Motor Vehicle Safe Driving Instructions
1. Read the manual first to understand the performance and usage of the vehicle
before using the electric tricycle.
2. Please do not lend the tricycle to someone who can't operate an electric
vehicle for riding.
3. When the vehicle is riding normally, the braking distance in dry state is less
than 5 meters, and it will increase to 10 meters in wet state.
When riding in rain or snow, you should slow down, and if you need to brake,
please brake in advance.
4. This car has safe and reliable rainproof performance and can be used with
confidence in rainy days, but it cannot be driven in water. When the water level
floods the motor, it will cause a short circuit and damage the controller and
other electrical appliances.
5. For your safe riding, be sure to slow down when turning.
6. It is forbidden to inject oil into the brake part, so as to avoid brake failure and
danger.
7. For the safety of you and others, please consciously abide by the traffic rules.

Checking List before driving
Before using the motorcycle, be sure to check the following items
Item
Details
Brake
Check operation, status and free travel. Make adjustments if necessary.
Indeed Check whether the brake's working performance is good or not,
which can be detected at low speed.
Speed Gear
Check the operation, status and clearance of the speed control handle, and adjustif
necessary.

10
Brake Gear
Check whether the operation is flexible and stable, and lubricate/adjust if necessary.
Tyre/Wheel
Check tire pressure, wear and damage.
Fastener
Check all chassis parts and fasteners. Tighten and adjust if necessary.
Lights and
Indicators
Check whether the car lights and indicator lights are correct, and whether the
horn performance is good.
Note:
Carry out a pre-driving inspection every time you use this vehicle. If there is a bad condition in the
above items, repairs should be carried out in time before driving to avoid serious damage to the car or
accidents.
Electric Motor Use Method
1. When the motor is in use, it is not allowed to run without any load.
2. When the motor is used, it is strictly forbidden to overload it for a long time.
3. When using the motor, keep the environment clean and the airflow dry and
unobstructed.
4. When using the motor (with brush), keep the surface of the commutator smooth
and clean, the carbon brushes are in good contact, and the motor test connection is
reliable.

11
5. When using the motor, prevent debris and soil from entering the motor and
causing damage.
6. After the motor has been running for one month, please open the rear cover, check
the commutator, and remove the carbon brush powder.
7. When using the (chain drive) motor, always check the fastening of the top wire and
anchor screw of the motor. If there is any looseness, it should be tightened in time.
Solid.
Maintenance
1. Keep the battery clean and dry to prevent dirty and damp; the connection line
is not loose and the electrolyte does not leak, and use it in time. The insulator
cleans the electrolyte stains on the upper surface of the battery to prevent
leakage of electricity from damaging electrical components.
2. The first time the battery is powered on shall not be less than 13 hours,
normally 5-12 hours, and the longest shall not exceed 18 hours; When the battery
is low, stop using it and charge it in time to avoid deep discharge.
3. Vehicles that have not been used for a long time should be charged twice a
month.

12
4. The machine rotates, and the lubricating oil is added to the running parts in
time to ensure the flexible operation of all parts and reduce wear.
5. Frequently check the contact points of each circuit (such as wire connection,
controller, reverse switch (combination switch), speed control
Whether the connection between the controller and the motor is reliable, and
there should be no looseness. Especially the main circuit part (motor
—Controller—reverse switch (combination switch)—speed control handle—thick
wire of the motor) because of the relatively high current flowing through it
Make sure that the contact points of each circuit are in good contact.
6. In normal use, if there are any problems that cannot be solved, please send the
car to the seller or designated repair station for repair. If the car is disassembled
without authorization, the company will not repair it for free if it causes
malfunctions and damages.
7. Please return the used batteries to our company’s dealers, after-sales
maintenance department, or directly to our company.

13
Recycling by a certified recycling agency.
8. After the vehicle has run in for 100km, replace the lubricating oil. In the future,
add oil and butter to the differential and the axle shafts every month.
9. If it is a water-cooled motor, always check whether the motor coolant is lacking.
If it is missing, please add coolant in time. Winter
Antifreeze should be added every day to prevent the motor from being damaged
by freezing. If not used for a long time, the coolant should be drained
