BEFORE YOU START
You will rst need to connect your watch to your PC or Mac. You do not need additional
drivers to do this - your PC may install standard drivers when it rst connects. is is
normal.
On the le side of your watch, remove the center knob. e USB port is here. Plug one end
of the included USB cable into the port on your watch. is should go all the way into the
watch. en, connect the other end to a USB port on your PC. Please do not use a hub.
In a few moments, your PC will automatically nd and install your watch. Your watch will
appear as an External Device or Removable Disk.
is is how you will access your video, photo and audio les to save them to your PC. is
is also how you charge your watch.
Charging the rst time may take several hours. You may access your les during charging.

From the TECH SUPPORT tab of your Product Page...
Right-click on the TIME.TXT le and choose SAVE LINK AS or SAVE TARGET AS.
You are going to SAVE the TIME.TXT le to your watch. See photo for proper location.
Do not change the le name, it must be TIME.TXT.

Now, use Windows Explorer (the le explorer, not the internet browser), or the Mac
Finder to locate your watch. When you plugged it in, your computer automatically
connected to it. In this example in Windows, the watch appears as REMOVABLE DISK F:

Save the TIME.TXT to the location shown.
Now, you are going to set the timestamp for your watch.

Please note: some computers may not show the “.txt” of the le name. is is normal.

You will now set the correct time in the time.txt le.
DOUBLE-CLICK (le button) on the TIME.TXT le on your watch.
A text editor window will appear. Please adjust the year, month, day, hours, minutes and
seconds to the proper time. Please note the punctuation must remain, and there is a space
between the date and time. Also note the use of a 24 hour clock. And the letter “Y” is used
to turn TIMESTAMP ON. To disable the onscreen timestamp, use the letter “N” instead.
For May 31, 2013 at 1:15pm, WITH timestamp, it would appear like this:
2013.05.31 13:15:00 Y
When complete, SAVE this le and exit your text editor.
You must start your watch for this time to be set.
EJECT the watch from your PC as you would any external device. (Windows, right-click
the drive and choose EJECT.)
Remove the USB cable from the PC.
Remove the USB cable from the watch.
Press the A button. e status light will appear blue, and aer a few moments start
blinking. It is now recording video. Press the A button 2 times to stop recording.
If the timestamp is not correct, please redo the steps in this section of the manual.

RECORDING VIDEO
• POWER ON & Start Recording Video - Hold the A button until the status light appears.
In a few moments it will blink blue 3 times. en the status light will go dark. You are
now recording video.
• To STOP recording, press the A button 2 times. e blue status light will appear and
remain steady. You are now in Stand By Mode.
• From Stand By Mode, you can record video again by pressing the A button.
• You will need to be in Stand By Mode rst before you can chose other modes, such as
photos and audio only.
• To turn the watch OFF, hold the A button until the status light goes dark.

NOTE: when facing you, as shown above, the camera will record UPSIDE-DOWN. Turn
your wrist to face the camera towards your subject. e camera should be located at the top
when your wrist is turned. is position will record the image properly.
NOTE: to stop recording video, you may press the A button 1 time immediately aer the
blue light starts blinking. In this case, you only need to press A 1 time.
NOTE: press the B button 1 time to check the status of your recording. e status light will
blink 3 times if you are still recording.
