SCOPO
Il prodotto InoxMono è un sistema polivalente
idoneo per essere utilizzato inserendolo in camini
già esistenti (reintubaggio) con caldaie a camera
aperta, stagna a condensazione e affini alimen-
tate con combustibili liquidi, gassosi e solidi.
InoxMono è idoneo all’installazione in sistemi di
evacuazione asserviti da generatori funzionanti
con fumi secchi, umidi, con pressione positiva o
in depressione.
La serie InoxMono comprende 11 differenti dia-
metri (da 80 a 300 mm) ed una completa serie di
accessori in grado di soddisfare ogni tipo di esi-
genza di installazione.
Il costruttore/venditore non può essere considerato
responsabile di eventuali pericoli o danni dovuti
a installazione, funzionamento o manutenzione
non corretti dei sistemi camini Sabiana o dovuti
alla mancanza di conformità con le istruzioni del
presente manuale informativo per l’utente o qua-
lora non vengano effettuate le ispezioni, ripara-
zioni e manutenzioni necessarie.

SCOPE
The InoxMono is a multifunction system suitable
for use in existing chimneys (retubing) with open
flue or room sealed condensing boilers and the
like, operating on liquid, gas and solid fuel.
InoxMono is suitable for installation in exhaust
systems served by generators producing dry or
wet flue gas, with positive or negative pressure.
The InoxMono series includes 11 different
diameters (from 80 to 300 mm) and a complete
series of accessories to satisfy all installation
requirements.
The manufacturer/seller cannot be held liable
for any danger or damage due to the incorrect
installation, operation or maintenance of the
Sabiana system chimneys, due to the failure to
heed the instructions provided to the user in this
manual, or if the required inspections, repairs and
maintenance operations are not performed.

Das Produkt InoxMono ist ein universales
Kaminsystem für öl-, gas- und feststoffbetriebene
Heizkessel mit raumluftabhängiger und raumluft-
unabhängiger Betriebsweise, das in bereits
vorhandene Kamine eingezogen wird (Schorn-
steineinsatz).
InoxMono eignet sich zur Installation in Über-
druck- oder Unterdruck-Abgasanlagen von Wärme-
erzeugern mit trockener und nasser Betriebsweise.
Die Serie InoxMono umfasst 11 verschiedene
Durchmesser (80 bis 300 mm) und ein komplettes
Zubehörprogramm, das alle Anforderungen bei
der Montage erfüllt.
Der Hersteller/Händler übernimmt keine Haftung für
Gefährdungen oder Schäden infolge von falscher
Installation, Betrieb oder Wartung der Kaminsysteme
von Sabiana bzw. der Nichtbeachtung der in diesem
Benutzerhandbuch enthaltenen Anweisungen oder
falls die erforderlichen Inspektions-, Reparatur-
und Wartungsarbeiten nicht durchgeführt werden.

Alle Bauteile und Zubehörelemente sind in
Pluriball und Kartons verpackt, an denen zur
Kennzeichnung ein Etikett mit Angabe des
Durchmessers und der Art-Nr. angebracht ist.
Die Bauteile haben einen Aufdruck oder tragen
ein Etikett mit Angabe der Abgasrichtung, der
Zertifizierungen, der Bezeichnung, dem Durchmesser
und dem Herstellungsdatum.

Kontrollieren Sie die Bauteile nach dem Auspacken
auf Beschädigungen und den Lieferumfang auf
Vollständigkeit.
Wenden Sie sich bei Transportschäden unter Angabe
der Serie und des Modells an Ihren Händler.

gine. Il canale da fumo deve essere monta-
to ad una distanza di 50 mm dai materiali
combustibili;
G: Il condotto montato senza la guarnizione è
resistente all’incendio della fuliggine;
G600: Il canale da fumo montato senza la guarni-
zione è resistente all’incendio della fuliggine.
Il canale da fumo deve essere montato ad

Una volta che l’elemento è disimballato, control-
lare che non vi siano danni e che corrisponda
alla fornitura.
In caso di danni, dovuti al trasporto, rivolgersi al
proprio rivenditore indicando la serie ed il modello.

infolge unerlaubter Änderungen am Kaminsystem.
Jede Änderung oder Ergänzung an sicherheits-
relevanten Einrichtungen des Kaminsystems
erfordert die vorherige Genehmigung des Herstellers.

Quanto segue è di estrema importanza per quan-
to riguarda le operazioni di:

Qualsiasi modifica o integrazione al sistema che
possa compromettere la sicurezza necessita del-
l’approvazione della ditta costruttrice.
Lo stoccaggio del materiale deve essere sempre
eseguito in luoghi riparati dagli agenti atmosferici.

L’impilamento del materiale deve essere sempre
eseguito in verticale rispetto l’asse; mai impilare
i moduli in orizzontale. Impilare un massimo di 1
modulo d’altezza 1m, massimo 2 moduli d’altez-
za 0.5 m e massimo 4 moduli d’altezza 0.25 m.
Tutti i materiali utilizzati per la costruzione del
condotto InoxMono sono esenti da sostanze tos-
siche e/o pericolose ed in particolare sono esenti
da amianto.
Questo libretto
deve accompagnare sempre il sistema camino
in quanto parte integrante dello stesso
INGENERALE:
Gli interventi di installazione e le riparazioni do-
vranno essere effettuati da personale qualificato
ed esperto che sia a conoscenza di:
•
Norme e regolamenti sulla sicurezza e la salute
• Codici e normative pertinenti
Il trasporto, la movimentazione e la manutenzio-
ne vanno affidate a personale specializzato o a
persone che abbiano ricevuto la formazione e le
istruzioni necessarie sul tipo di lavoro e sui rischi
conseguenti al mancato rispetto delle norme di
sicurezza.
PER L’INSTALLAZIONE:
Durante l’installazione, per motivi di sicurezza,
è necessario attenersi a quanto segue:
• Utilizzare sempre i guanti da lavoro.
• Gli argani e l’attrezzatura per il sollevamento
devono avere una portata sufficiente.
•
Non usare argani e attrezzature di sollevamento
difettosi.
• Corde, cinghie e simili strumenti per il solleva-
mento non devono essere annodati o venire a
contatto con bordi taglienti.

reference to the axis; never stack the modules
horizontally. Stack a maximum of 1 module with
a height of 1 m, a maximum of 2 modules with a
height of 0.5 m, and maximum of 4 modules with
a height of 0.25 m.

InoxMono flues are free from toxic and/or harm-
ful substances, and specifically do not contain
asbestos.
This booklet must always accompany

INGENERAL:
Installation and repairs must be performed by

The transport, handling and maintenance
operations must be performed by specialistì

trained on the type of work involved and on the
risks deriving from the failure to observe the
safety standards.
FOR INSTALLATION:
The following warnings must be heeded during
installation, for safety reasons:
• Always wear work gloves.
• The winches and other hoisting equipment
must be suitably rated.
• Never use defective winches and hoisting
equipment.
• Ropes, straps and similar hoisting devices
must not be knotted or come into contact with
sharp edges.
Das Material muss immer senkrecht zur Achse
gestapelt werden; stapeln Sie die Bauteile nie
waagrecht. Es dürfen maximal ein Bauteil mit 1m
Höhe, maximal zwei Bauteile mit 0,5 m Höhe und
maximal vier Bauteile mit 0,25 m Höhe gestapelt
werden.
Zur Herstellung des Kamins InoxMono werden
ausschließlich ungiftige, ungefährliche und vor
allem asbestfreie Werkstoffe eingesetzt.
Dieses Handbuch ist integrierender Bestandteil
des Kaminsystems und muss immer gemeinsam
mit ihm aufbewahrt werden.
IMALLGEMEINEN:
Die Installations- und Reparaturarbeiten müssen
von qualifiziertem und erfahrenem Fachpersonal
durchgeführt werden, das über die folgenden
Kenntnisse verfügt:
• Normen und Vorschriften zu Sicherheit und
Gesundheitsschutz
• diesbezügliche Gesetze und Richtlinien
Der Transport, die Beförderung und die Wartung
müssen durch Fachpersonal oder durch Personen
erfolgen, die über eine entsprechende Ausbildung
verfügen und über die Gefahren bei Nichteinhaltung
der Sicherheitsnormen aufgeklärt sind.
FÜR DIE INSTALLATION:
Aus Sicherheitsgründen muss während der
Installation folgendes beachtet werden:
• Tragen Sie immer Arbeitshandschuhe.
• Die Winden und Hebevorrichtungen müssen
eine ausreichende Tragfähigkeit haben.
•
Verwenden Sie keine schadhaften Winden und
Hebevorrichtungen.
•
Seile, Riemen und ähnliche Hebegeräte dürfen
nicht verknotet werden oder mit scharfen Kanten
in Berührung kommen.

• Verwenden Sie keine Geräte oder Hebezeuge
aus schwarzem Eisen.

Die Hubwagen, Lastenaufzüge und Kräne müssen
eine ausreichende Tragfähigkeit haben.
• Unter hängenden Lasten dürfen sich keine
Personen aufhalten.
Ferner ist zu beachten:
Verpackungsmaterialien können eine Gefahr für
Kinder darstellen. Entfernen Sie deshalb alle
Verpackungsmaterialien aus der Reichweite von
Kindern.
FÜR DIE WARTUNG UND REPARATUR
Verlangen Sie beim Auswechseln von Bauteilen
stets Originalersatzteile.
Tragen Sie immer Arbeitshandschuhe.
Entfernen Sie die tragenden Bauteile zuletzt,
falls der Kamin ganz oder teilweise abgebaut
werden muss.
Öffnen Sie nie die Prüföffnung, wenn der Wärme-
erzeuger in Betrieb ist.
FÜR DEN GEBRAUCH
Alle Verbindungen müssen mit einem Klemmband
gesichert werden.
Hierbei müssen die im Abschnitt “Belastbarkeit”
angegebenen Abstände und die Belastbarkeit
berücksichtigt werden.
• Do not use black iron tools or hoisting
equipment.
• The fork lifts, goods hoists and cranes used
must be suitably rated.
• The loads must never be suspended over the
heads of persons.
Furthermore, the following are recommended:
Never throw away or leave the used packaging
material within the reach of children, being a
potential cause of danger.
FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
When replacing any components always use
original spare parts.
Always wear work gloves.
If needing to dismantle the chimney or parts of
the chimney, always remove the load-bearing
elements last.
Never open the inspection door when the heat
generator is on.
FOR OPERATION
All joints must be secured by applying the special
locking clamp.
Observe the distances and the load capacities
indicated in the paragraph on “Load capacities”.

• Non usare strumenti o attrezzi di sollevamento

PER LA MANUTENZIONE ERIPARAZIONE
In caso di sostituzione di componenti richiedere
sempre ricambi originali.
Utilizzare sempre guanti da lavoro.
Nell’eventuale necessità di smontare il camino o
parti dello stesso, smontare per ultimi gli elementi
portanti.
Non aprire mai il portello d’ispezione con il gene-
ratore termico in funzione.
PER L’UTILIZZO
Ogni giunzione deve essere bloccata mediante
l’applicazione dell’apposita fascia di bloccaggio.
Occorre rispettare le distanze e le portate indi-
cate nel relativo paragrafo “Portate”.
In ambiente dove l’atmosfera presenta una forte
concentrazione di vapori alogeni, sconsigliamo
l’impiego di camini/canne fumarie in acciaio inox.
Pertanto consigliamo di fare attenzione a cami-
ni/canne fumarie installati presso, o nelle vicinan-
ze di lavanderie industriali, tintorie, tipografie, sa-
loni di cosmesi, acconciatura, zincatura.
In questi casi, per i quali decade la garanzia, si
dovrà utilizzare come aria comburente un’atmo-
sfera priva di tali gas.
LIMITI D’IMPIEGO
Stainless steel chimneys/flues should not be used
in environments where the atmosphere contains
a strong concentration of halogen vapours.
Consequently, careful attention should be paid
to chimneys/ flues installed in or near industrial
laundries, dry cleaners, printing facilities, beauty
salons, hair dressing salons or galvanising facilities.
In these cases, the warranty is not valid, and the
atmosphere that the combustion air is drawn from
must not contain this gas.
Vermeiden Sie den Gebrauch von Kaminen/
Schornsteinen aus Edelstahl in Räumen mit einer
hohen Konzentration an Halogendämpfen in der Luft.
Bei Kaminen/Schornsteinen, die in oder in der Nähe
von chemischen Reinigungen, Färbereien, Druckereien,
Kosmetiksalons, Friseursalons und Zinkereibetrieben
installiert sind, ist daher Vorsicht geboten.
In diesen Fällen erlischt die Garantie und muss die
Feuerstätte mit Verbrennungsluft versorgt werden,
in der dieses Gas nicht enthalten ist.

Inoltre sconsigliamo l'utilizzo di InoxMono Sabiana
a servizio di generatori alimentati con combustibili
solidi provenienti da attività agricole-industriali (mais
e granoturco). Qualora si impieghi InoxSabiana
a servizio di stufe alimentate a pellet, questi ultimi
devono essere costituiti da pura segatura di legno
vergine non trattata (senza alcun tipo di collante)
e realizzati secondo le O-Norm, (M 7135) o Din
Plus (DIN 51731).
I campi di utilizzo consentiti sono quelli riportati
nella sezione “Caratteristiche tecniche”.
Le parti di consumo e quelle sostituite vanno smal-
tite nel rispetto della sicurezza e in conformità con
le norme di protezione ambientale.

Furthermore, InoxMono Sabiana should not be
used with generator operating on solid fuel deriving
from agricultural-industrial sources (maize). If
InoxSabiana chimneys/flues are used with pellet
heaters, the pellets must be made from pure un-
treated virgin wood sawdust (not containing any
type of adhesive) and manufactured in accordance
with the O-Norm (M 7135) or Din Plus (DIN 51731)
standards.
The fields of operation allowed are shown in the
section on “Technical specifications”.
The consumables and replacement parts must
be disposed of in safety and in compliance with
the laws on environmental protection.

Sequenza operazioni:
1. Controllare con attenzione il progetto al fine
di identificare le caratteristiche tecniche di uti-
lizzo. Verificare, controllando l’etichetta sulla
confezione o la designazione sui moduli, che
il prodotto sia idoneo per l’utilizzo previsto dal
progetto.
2. Ogni elemento ha una giunzione maschio ed
una femmina. Riferendosi al tubo l’estremità
maschio deve essere installata verso il basso.
Installare gli elementi secondo il senso dei fu-
mi seguendo la freccia indicata sugli elementi.
3. Durante l’assemblaggio assicurarsi che la giun-
zione maschio entri nel bicchiere femmina per
tutta la sua lunghezza.
4. Installare la fascia di bloccaggio in modo che
racchiuda sia la bugna dell’innesto maschio
sia l’invito dell’innesto femmina.
5.
Serrare la fascia di bloccaggio con un norma-
le avvitatore a stella.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’UTILIZZO DELLA GUARNIZIONE
La guarnizione (di serie per il Ø 80 e Ø 100) deve
essere utilizzata obbligatoriamente in condizioni
di condensazione ed in presenza di pressione po-
sitiva (funzionamento ad umido W e la tenuta P1).
1. Prima dell’installazione di ogni modulo assicu-
rarsi che i giunti siano integri e puliti. Un modu-
lo diritto o un qualsiasi accessorio non può es-
sere utilizzato se piegato lungo il proprio as-
se. Eseguite tutte le verifiche, per i Ø maggiori
consigliamo di posizionare l’elemento in oriz-
zontale ed inserire la guarnizione nella sede,
appoggiandola verso il basso e accompagnan-
dola verso l’alto.
2.
Se la guarnizione risultasse leggermente scar-
sa stirarla manualmente come rappresentato
in figura.
3. Lubrificare la guarnizione per facilitare l’in-
nesto.
4. Innestare l’elemento e montare la fascia di
giunzione serrandola con un normale caccia-
vite a stella. Durante l’installazione assicurarsi
che la fascetta di bloccaggio sia posizionata
in corrispondenza della gola del giunto.
5.
Ripetere le operazioni sopra descritte ad ogni
giunzione.
Operating sequence:
1.
Carefully check the design so as to identify the
operating technical specifications. Check the
label on the packaging or the marking on the
modules so as to ensure the product is suitable
for the use required by the design
2. Each element has a male and a female joint.
In reference to the flue, the male end must be
installed downwards. Install the elements in
the direction of flue gas flow, as shown by the
arrow on the elements.
3. During assembly, check that the male joint is
fully inserted in the female socket.
4. Install the locking clamp so as to close the
indentation on both the male coupling and
the female coupling.
5. Tighten the locking clamp using a normal
star-head screwdriver.
INSTRUCTIONS ON USING THE GASKET
The gasket (as standard for Ø80 and Ø100) must
be used in situations where condensate is formed
and when operating under positive pressure (wet
conditions W and tightness class P1).
1. Before installing each module, check that the
joints are intact and clean. Straight lengths or
accessories cannot be used if bent along their
axis. Once having carried out all the checks,
for the wider diameters the element should
be laid horizontally and the gasket inserted in
place, resting it on the bottom and pressing it
upwards.
2. If the gasket is too small, stretch it manually
as shown in the figure.
3. Lubricate the gasket to assist coupling.
4. Insert the element and fit the locking clamp,
tightening it with a normal star-head screw-
driver. During installation, check that the locking
clamp is located in the groove of the joint.
5. Repeat the operations described above for
each joint.
Vorgehensweise:
1. Definieren Sie anhand der Planung die tech-
nischen Nutzungseigenschaften. Überprüfen
Sie anhand des Etiketts auf der Packung oder
der Kennzeichnung an den Bauteilen, ob das
Produkt für die geplante Anwendung gebrauch-
stauglich ist.
2. Jedes eigene Bauteil hat eine Einsteckseite
und eine Muffenseite, wobei die Einsteckseite
des Rohrs nach unten zeigen muss. Installieren
Sie die Bauteile mit dem darauf abgebildeten
Pfeil in Abgasströmungsrichtung.
3.
Schieben Sie bei der Verbindung das Spitzende
bis zum Anschlag in die Muffe.
4. Achten Sie bei der Installation des Klemm-
bands darauf, dass die Außensicken des
Spitzendes und der Muffe abgedeckt sind.
5. Spannen Sie das Klemmband mit einem
handelsüblichen Kreuzschraubenzieher.
ANLEITUNG FÜR DEN GEBRAUCH DER DICHTUNG
Die Dichtung (serienmäßig für Ø80 und Ø100) muss
bei Kondensatbildung und Überdruck unbedingt
verwendet werden (Nassbetrieb W und Druck-
klasse P1).
1.
Überprüfen Sie vor der Installation der Bauteile,
dass die Verbindungen unbeschädigt und
sauber sind. Längenelemente und sonstiges
Zubehör dürfen nicht verwendet werden, wenn
sie entlang ihrer Achse verformt sind.
Setzen Sie dann die Dichtung von unten nach
oben in die vorgesehene Sicke ein. Bei größeren
Durchmessern geht dies leichter, wenn die
Bauteile waagrecht liegen.
2. Falls die Dichtung etwas zu klein ist, muss
sie wie auf der Abbildung von Hand gezogen
werden.
3.
Bestreichen Sie das Spitzende des Innenrohrs
mit Gleitmittel, um es besser einschieben zu
können.
4. Schieben Sie das Bauteil ein, montieren Sie
das Klemmband und spannen Sie es mit einem
handelsüblichen Kreuzschraubenzieher.
Das Klemmband muss bei der Installation auf
der Hohlkehle der Verbindung sitzen.
5.
Führen Sie die Steckverbindungen der folgenden
Bauteile ebenso aus.

ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO MODULO TELESCOPICO
L’installazione e la manutenzione devono essere
eseguite da personale specializzato e qualificato.
I moduli telescopici, dato la loro funzione, non so-
no portanti per cui:
• In caso di installazione su tratti verticali uti-
lizzare immediatamente al di sopra un ac-
cessorio di supporto;
• In caso di installazione su tratti suborizzon-
tali prevedere l’utilizzo di accessori di staf-
faggio sia sul modulo precedente che quel-
lo successivo in modo da evitare flessioni
del canale da fumo.
In caso di installazione su un sistema condotto
e/o canale da fumo funzionante in pressione
(T200-P1) è necessario utilizzare la guarnizione
OR fornita a corredo.
Sequenza operazioni:
1. Installare la guarnizione nella sede 1.
2. Lubrificare la guarnizione.
3. Inserire il modulo che ha ad una estremità il
giunto femmina nel modulo che ha ad una
estremità il giunto maschio.
4. Regolare l’altezza del modulo alla misura de-
siderata.
In caso di installazione su un sistema condotto
e/o canale da fumo funzionante in depressione
(T600-N1) non utilizzare la guarnizione OR for-
nita a corredo (operazione 1 e 2).
Se necessario è possibile tagliare i tubi in modo
da ottenere riduzioni maggiori rispetto a quelle
originali. Per il taglio dei tubi utilizzare utensili che
non contaminano l’acciaio. In questo caso per un
sistema in pressione installare la guarnizione OR
nella sede 2.
INOXMONO
ASERVIZIO DI GENERATORI ACONDENSAZIONE
Il prodotto InoxMono è certificato per il funziona-
mento ad umido. Per i condotti di diametro 80-100
le guarnizioni di tenuta sono previste di serie; per
i condotti di diametro 120÷300 le guarnizioni di
tenuta sono previste come accessorio.
Consigliamo di installare il canale da fumo in pen-
denza in modo da evitare il ristagno della con-
densa e di prevedere anche dei punti di scarico
condensa sui canali da fumo molto lunghi.
Sabiana SpA non risponde di perdite di condensa
dal proprio sistema camino causate dal mancato
o incorretto uso delle guarnizioni.

The telescopic modules, given their function, are
not load bearing and consequently:

For installation in vertical sections, use them
immediately above a support accessory;

use the bracket accessories on both the
previous and the subsequent module to
prevent the flue from flexing.
If installing on a flue and/or chimney system
operating under positive pressure (T200-P1),
the O-ring gasket supplied must be used.
Operating sequence:
1. Install the gasket in position 1.
2. Lubricate the gasket.
3. Insert the module with the female joint at one
end into the module with the male joint at one
end.
4. Adjust the height of the module as desired.
If installing on a flue and/or chimney system
operating under negative pressure (T600-N1) do
not use the O-ring gasket supplied (operation 1
and 2).
If necessary, the flues can be cut for further
reduction. To cut the flues, use tools that do not
contaminate steel. In this case, for systems under
positive pressure install the O-ring gasket in
position 2.
INOXMONO
SERVING CONDENSING GENERATORS
The InoxMono product is certified for operation in
wet conditions. For the 80-100 diameter flues, the
gaskets are supplied as standard; for the 120-300
diameter flues, the gaskets are supplied as
accessories.
The flue pipe should be installed at an angle so
as to avoid the accumulation of condensate, while
condensate drain points should be used for very
long flue pipes.
Sabiana SpA is not liable for condensate leaks
from its system chimney due to the failure to use
the gaskets or the incorrect use of such.

Teleskopbauteile sind aufgrund ihrer Funktion
keine tragenden Bauteile. Daher gilt:
• Bei Verwendung in vertikalen Abschnitten
müssen sie direkt oberhalb einer Konsole
installiert werden;
• Bei Verwendung in subhorizontalen
Abschnitten müssen am vorhergehenden
und am nachfolgenden Bauteil Halterungen
installiert werden, damit sich der Rauch-
gaskanal nicht durchbiegt.
Bei der Installation in einer Überdruckanlage
(T200-P1) muss der mitgelieferte O-Ring verwendet
werden.
Vorgehensweise:
1. Setzen Sie die Dichtung in die Sicke 1 ein.
2. Schmieren Sie die Dichtung.
3. Stecken Sie das Bauteil mit der Einsteckseite
in das Bauteil mit der Muffenseite.
4. Regeln Sie die Höhe des Bauteils auf das
gewünschte Maß.
Bei der Installation in einer Unterdruckanlage
(T600-N1) darf der mitgelieferte O-Ring nicht
verwendet werden (Vorgang 1 und 2).
Die Rohre können erforderlichenfalls gekürzt
werden.
Schneiden Sie die Rohre nur mit Werkzeugen,
die den Stahl nicht kontaminieren.
In diesem Fall muss der O-Ring bei einer Über-
druckanlage in der Sicke 2 installiert werden.
INOXMONO
MIT RAUMLUFTUNABHÄNGIGER BETRIEBSWEISE
Das Produkt InoxMono ist für den Nassbetrieb
zertifiziert. Bei Rohren mit dem Durchmesser 80-
100 werden die Dichtung serienmäßig mitgeliefert;
bei den Rohren mit dem Durchmesser 120÷300
sind die Dichtungen als Zubehör erhältlich.
Um die Kondensatansammlung zu vermeiden,
sollte der Abgaskanal schräg geführt und sollten
an sehr langen Abgaskanälen Kondensatabflüsse
vorgesehen werden.
Sabiana SpA übernimmt keine Verantwortung,
wenn infolge von falschem oder unsachgemäßem
Gebrauch der Dichtungen Kondenswasser aus
dem Kaminsystem austritt.

O PERAZIONI VIETATE DURANTE L ’ INSTALLAZIONE
Nell’installazione dei moduli è vietato espressamente:
• Utilizzare i rivetti;
• Tagliare gli elementi in corrispondenza delle
giunzioni maschio o femmina (si compromette
la tenuta idraulica e meccanica tra i vari moduli);
• Vincolare in due o più punti il camino/canna fu-

L’installatore deve compilare la targa dati impianto,
in modo indelebile, con le seguenti informazioni:

2. Indicare il diametro nominale espresso in mm;

4. Indicare i propri dati;
5. Indicare la data di installazione.

vicinanze del camino, in modo permanente e in

I moduli telescopici non sono portanti per cui de-
vono essere utilizzati solo nei tratti suborizzotali
o nei tratti verticali sotto ad un supporto.
I tubi e gli accessori in acciaio devono essere uti-
lizzati esclusivamente con attrezzi adeguati. Qual-
siasi ossidazione deve essere rimossa. Per evi-
tare corrosione per contatto, i tubi e gli accessori
in acciaio inossidabile non devono essere messi
a contatto con altri metalli.
PROTEZIONI
Se un condotto convoglia fumi con temperature
superiori a 70°C e ha zone dove sussiste la pos-
sibilità di contatto accidentale, prevedere delle
protezioni in accordo con la UNI EN 294 pro-
spetto V.

The steel pipes and accessories must only be
used with suitable equipment. Any oxidation must

If the flue or chimney conveys flue gas with a

The flexible duct can be installed using any other
method considered appropriate by the installer,
providing it is in accordance with current legislation
of the reference nation.

Le operazioni di verifica e manutenzione dell’im-
pianto di evacuazione dei fumi devono essere ese-
guite esclusivamente da operatori qualificati in pos-
sesso di requisiti previsti dalle vigenti norme di legge.
Controllo finale di verifica per quello che concerne
la stabilità, prova di tiraggio e verifica di assenza
di reflusso dei prodotti della combustione nel lo-
cale dov’è installato il generatore termico.
Per qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione assicu-
rarsi che il generatore di calore sia spento.
MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA
Ispezionare il camino periodicamente (almeno
una volta l’anno), mediante l’apertura del portello
d’ispezione o mediante la rimozione del termina-
le posto sulla sommità, per verificare lo stato di
conservazione generale e controllare:
•
Che non esistano sulla parete esterna tracce di de-
terioramento e macchie provocate dalla condensa;
• L’integrità della parete;
•
L’assenza di depositi, alla base del camino, che
possono impedire il corretto deflusso della con-
densa;
•
L’assenza di eventuali impedimenti al deflusso
dei fumi e che il terminale non sia ostruita da
nidi o altro;
• Smontare il canale da fumo ed accertarsi che
sia in buono stato;
• Non usare strumenti in ferro nero.
In caso di pulizia utilizzare, per la scavolatura,
spazzole in plastica morbida o spugne che aspor-
tino l’eventuale fuliggine senza graffiare la parete
interna del camino.
MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA
Si parla di manutenzione straordinaria nel caso l’in-
tervento avvenga a fronte di un guasto o un disser-
vizio o di una riduzione di funzionalità e, comunque,
dopo qualsiasi periodo di inattività prolungata.
Ricerca delle cause del guasto mediante presa
visione generale dal manufatto e ispezione loca-
lizzata dei raccordi, deviatori, canali e comignolo.
Ripristino del funzionamento per sostituzione delle
parti dello stesso tipo e caratteristiche.
MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
The inspection and maintenance operations on the
flue gas discharge system must only be performed
by qualified operators with the requisites specified
by the legislation in force.
Final inspection on the stability (anchoring, tightness
of locking bands, supports, bracing), draught test,
and check there is no backflow of the products of
combustion into the room where the heat generator
is installed.
Check that the heat generator is off for all
maintenance operations.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Inspect the chimney periodically (at least once a
year), by opening the inspection door, removing
the terminal or by removing the terminal located
at the top, to check the general condition, and
to ensure:
• That there are no traces of deterioration and
stains on the outer wall caused by condensate;
• That the wall is intact;
• The absence of deposits, at the bottom of the
chimney, that may prevent the correct drainage
of condensate;
•
The absence of any impediments to the discharge
of the flue gas and that the terminal is not blocked
by nests or other objects;
• Remove the flue pipe and make sure that it is
in good condition;
• Do not use black iron tools.
When cleaning or sweeping, use soft plastic
brushes or sponges that remove any soot without
scratching the inner wall of the chimney.
SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
Special maintenance refers to operations performed
in response to a fault or a reduction in operation
and, in any case, after any period of extended
inactivity.
Seek the cause of the fault by inspecting the
product in general, and specifically the fittings,
diverters, pipes and chimney pot.
Restore operation by replacing any components
with parts of the same type and with the same
characteristics.
Die Prüfung und Wartung der Abgasanlage darf

Bei allen Wartungsarbeiten muss der Wärme-
erzeuger ausgeschaltet sein.
PLANMÄSSIGE WARTUNG
Der Kamin muss regelmäßig inspiziert werden
(mindestens einmal im Jahr), wobei die Prüföffnung
geöffnet oder der Mündungsabschluss entfernt
wird, um den allgemeinen Erhaltungszustand zu
prüfen und folgendes zu kontrollieren:
• dass die Außenwandung keine Spuren von
Beschädigungen und Kondensatflecken aufweist;
• dass sich Wandung in einwandfreiem Zustand
befindet;
• dass am Fundament des Kamins keine Ablagerungen
vorhanden sind, wodurch die Kondensatableitung
beeinträchtigt werden könnte;
• dass die Abgasabströmung nicht behindert
ist und dass der Mündungsabschluss nicht
durch Nester oder ähnliches verstopft ist;
• der Abgaskanal muss ausgebaut und seine
Funktionalität überprüft werden;
• es darf kein Werkzeug aus schwarzem Eisen
verwendet werden.
Zur Reinigung müssen beim Ausbürsten weiche
Kunststoffbürsten oder Schwämme verwendet
werden, die den Ruß entfernen, ohne die Innen-
wand des Kamins zu verkratzen.
AUSSERPLANMÄSSIGE WARTUNG
Als außerplanmäßige Wartung gilt ein Eingriff nach
einem Defekt, einer Funktionsstörung oder der
Verschlechterung der Betriebseigenschaften,
sowie nach einer längeren Betriebspause.
Suche nach der Ursache des Defekts, indem die
gesamte Konstruktion einer Sichtkontrolle unterzogen
wird, und gezielte Prüfung der Verbindungen, Bögen,
Kanäle und des Kaminhuts.
Wiederherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit durch
Auswechseln von Teilen mit der gleichen Bauart
und den gleichen Eigenschaften.
