
1 - WARNINGS
It is essential that you read these instructions care ully and comply with the ollowing recommendations.
• For your sa ety, this appliance complies with the applicable standards and regulations (Low Voltage Directive, Electromagnetic Compatibility,
Environmental…).
• Be ore using, always check the condition o the appliance, the power socket and the power lead.
• Do not pull on the power cable or the appliance, even to unplug it rom the wall socket.
• Never insert objects into the appliance (e.g. needles...).
• This appliance is not intended or use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack o experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use o the appliance by a person responsible or their sa ety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not use your appliance in a dusty room or a room where there is a risk o ire.
• This appliance is intended or domestic use only. It must there ore not be used in industrial applications.
• The warranty will be void in the event o damage arising rom improper use.
• I the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manu acturer, its a ter-sales service or a person with similar quali ications to avoid any
danger.
2 - VERY IMPORTANT
• Keep the appliance 50 cm away rom any objects (curtains, walls, aerosols, etc.)
• NEVER ALLOW WATER TO PENETRATE THE APPLIANCE.
• Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
• Be ore operating, please ensure that :
- The appliance is assembled according to the manu acturers instructions.
- The appliance is placed on a stable and irm sur ace
- The appliance is in a normal operating position (in an upright position on its eet).
• This appliance must not be used in a damp room.
3 - VOLTAGE
• Be ore using or the irst time, check that the voltage o your mains supply is the same as that shown on the appliance and that your mains supply
is suitable or the power indicated on the appliance.
• Your appliance can be used with a power plug without an earth connection. It is a class II appliance (dual electrical insulation ).
4 - ASSEMBLING
• Your appliance is supplied unassembled. For your sa ety, it is essential to assemble it correctly.
• You must set and use your appliance in compliance with the standards in orce in your country.
5 - OPERATION
CAUTION : Do not try to raise the button (E) when the appliance is in use, as you could damage the oscillation mechanism.
When you switch the appliance on (plugged into the mains socket), the appliance is in “STAND BY” Mode (STOP). The electricity consumption is
less than 0.5W.
Operate the an using the ON / STAND BY button (A).
Then choose the speed you require by pressing once, twice or three times on the selection +/- button (B).
For high per ormance ventilation, press directly on the TURBO BOOST (C) button which will light up in blue.
You can stop the an by using the ON / STAND BY (A) button.
IMPORTANT: We advise you to unplug your appliance when you are not using it.
6 - REMOTE CONTROL
Remote control description:
• Button A: ON/STAND BY
• Button B: speed selector 1 / 2 or 3
• Button C: 4th speed TURBO BOOST selector
Using the remote control:
• Press once on the A button, the appliance starts on the last speed selected be ore STANDBY, then press again on button
A: the appliance stops (STANDBY mode).
• Buttons B and C will only work once the appliance is running:
• Press repeatedly on button B to switch rom the di erent speeds rom 1 to 3.
• Press on button C to enable/disable the TURBO BOOST speed.
How the remote control works:
The in ormation is transmitted to your appliance by in ra-red by means o a transmitter diode located on the ront o the
remote control. The in ra-red receiver is located on the an’s control panel.
Make sure you don’t scratch the transmitter diode or your an’s in ra-red receiver.
