5. CONSOLE INSTRUCTIONS
After tur i g o a d put o the safety key, the co sole will show up welcome greeti g the display total ru i g
mileage, hours, program versio a d the e ter ready mode. Whe total mileage accumulates to 100 km total ru i g
time to 150 hours, the system will show a lubricatio prompt. After this prompt is show two times, the message will
be deleted automatically.
5.1. WINDOW DISPLAYS
TIME:Accumulated ru i g time from 00:00~99:59 or cou t-dow time from 10~99:00.
SPEED: Showi g the ru i g speed of the tread belt from 1KM/h(0.6)~16KM/h(10)
DISTANCE:Accumulated ru i g dista ce from 0.1~99.99KM.
CALORIES:Showi g the fat bur t from 0.1~999.9 calories.
INCLINE:Showi g 16 i cli e levels from 0~15.
PULSE:Showi g the heart rate value either weari g heart rate mo itor stripe or grippi g ha d pulse se sor, the heart
rate value is displayed i this wi dow.
LAPS: Displayi g track with o e circle sta ds for 0.4KM with value from 0~99.
5.2. UNCTION BUTTONS
START:Press this butto , while ru i g, to start the treadmill after displayi g 3, 2, 1, GO.
STOP: Press this butto to gradually stop the treadmill a d e d the workout.
AST: Press this butto to i crease workout speed. Press o ce each time i creases 0.1KM/h. The i creme t ca be
adjusted betwee 0.1 a d 1while setti g the treadmill factor.
SLOW: Press this butto to decrease workout speed. Press o ce each time decreases 0.1KM/h. The i creme t ca be
adjusted betwee 0.1 a d 1 while setti g the treadmill factor.
UP: Press this butto while ru i g to i crease the i cli e. Press o ce each time i creases o e i cli e level.

PROGRAM: Press this butto to choose trai i g mode. There are four modes: MANUAL, RANDOM PROGRAM, USER
a d HRC (Heart Rate Co trol).

SPEEDY BUTTON OR SPEED:There are five speedy butto s for speed: 2KM/h, 4 KM/h, 6 KM/h, 8 KM/h a d 10 KM/h
for speedy setti g.
SPEEDY BUTTON OR INCLINE:There are five speedy butto s for i cli e: 2, 4, 6, 8 a d 10 for speedy setti g.
Audio I put: This fu ctio is optio al. It plays the audio sig al by the speaker through the i ter al amplifier.
SA ETY KEY: Put o this key after tur i g o the power to fu ctio the treadmill. Taki g off this key automatically shuts
dow the treadmill.
5.3. FUNCTION MODES
SPEEDY START. The user initiates the training immediately.
Press START butto to speedily start the treadmill after tur i g o the power a d putti g o the safety key. Both speed
a d i cli e will be at the lowest value. The user has to adjust them to the desire levels ma ually usi g UP/DOWN y
SLOW/FAST butto s.
P0 MANUAL MODE. The user sets an objective parameter.
A. Use PROGRAM butto to choose PO MANUAL the press ENTER to set parameters. First is setti g weigh. Use
FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust the weigh a d press ENTER for ext setti g.
B. Now the AGE will be displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to select the correct value the press ENTER for ext
setti g.
C. Choose o e of cou t-dow factors TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES a d use SELECT to co firm the press ENTER to set
the value. You ca press SELECT to retur to select the factor agai .
D. Now the selected factor a d the value will be displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to select the proper value a d
press START to start the treadmill a d fi ish the setti g.
E. You ca press STOP butto to retur to the previous step or START to start the treadmill.
RANDOM PROGRAM. This mode which is a profile includes speed and incline automatically generated by the
program. The user can continually choose the profiles until the one which is satisfied. It can also save the USER mode
and make adjustments until a most suitable profile is reached.
A. Use PPROGRAM butto to select RANDOM PROGRAM mode a d press ENTER to profile selectio .
B. Now the dot matrix will display speed profile for 5 seco ds the switch to i cli e profile for a other 5 seco ds a d
recycle. Press ENTER to select the profile a d forward to e ter ext parameter. Press SELECT butto to ge erate
ew profile. This step ca be co ti ued u til ENTER is pressed.
C. Now the value of the weight is displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust the weight a d press ENTER for ext
setti g.
D. Now the value of the age will be displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust the age a d press ENTER for ext
setti g.
E. Now the preset time 20:00 will be displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust for proper time duratio a d press
START to start the treadmill.
F. The profile ca be saved as a USER profile whe the workout is fi ished. The USER ca be adjusted whe ever is
ecessary.

USER MODE. This mode provides five personal profiles.
A. Use PROGRAM to select the USER mode. Use UP/DOWM butto s to switch the user ames. Use NAME to e ter
the user ame with FAST/SLOW butto s to e ter characters A~Z. There are o more tha 7 characters to e ter.
Press STOP after e teri g the last character a d exit.
B. Now the value of the weight is displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust the weight a d press ENTER for ext
setti g.
C. Now the value of the age will be displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust the age a d press ENTER for ext
setti g.
D. Now the preset time 30:00 will be displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust for proper time duratio a d press
ENTER to set profile.
E. Now the dot matrix wi dow will display the SPEED bli ki g the first row. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust a d
press ENTER for ext segme t. There are 20 segme ts i a profile. The segme t will bli k while setti g. After
fi ishi g 20 segme ts, press ENTER to set i cli e profile.
F. Now the dot matrix wi dow will display the i cli e bli ki g the first row. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust a d
press ENTER for ext segme t. There are 20 segme ts i a profile. The segme t will bli k while setti g. After
fi ishi g 20 segme ts, press START to begi the workout.
HRC (HEART RATE CONTROL MODE). The user preset a heart rate target and the program automatically adjusts the
profile speed and inclination.
Weari g HR stripe is recomme ded to use this mode.. If it is ot i stalled, the user will grab the ha d pulse se sor
throughout this mode. The program will ask for heart rate value whe ha ds are released from the se sor. Whe there
is o heart rate value for a certai of time, the program stops.
There are two modes for HRC program:
1. HRC1 adjusts the speed to keep the heart rate at the target value.
2. HRC2 adjusts the i cli e to keep the heart rate at the target value.
A. Use PROGRAM to select HRC program. Press ENTER butto to e ter this mode a d use SELECT butto to switch
betwee two modes. Press ENTER butto to set parameters.
B. Now the value of the weight is displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust the weight a d press ENTER for ext
setti g.
C. Now the preset time 30:00 will be displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust for proper time duratio a d press
ENTER to set ext parameter.
D. Now the value of the age will be displayed. Use FAST/SLOW butto s to adjust the age a d press ENTER for ext
setti g.
E. To cha ge the target heart rate value, the target heart rate value will be i the ra ge of 55%~85% value calculated
by the program accordi g to the age you have e tered. You ca i crease or decrease the target value as what fits
you. Co sulti g your physicia to determi e the proper value before setti g is recomme ded. Press START to
begi your workout.

6. ADJUSTMENTS
UN OLDING
Pull locki g k ob a d hold ru i g deck a d lower dow to the floor.

Pull the locki g k ob with right ha d, left ha d lift the ru i g deck up to 30cm the two ha ds lift it u til it is
locked by the locki g k ob. (As show i Figure 3_4)
TRANSPORT
Before movi g the treadmill, co vert the treadmill to the storage as described above. Make sure that the Locki g
K ob is closer fully over the frame guide.
1).Hold the upper e ds of the ha drails. Place o e foot o the base.
2).Tilt the treadmill back u til it rolls freely o the rear wheels. Carefully move the treadmill to the
desired locatio . To reduce the risk of i jury, use extreme cautio while movi g the treadi g. Do ot
attempt to move the treadmill over a u eve surface.
3).Place o e foot o the base, a d carefully lower the treadmill u til it is resti g i the storage positio .

BELT ALIGNMENT
If duri g use you otice that walki g belt either shifts to the right or the left of ce ter, first remove "Safety Key" a d
u plug equipme t from AC power source. Usi g M6 Alle wre ch provided, tur left rear roller adjustme t as
i dicated below clockwise o more the 1/4" of a tur . Remove M6 Alle wre ch, i sert "Safety Key" a d i sert AC
power cord i to AC outlet. Tur o your treadmill a d observe after ru i g a few mi utes to see if problem has bee
corrected. This may take several adjustme ts, so repeat the above procedure.
TREADMILL LUBRICATION
Whe total mileage accumulates to 100 km total ru i g time to 150 hours, the system will show a lubricatio prompt.
After this prompt is show two times, the message will be deleted automatically.
It is importa t to lubricate periodically the treadmill.
WHEN YOU SHOULD LUBRICATE THE BELT?
1. After the first 25 hours of use (2-3 mo ths).
2. Every 50 hours of use (5-8 mo ths).
HOW TO CHECK TREADBELT OR PROPER LUBRICATION?
Lift o e side of the treadbelt a d feel the top surface of the
treadboard.
If the surface is slick to the touch, the o further lubricatio is
required.
If the surface is dry to the touch, apply o e packet of lubrica t or half
of the bottle of lubrica t.
HOW TO APPLY LUBRICANT?
1. Lift o e side of treadbelt.
2. Pour o e half of the lubrica t bottle u der the ce ter of the treadbelt o the top surface of the treadboard.
3. Walk o the treadmill at a slow speed for 3 to 5 mi utes to eve ly distribute lubrica t.
NOTE: DO NOT over lubricate treadboard. A y excess lubrica t that comes out should be wiped off.

7. MAINTENANCE
The mai te a ce of the equipme t is easy:
•
Dry a d clea those areas exposed to perspiratio , especially the co sole. It is recomme ded to use towels i order
to avoid the sweat falli g to the equipme t.

Dust a d dirt may be the cause of fu ctio i g problems i the gears a d the i ter al beari gs. It is recomme ded
keepi g the equipme t casi g a d its differe t eleme ts clea .

Error message

LOST SPEED” : The sig al of RPM speed has bee lost. Check the imbedded mag et i fro t roller a d
the se sor together with the proper co ectio of the cable.
