automatically revert

SET' button on the
underside
of
the product. Press once.

The hour digits
will
flash.

Press the 'STAR-r:.STOP' button
to
move
up

4. Confirm
by
pressing the 'SET' button.
5.
Now the minute
digits
will
flash.
6.
Repeat steps 3and 4
to
set
the minutes.

maximize battery

Press and hold the

2seconds to switch the scale and timer off
at
