description of how to factory restore your old mobile phone, which you need to
do before submitting it to the Service Center.
If you have content that you want to transfer from your old mobile phone to your
new one, use the “Guide 2 for Samsung Galaxy A42 5G” instead. The content
transfer needs to be done before the factory reset.

Install MFA, Multifactor Authentication
Once the device is installed, it’s time to install Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
Multifactor authentication provides an additional layer of protection in the login
process. When accessing accounts or apps, users undergo an additional identity
verification, such as fingerprint reading or a code that comes to your phone.
If you want to know more about how MFA works, please read here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/sv-SE/azure/active-directory/authentication/concept-
mfa-howitworks
Install MFA:
1. Open Google play on the new device and install Microsoft Authenticator.
2. Go to this link: aka.ms/mfasetup and then log in. This should be done on a
computer then you will need to scan a QR code with your mobile phone in
the next steps.
3. After logging in to aka.ms/mfasetup the following page should be
displayed.
4. Choose “Configure the Authenticator app” and then there will be a small
guide on how to move MFA to the new device. Follow the guide.
5. Then press “Next” to enable MFA on the new device. It’s all set.
