Assembly Instructions
Ketton bench

Before you commence the assembly process we recommend that you read these instructions
thoroughly beforehand to familiarise yourself with the assembly process and to also check that you have
the correct components. If for any reason you need assistance, you can find our contact details on the
final page of these instructions.
We highly recommend that any assembly is carried out on a flat, level surface if possible and that you
use another person to assist you if necessary.

Tools required
1 x Seat panel
2 x End frames
2 x Cross braces
4 of M8 x 60mm Bolts and self locking nuts
2 of M8 x 50mm Coach screws
4 of M8 x 70mm Coach screws
Cover caps and washers
13mm & 10mm socket or spanner

Step 2
Ensure that you have all of the correct parts as listed
on the front page of these instructions, including any
fixings.
Lay the table top upside down on a clean, flat surface
taking care not to damage it.
Step 3
Step 4
Place one of the End frames centrally against the
fixing batten ensuring that the gap at the seat edge is
the same on both sides.
Now, using 2 of the supplied 70mm coach screws and
the pre drilled holes, secure the End frame to the
fixing batten on the seat panel.

Step 6
Position the cross brace as shown above, ready to be
bolted to the seat assembly...
... using a washer and locknut on each bolt to loosely
attach it to the End frame.
Step 7

Ensure that the cross brace is centrally aligned on the
seat panel...
...before securing in place with a 50mm coach screw.

Now repeat steps 3 to 8 for the other end of the
bench.
Turn the bench right side up and place black cover
caps on any exposed bolt heads. Your Ketton bench is
now complete.
