Charging the Battery
Thisplayerhasanin‐builtrechargeableLi‐ionbattery.Beforeusingandpoweringonyour
playerforthefirsttimeyouwillneedtochargeitup.
1. ConnecttheplayertoyourcomputerviatheUSBcable.
2. TheUSBConnectwindowwillappearontheLCDscreenoftheplayerwhenthe
USBcableisproperlyconnectedwiththePlayer.
3. The‘PCConnect’optionontheLCDscreenishighlightedbydefault.
4. PresstheUporDownbuttontoselectthe‘Exit’option.
5. PresstheENTERbuttontoconfirmtheselection.
6. TheMainMenuscreenappearsontheLCD.
7. Thebatterystatusindicatorwillshowtheprogressofthebatterycharging.
8. LeavetheplayerpluggedintoyourUSBportfor3to4hoursbeforeyoubeginto
useit.Thiswillallowyoutostartusingallthemanyfeaturesforhoursoffun.
9. WhenthechargeiscompletedtheLCDscreenwilldisplaythestillfullbattery
indicator.

Note:Theplayerwillnotpoweronifthebatterypowerislow.Pleasechargethebattery
beforeusingtheplayer.
1. SlidetheON/OFFswitchonthetopoftheplayerON.
2. TheOpening‘Welcome’animationgraphicwillappearonthescreen.

POWEROFF
ToPowerofftheplayermanually:
1. SlidetheON/OFFswitchonthetopoftheplayertoOFF.
2. The‘Goodbye’graphicwillappearonthescreenbeforetheplayerpowersoff.
3. Alternatively,whiletheplayerissettoON,presstheENTERbuttonforaboutthree
secondstopowerofftheplayer.
PresstheENTERbuttonagaintoturntheplayerbackon.
Note:Thepowerwillnotturnoffiftheplayerisstillprocessing–suchasrecording,transmitting
dataorupdatingfirmware.
AUTOPOWEROFF

•Thepowerwillnotturnoffiftheplayerisstillprocessing–suchasrecording,
transmittingdataorupdatingfirmware.

Connecting the Player to your Computer
TotransfermediafromyourPCtoyourDigitalVideoPlayer:
1. ConnectthesmallerendoftheUSBcabletotheUSBslotonthebaseoftheplayer.
2. ConnecttheotherendoftheUSBcabletoanavailableUSBportonyourPC.
3. Makesuretheplayerison.
4. TheUSBConnectfilemenuwillappearontheLCDscreen.

5. PresstheLEFTor RIGHTbuttonstoselectthe‘PCConnect’option.
6. PresstheENTERbuttontoconfirmtheselection.
7. Thefollowingwindowwillautomaticallyappearonyourcomputerscreen.

9. IfthisAutoRunapplicationdoesnotopenwhenyouclickthe‘Connect’button,

appears.

UsingtheManagementToolyoucantransferPhotos,Music,VideosandKaraokesound
filesonyourPCdirectlytoyourDigitalMP4Player.
TheManagementToolisdividedinto2windows:‘MyComputer’and‘DigitalVideoPlayer’.

MYCOMPUTER
1. ThewindowontheleftshowsallthefilesandfoldersonyourPC.
2. Inthelefthandcornerofthescreenisadirectoryoffilesandfoldersonyour
computer.
3. SelectoneofthemediatypetabsPhoto,Music,VideoorKaraokeatthetopofthe
DirectoryWindow.
4. Findthepicturefiles,musicfiles,videofilesandkaraokefilesthatyouwouldliketo
uploadandtransfertoyourplayer.
5. Theselectedfolderwiththumbnailfileswillappeartotherightofthedirectory
window.
6. SelectthefilethumbnailyouwishtotransfertothePlayer.
7. ThefileappearsintheViewScreenbelowthefolderwindow.
8. YoucanadjusttheappearanceofthePhotosbyclickingthefollowingbutton
optioniconstotherightoftheViewScreen:
(Zoomin), (Zoomout),

(ActualSize),
(ResetPhoto),
(CropPhoto–theadjustablecropareaissavedasanewphototoyour

9. TotransferthefiletothePC,presstheTransferFilebutton.
