1.1 Measure Your TV Hole Pattern
inch dimensions are approximate
75 mm =7.5 cm ≈ 3 in.
100 mm=10 cm ≈ 4 in.

Position your TV bracket configuration (A, B, C, D, E or F) onto your TV, making sure the bracket is both centered and level over your TV hole pattern.
NOTE: The hanging tab Hon TV bracket 01 must be oriented toward the top of the TV.
Secure the TV bracket using your selection: (a) screw/washer or (b) screw/washer/spacer.
CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage!
DO NOT use a power screwdriver for this step.
IMPORTANT: Ensure TV bracket is securely fastened before moving on to the next step.

●Drywall covering the wall must not exceed 5/8 in. (16 mm)
●Minimum wood stud size: common 2 x 4 in. (51 x 102 mm) nominal 1 ½ x 3 ½ in. (38 x 89 mm)
●Minimum horizontal space between fasteners: 16 in. (406 mm)
●Stud centers must be verified – not all walls have conventional 16 in. (406 mm) stud spacing
1. Locate studs. Verify the center of the stud(s) using an awl, a thin nail, or an edge to edge stud finder.
2. Level the wall plate template 19 and mark the hole locations in the center of the studs.

3. Drill pilot holes using a 7/32 in. (5.5 mm) diameter drill bit, then remove the wall plate template 19 .
IMPORTANT: Be sure to drill into the center of the stud.
IMPORTANT: Pilot holes must be drilled to a depth of 3 1/2 in. (89 mm).
4. Install the wall plate 20 using four lag bolts 21 and four washers 22 . Tighten all lag bolts only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! All four lag bolts 21 MUST BE firmly tightened to prevent unwanted
movement of the wall plate 20 .Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before continuing on to the next step.

CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage!
●Mount the wall plate 20 directly onto the concrete surface
●Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8 in. (203 mm)
●Minimum concrete block size: 8 x 8x 16 in. (203 x 203 x 406 mm)
●Minimum horizontal space between fasteners: 24 in. (610 mm) bottom / 16 in. (406 mm) top
●For concrete applications, the base of the arm 24 (STEP 3) must remain centered in the wall plate 20 . Keep this in mind when selecting the
wall plate 20 location.
1. Level the wall plate template 19 and mark the hole locations (two on the bottom, four on top).
2. Drill pilot holes into solid concrete, using a 3/8 in. (10 mm) diameter drill bit. Never drill into the mortar between blocks.
IMPORTANT: Pilot holes must be drilled to a depth of 4 in. (101 mm).

3. Remove the wall plate template 19 and insert six concrete anchors 23 (two on the bottom, four on top).
CAUTION: Be sure the anchors are seated flush with the concrete surface.
4. Install the wall plate 20 using six lag bolts 21 and six washers 22 (two on the bottom, four on top). Tighten all lag bolts only until they
are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! All six lag bolts 21 MUST BE firmly tightened to prevent unwanted
movement of the wall plate 20 . Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before continuing on to the next step.

1. Hang the TV onto the arm assembly 24 by first hooking the hang tab H, then resting the TV into place.
2. Lock the TV to the arm assembly 24 with locking screw 27 using hex key 30 .
CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! Locking screw 27 must be installed to secure the TV to the arm assembly 24 .

Fit cables inside of cable covers 28 and 29 ., then install cable covers 28 and 29 onto arms 24 .
