidication, the fan speed will be controlled by the indoor unit.
If the room temperature during drying drops below 10°C(50°F), the compressor will shut down. The
compressor will restart when the temperature exceeds 12°C (54°F).
Optimal performance
For the best performance of the device, follow these rules:
• Adjust the airow direction so that it is not aimed directly at the people in the room.
• Adjust the temperature level to achieve thermal comfort. Do not set extreme temperature values.
• Close windows and doors when the air conditioner is in cooling or heating mode. This can reduce the
eciency of the device.
• Use the timer to program the time to turn on the air conditioner.
• Do not place any objects near the air inlet and outlet of the device. This can lead to a reduction in the
eciency of the air conditioner or even its shutdown.
• Clean the air lter periodically. The reduced air ow will reduce the performance of the device.
• Do not operate the air conditioner with the horizontal louvers closed.

Filter handles
Before starting the service
• Turn o the air conditioning before cleaning. Wipe the
device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use bleaches or
abrasives.
REMEMBER
Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning
the device.
ATTENTION
• Heavily soiled device can be wiped with a damp, cold cloth.
Wipe the damp surfaces dry.
• Do not use chemicals or dust cloths.
• Do not use gasoline, thinners, polishing powder or other
similar solvents. They can cause cracking or deformation of
the cleaned surfaces.
• Cleaning the front panel with water hotter than 40°C/104°F
may result in its deformation or loss of its original color.

2. CLEANING THE DEVICE AND FILTERS
Cleaning the device
Wipe the device with a dry cloth. If the dirt is strong, moisten a
cloth with warm water.
Cleaning the purifying lter and the air refreshing lter
A dirty air lter can signicantly reduce the eciency of the
device. It is recommended to clean the central heating lter
every 2 weeks.
1. Open and lift the front panel until you hear a click, indicating
that the panel is locked. For some models, it is necessary to
use a support bracket for the panel.
2. Grasp the lter by the handles and gently lift it up. Take the
lter out of the holder and pull it downwards.
3. Pull out the lter from the indoor unit.
Clean the lter every 2 weeks, using a vacuum cleaner or
water. Dry the damp lter in a cool place.
4. Remove the air freshener lter from the holding frame
(certain models only).
• Clean the air freshening lter at least once a month and
replace it every 4-5 months.
• Clean the lter with a vacuum cleaner and dry it in a
cool place.
5. Put the air freshening lter back in its place.
6. Insert the purifying lter into the indoor unit, taking care to
match its left and right edges.
3. FILTER REPLACEMENT

1. Take out the air purifying lter.
2. Remove the air freshening lter.
3. Install a new air freshening lter.
4. Place a new purifying lter in the device.

4. PREPARATION FOR A LONG PERIOD OF INACTIVITY AND PRESEASON
CHECKS
Prepare for a long period of inactivity
If you plan not to use the device for a long period of time, take the following measures:
1. Clean the indoor unit and lters.
2. Run the fan for about half a day to dry the inside of the device.
3. Turn o the air conditioner and disconnect from the power supply.
4. Remove the batteries from the wireless remote control.
The outdoor unit requires periodic inspection and cleaning. Do not do this yourself. Contact the seller or
service.
Pre-season control
• Check that the cables are not damaged and that they are properly connected.
• Clean the indoor unit and lters.
• Check that the lters have been mounted.
• After a long period of non-use of the device, check whether the air inlet and outlet are obstructed.
ATTENTION
• When removing the air lter, do not touch the metal parts of the device. Sharp edges can cause cuts.
• Do not use water to clean the inside of the air conditioner. Water can destroy the insulating layer
leading to an electric shock.
• Before cleaning the device, check that it has been disconnected from the power supply and that the
circuit breaker is in the“o”position.
• Do not clean the lter with water hotter than 40°C/104°F. Shake the water o the lter and then place it
in a dry, shaded place until it is dry. Do not expose the lter to direct sunlight as it may shrink.

PART 4. TROUBLESHOOTING
1. SYMPTOMS THAT DO NOT INDICATE DEVICE FAILURE
Symptoms that do not indicate device failure
The following phenomena may occur during the correct operation of the device.
1. Air conditioner protection system.
Compressor protection
• The compressor cannot start running for 3-4 minutes after it is nished.
Cold air ow prevention (cooling and heating units only)
• The unit is designed not to blow out cold air during heating operation when the heat exchanger is
in one of the following situations and the set temperature is not reached.
A) The heating process has only just started.
B) Defrosting process is running.
C) The outside temperature is outside the operating range of the device.
• The fan of the indoor and outdoor units stops during the defrosting process (Cooling & Heating
units only).
Defrosting (cooling and heating units only)
• Frost that appears on the outdoor unit during heating operation in low outdoor temperature and
high air humidity can signicantly reduce the performance of the unit.
• In this case, the unit will stop heating and go into defrosting mode.
• Defrosting time can vary from 4 to 10 minutes depending on the outside temperature and the
amount of frost formed.
2. White fog escaping from the indoor unit
• Due to the large temperature dierence between the air inlet and outlet, and the high relative humidity,
fog may come out of the indoor unit in cooling mode.
• Fog may also occur during heating operation, due to the heating of defrost water.
3. Suspicious sounds
• During operation, or immediately after stopping the compressor, you may hear a slight hissing sound.
This sound is produced by the owing refrigerant.
• You may also hear a faint „shooting” noise during operation or right after the compressor stops. This
is due to the thermal expansion of the plastic parts of the device, which are aected by changing
temperatures.
• After connecting the indoor unit to the power supply, the noise of the louvers returning to the position
before the power was disconnected may be heard.
4. Dust blown out of the air conditioner
This is a natural phenomenon that occurs after a long time of not using it, or when you rst turn on the air
conditioner.
5. Specic smells emanating from the indoor unit
The air conditioner emits smells that have penetrated it from building materials, furniture or cigarettes.
6. The air conditioner automatically changes the operation mode from cooling or heating (only for
cooling and heating units) to ventilation
When the set temperature is reached, the compressor turns o and the air-conditioner enters the
ventilation mode. The compressor will restart when the temperature increases during cooling or drops

during heating (only for cooling and heating units) to the set value.
7. Water condensation
Water may condense on the surface of the indoor unit operating in conditions of high relative humidity

8. Heating mode
An air conditioner in heating mode draws heat from the environment via the outdoor unit and releases it
using the indoor unit. A drop in the outside air temperature will reduce the amount of heat transported.
At the same time, the heat load on the air conditioner increases due to the increased temperature
dierence between the indoor and outdoor units. If the air conditioner is unable to provide a comfortable
temperature, we recommend using an additional heating device.
9. Automatic resume function
• Power failure will interrupt the air conditioner operation. The operation indicator of indoor units not
equipped with the resume function will ash after recovery of power. Pressing the ON/OFF button on
the wireless controller will then enable the device to be turned on again.
• In the case of units equipped with the auto-wake-up function, the device that has been recharged will
restart automatically and start working with the previous settings.
Problem

PART 5. REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION

Button to turn on and turn o the air conditioner.
2. MODE
Each press will switch the operating mode to the next according to the
sequence:
Information: Please do not select HEAT mode if the device only has cooling mode.
HEAT mode is not supported by the cooling mode but by the device.
3. FAN
Use to select the fan speed from four steps:
Information: In AUTO or dehumidify mode it is not possible to select the fan speed.
4. SLEEP
ON/OFF the SLEEP function. It allows you to maintain the most comfortable
temperature and save energy. This function is only available in COOL, HEAT and
AUTO modes.
Information: While the device is in SLEEP mode, pressing the MODE, FAN, SPEED or
ON / OFF button will turn it o..
5. FRESH
ON/OFF the FRESH function. When the FRESH function is activated, the plasma
ionizer/lter (depending on the model) will be powered and help to remove
pollen and dirt from the air. Button inactive depending on the device version.
6. TURBO
ON/OFF the TURBO function. The Turbo function allows the unit to reach the
set temperature in cooling or heating mode in a short time (If the indoor unit
does not support this function, then there is no correlation when the button
is pressed).
7. SELF CLEAN

Pressing the button increases the indoor temperature setting by 1°C, increases to 30°C.
DOWN butto ( )
Pressing the button reduces the indoor temperature setting by 1°C, decreases to 17°C.
9. SILENCE/FP
• urn the SILENCE function ON/OFF. Pressing the button for more than 2 seconds will turn on the FP
function, holding it again for more than 2 seconds will turn it o.
• If the SILENCE function is on, the compressor will operate at a low frequency and the indoor unit will
provide a light breeze which will keep the sound level to the lowest and create a quiet and pleasant
room. Due to the low operating frequency of the compressor, the cooling and heating capacity may be
insucient.
• The FP function can be used during HEAT operation (Heating only). The unit will work at the set
temperature of 8 ° C. The indoor unit display will show FP. Pressing the ON/OFF, SLEEP, FP, MODE, FAN
SPEED, UP, DOWN buttons during operation will disable the FP function.
10. TIMER ON
Pressing this button will set the automatic start time. Each press will increase the automatic start time by
30 minutes. While the time settings display 10H, each press will increase the automatic start time by 60
minutes. To cancel the auto-start program, set the auto-start time to 0.0H.
11. TIMER OFF
Pressing this button will set the automatic shutdown time. Each press will increase the automatic turn o
time by 30 minutes. While the time settings display 10H, each press will increase the auto-o time by 60
minutes. To cancel the auto-start program, set the auto-o time to 0.0H.
12. SWING button ( )
The button responsible for stopping or immobilizing the movement of vertical blinds and airow settings in
the left/right direction. The blinds change the angle by 6 degrees with each press of the button.The indoor

blind.
13. FOLLOW ME
Press this button to start the FOLLOW ME function, the wireless remote will display the temperature in
his position. The wireless remote will send a signal to the air conditioner every 3 minutes until the button
is pressed again. The air conditioner will turn o the function automatically if it does not receive a signal
within 7 minutes.
14. LED
ON/OFF the display of the indoor unit. When the button is pressed, the indoor unit display will turn o,
pressing again will turn on the display.
