Several product families – one system
The electrical Schüco DCS systems are equipped with the
latest technology and are perfectly integrated into the
stylish design. Four different systems are available:
●DCS Touch Display, door communication and access control
in a single module
●Access control (stand-alone) with Fingerprint system,
RFID card reader and code keypad
●Emergency exit control (stand-alone) with key-operated
switch, emergency button and signs
●Door communication with doorbell, loudspeaker, microphone
and video module
The systems can be supplemented with other system
components, such as house number, proximity switch, motion
detector and the LED spotlight.
Hohe Funktionalität und individuell wählbare Module zeichnen
das Schüco Door Control System (DCS) aus. Das Türmanage-
mentsystem ist durch die Kombination seiner vielfältigen
Anwendungsmöglichkeiten Zutrittskontrolle, Türkommunikation
und Fluchttürsicherung mit dem einheitlichen, zeitlosen Design
einzigartig.
Der ächenbündige Einbau der Module in das Türprol und die
hochwertige Oberäche aus schwarzem Glas verleihen dem
System einen edlen und wertvollen Charakter. Weitere Einbau-
möglichkeiten sind Aufputz oder auf einem Paneel in der Wand.
Klippstechnik ermöglicht eine problemlose und Zeit sparende
Montage aller Komponenten. Codierte und vorkonfektionierte
Leitungen vereinfachen die elektrische Installation. Einheitliche
Modulmaße und variable Längen im Bereich der Füllelemente
stehen für größtmöglichen individuellen Gestaltungsspielraum.
So setzt das System neue Maßstäbe im Bereich des Türma-
nagements und erhielt dafür sowohl den iF product design
award als auch den Red Dot Design Award.

Modular system with a sophisticated design
A high degree of functionality and a choice of modules
distinguish the Schüco Door Control System (DCS). The door
management system is unique due to its diverse application
options, access control, door communication and emergency
exit control combined with the uniform, timeless design. The
ush-tted installation of the modules into the door prole and
the high-quality surface made of black glass give the system a
rened, opulent character. Further installation options include
surface-mounting or mounting on a panel in the wall.
Clip technology allows smooth and time-saving installation of all
components. Coded and prepared cables simplify the electrical
installation. Uniform module dimensions and variable lengths for
the inll units create the greatest possible design freedom. The
system is thereby setting new standards in door management
and as a result it has won the iF product design award and the
Red Dot Design Award.

Schüco DCS Touch Display
In einem per Touch Oberäche zu bedienden Modul wird die
Türkommunikation und Zutrittskontrolle bereitgestellt.
Die Türkommunikation kommuniziert über den offenen und
unveränderten Standard SIP nach RFC 3261. Mit diesem
System können eine nahezu unbegrenzte Anzahl an Nutzern
verbunden werden. Neben den Namen können wahlweise Bilder
der Nutzer oder Firmenlogos auf dem Display angezeigt
werden.
Die Zutrittskontrolle ist Codebasiert. Über eine einfache
Nutzerverwaltung können Codes, abhängig von Uhrzeit und
Wochentag, geschaltet werden. Das Codefeld ist für die höhere
Sicherheit rotierend angeordnet. So ist es nicht mehr möglich,
aufgrund von Fingerabdrücken die Codes zu regenerieren.
Einstellungen für die Türkommunikation und Zutrittskontrolle
werden über ein übersichtliches Web-Interface vorgenommen.
Grundeinstellungen, wie zum Beispiel die Beleuchtungsstärke
(Helligkeit des Displays) können direkt am Touch Display
vorgenommen werden.
Das Schüco DCS Touch Display verfügt über Ein- und
Ausgänge, an welche zum Beispiel ein E-Öffner für Innentüren
angeschlossen werden kann. Die Datenkommunikation und
Energiebereitstellung erfolgt über eine gemeinsame Leitung.

The door communication and access control are supplied in a
single module which is operated via a touch interface.
The door communication communicates via the open and
unmodied standard SIP in accordance with RFC 3261.
Between one and an almost unlimited number of users can be
connected to the system. There is the option to display images
of the users or company logos next to the names on the screen.
The access control is code-based. Via a simple user
management system, codes can be activated depending on
times of the day and days of the week. For a higher level of
security, the position of the code eld is rotated. It is therefore
no longer possible to regenerate the codes from ngerprint
impressions.
Settings for the door communication and access control are
made via a clearly laid-out web interface. Basic settings, such
as the illumination intensity (brightness of the display), can be
carried out directly on the touchscreen.
The Schüco DCS touchscreen is equipped with inputs and
outputs to which, for example, an electric strike for internal
doors can be connected. Data is communicated and power is
supplied via a shared cable.

Bei der Zutrittskontrolle bietet Schüco individuelle Lösungen für
den gehobenen Wohnungsbau und Gewerbeobjekte.
Für kleinere gewerbliche Objekte gibt es eine „Stand-alone-
Variante“ mit Masterzugang. Die Module Kartenleser, Tastatur
und Fingerprint sind als Systemkomponenten leicht austausch-
bar. Die personenbezogene Hinterlegung unterschiedlicher
Aktionen ist möglich.
In terms of access control, Schüco offers individual solutions
for luxury homes and commercial buildings. For smaller
commercial buildings, a stand-alone option with master access
is available. The card reader, code keypad and ngerprint
reader modules are system components and can therefore be
easily replaced. Different actions can be stored for different
users.

Mit der Schüco DCS-Fluchttürsicherung und den Modulen
Schlüsselschalter, Nottaster und Hinweisschild bietet Schüco
zertizierte Sicherheitstechnik in ansprechender Optik. Die
Fluchttürsicherung ist baumustergeprüft. Außerdem erfüllt sie
die geltenden Richtlinien für elektrische Verriegelungssysteme
von Türen in Rettungswegen (EltVTR) und mit dem beleuchte-
ten Nottasterschild sogar schon den Normentwurf PrEN 13637.
Klassische Anwendungsfälle sind:
●Kindergärten, Schulen, Altersheime (um Schutzbefohlene
davon abzuhalten, das Gebäude zu verlassen)
● Einkaufszentren und Gastronomie (um Diebstahl zu
verhindern)

With the Schüco DCS emergency exit control and the
key-operated switch, emergency button and accompanying sign
modules, Schüco offers certied security technology with an
attractive appearance. The emergency exit control has been
conformance tested. It also meets the applicable guidelines
for electric locking systems of doors in emergency exits and
escape routes (EltVTR) and it already conforms to draft
standard PrEN 13637 with its illuminated emergency button
sign.

und einer Sprechstelle in der Wohnung erhält jede Tür ein
individuelles und leistungsstarkes Türkommunikationssystem.
Es lässt sich über den schlüssellosen Zugang Fingerprint und
Zusatzmodule wie Bewegungsmelder, Näherungstaster, LED
Spotlight und Hausnummer weiter individualisieren.

The call button, intercom system and video camera are
ush-tted in the prole. With door communication control and
an intercom station in the home, every door has an individual,
high-performance door communication system. It can be further
customised by means of the keyless ngerprint access and
additional modules, such as movement sensors, proximity
switches, LED spotlight and house numbers.

Das modulare Schüco DCS zeichnet sich aus durch variabel
angeordnete Module, große Gestaltungsfreiheit in der Montage
und die individuelle Farbgebung. So können die eingangs
beschriebenen Produktportfolios aus der DCS Serie Flucht-
türsicherung, Zutrittskontrolle und Türkommunikation durch
zusätzliche Komponenten erweitert werden.
So ist es z.B. möglich, dass optisch ansprechend die
Hausnummer oberhalb der Türkommunikation in dem
DCS Prol integriert wird. Die Erweiterung kann auch um
ein z.B. LED Spotlight geschehen, welches durch die
Türsprechanlage geschaltet wird.
Weitere Module wie Bewegungsmelder, Näherungstaster,
DCS-Klingeltaster oder ein DCS-Blindmodul komplementieren
die DCS Komponenten.
The modular Schüco DCS is characterised by exibly arranged
modules, a high degree of design freedom in installation and
a choice of colours. The aforementioned product ranges from
the Schüco DCS series (emergency exit control, access control
and door communication) can therefore be supplemented by

Durch unterschiedliche Ausprägungen der Prolgeometrie als
Blendrahmenpfosten und Flügelpfosten ist das Schüco DCS
individuell einsetzbar. Die einzelnen Module werden schnell und
unkompliziert mittels Klipp-Technik in den Ausfräsungen im
Prol befestigt. Die Steuereinheiten sind ebenfalls in das Prol
integriert, werden aber durch ein wieder lösbares Dekorelement
verdeckt. Dank vorkonfektionierter Leitungs-Sets mit Steckver-
bindern ist der elektrische Anschluss einfach und zuverlässig.
The Schüco DCS can be used individually as an outer frame

The control units are also integrated into the prole, but are

Die Tür ist innen mit einer kindersicheren Austrittskontrolle
ausgestattet. Bei dem Versuch die Tür über den Türgriff zu
öffnen bleibt das Türsystem verschlossen. Das Öffnen des
Türsystems ist durch die Betätigung des Näherungstasters
möglich. Dies ist aufgrund der Einbauhöhe nur Erwachsenen
möglich.
So können Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt das Gebäude
verlassen.
Im Notfall kann die Tür über den Nottaster entriegelt werden.
Von außen kann die Tür mittels einer RFID-Karte (bei Bedarf
auch via Code-Tastertur oder Fingerprint) geöffnet werden.
Weitere Module, wie Bewegungsmelder, Klingel, beleuchtete
Hausnummer etc. runden das Türsystem ab.
Alle Module (inklusive der Steuereinheit) sind in einem im
Türügel montierten Schüco DCS-Pfosten integriert. Der
Anschluss der Module wird durch vorkenfektionierte Leitungen
(Kabelbaum) realisiert.
On the inside, the door is tted with a child-proof exit control
unit. When an attempt is made to open the door using the door
handle, the door system remains closed. The door system can
be opened by operating the proximity switch. The installation
height means this can only be carried out by adults.
Therefore, children cannot leave the building unsupervised.
In an emergency, the door can be unlocked by means of the
emergency button. The door can be opened from outside using
an RFID card (or using a code keypad or ngerprint system, as
required). Other modules, such as motion detectors, doorbells,
illuminated house numbers etc., complete the door system. All
modules (inculding the control unit) are integrated into the
Schüco DCS unit installed in a door leaf. The modules are
connected by means of prepared cables (cable assembly).

Türkommunikation und Zutrittskontrolle in einem Modul mit
Touchbedienung
Das exklusiv bei Schüco erhältliche Schüco DCS Touch Display
vereint in nur einem Modul die Türkommunikation und
Zutrittskontrolle. Die Bedienung für den Nutzer erfolgt per
Touchoberäche so einfach, wie er es von seinem Smartphone
oder Tablet gewohnt ist. Für den Verarbeiter ergibt sich der
große Vorteil, dass nur ein Modul verbaut werden muss,
welches zur Abnahme gegenüber dem Kunden direkt einen
Testmodus integriert hat. Durch die Nutzung der
SIP Technologie kommuniziert das Schüco DCS Touch Display
über IP Systeme und kann an unterschiedlichste
Gegensprechstellen angeschlossen werden.
Mit dem Schüco DCS Touch Display ist eine unauffällige
Integration in die Schüco DCS Prole möglich. Des Weiteren ist
die Montage als Paneel- und Wandmontage möglich.
Das Schüco DCS Touch Display zeigt im Betrieb die
Hausnummer an. Bewegt sich eine Person auf die Tür zu,
erkennt die integrierte Kamera die Bewegung und schaltet
automatisch auf die Ruiste (Klingelliste) um. Der Besucher
kann nun wie von seinem Smartphone gewohnt das Rufziel
direkt antippen oder in einem z. B. Mehrfamilienhaus durch
auf- und abwischen den entsprechenden Kontakt suchen und
antippen. Die integrierte Zutrittskontrolle wird durch ein
seitliches wischen erreicht. Hier kann der Nutzer den vorher
festgelegten Code eingeben um die z.B. Tür zu öffnen.

Door communication and access control in a single module
with touch operation
Exclusively available from Schüco,
the Schüco DCS touchscreen combines door communication
and access control in a single module. The user operates the
unit very simply via a touchscreen interface, just as they are
accustomed to with their smartphone or tablet. For the
fabricator, the greatest advantage is that only one module needs
to be installed, which has a directly integrated test mode for
customer approval.
By using SIP technology, the Schüco DCS touchscreen
communicates via IP systems and can be connected to a wide
range of intercom stations.
The Schüco DCS touchscreen can be integrated discreetly into
the Schüco DCS proles. Furthermore, both panel and wall
mounting options are available.
During operating, the Schüco DCS touchscreen displays the
house number. If a person approaches the door, the integrated
camera senses the movement and automatically changes to the
call list (doorbell list). As they are accustomed to with their
smartphone, the visitor can now tap on the call destination
directly or, in apartment buildings for example, they can swipe
up or down to search for and tap on the appropriate contact.
The integrated access control is called up by swiping to the side.
Here, the user can enter the pre-dened code to open the door,
for example.

Türkommunikation und Zutrittskontrolle in einem Modul mit
Touchbedienung
Die Verarbeitung und Montage ist sehr einfach: es ist nur eine
Fräßung für das Modul ein zu bringen. Optional kann zum
Toleranzausgleich ein Montagerahmen erworben werden.
Dieser ermöglicht die nachträgliche Justierung, sodass
sichergestellt ist, dass das Schüco DCS Touch Display gerade
im Prol befestigt ist. Ein Testmodus, welcher direkt über die
Touchoberäche gestartet wird, ermöglicht die unaufwändige
Abnahme vor Ort.
Für die einfache Verkabelung besteht die Möglichkeit, dass
Schlösser oder E-Öffner direkt am Schüco DCS Touch Display
angeschlossen werden. Über eine gemeinsam genutzte Leitung
wird das Schüco DCS Touch Display mit Energie und
Kommunikationsdaten versorgt. Bei Außentüren ndet der
IP Secure Connector zusätzlich Verwendung: dieser wird im
geschützten Innenbereich, zum Beispiel direkt ins
Schüco DCS Prol, montiert. Durch die Verheiratung und
verschlüsselte Kommunikation zwischen IP Secure Connector
und Schüco DCS Touch Display ist sichergestellt, dass keine
Manipulation zur Türöffnung erfolgen kann.
Für höchste Sicherheitsansprüche verfügt das
Schüco DCS Touch Display über einen mechanischen
Diebstahlschutz, welcher mit einem speziellen, nur bei Schüco
erhältlichen Werkzeug entfernt werden kann. Darüber hinaus
sind Sensoren in dem Schüco DCS Touch Display verbaut, die
eine u. a. deutlich zu große Neigung erkennen.
Beim Überschreiten des kritischen Neigungswertes wird dies
akustisch signalisiert, gelmt und eine oder mehrere
Gegensprechstellen kontaktiert.
Zur Unterstützung wird für die metallbauseitigen Tätigkeiten
neben der K-Zeichnungen eine Montageanleitung mitgeliefert.
Über einen Webserver können bequem Einstellungen durch den
Endkunden für die zum Beispiel Zutrittskontrolle oder
Türkommunikation vorgenommen werden. Dies wird in einer
Bedienungsanleitung und umfangreichen
Inbetriebnahmeanleitung entsprechend dokumentiert.
Schüco DCS touchscreen
Door communication and access control in a single module
with touch operation
Fabrication and installation is very simple: only one machined
hole is required to install the module. A mounting frame can be
purchased to equalise tolerances.
This allows the Schüco DCS touchscreen to be adjusted
subsequently to ensure that it is xed in the prole straight.
A test mode, which is launched directly from the touch interface,
allows approval to take place efciently on site.
To make cabling easier, there is the option to connect the locks
or electric strikes directly to the Schüco DCS touchscreen.
Power and communication data are supplied to
the Schüco DCS touchscreen via a shared cable.
The IP secure connector can also be used on external doors:
it is installed in the protected area, directly in
the Schüco DCS prole for example.
The pairing and the encrypted communication between
the IP secure connector and Schüco DCS touchscreen ensure
that tampering to open the door cannot occur.
To meet the highest requirements in terms of security,
the Schüco DCS touchscreen has a mechanical anti-theft
protection which can only be removed using a special tool that
is exclusively available from Schüco.
In addition, sensors are built into the Schüco DCS touchscreen
which detect an incline that is distinctly too steep.
If the critical value for the incline is exceeded, an acoustic signal
is emitted, a video recording is made and one or more intercom
stations are contacted.
To support the metal fabrication work, installation instructions
are supplied alongside the K drawings.
Settings can be entered conveniently by the end customer
via a web server for the access control or door communication,
for example.
This is documented accordingly in the operating instructions and
extensive commissioning instructions.

Schüco DCS Touch Display
In einem per Touch Oberäche zu bedienden Modul wird die
Türkommunikation und Zutrittskontrolle bereitgestellt.
Die Türkommunikation kommuniziert über den offenen und
unveränderten Standard SIP nach RFC 3261. Zwischen einem
und nahezu einer unbegrenzten Anzahl an Nutzern können mit
dem System verbunden werden. Neben den Namen können
wahlweise Bilder der Nutzer oder Firmenlogos auf dem Display
angezeigt werden.
Die Zutrittskontrolle ist Codebasiert. Über eine einfache
Nutzerverwaltung können Codes, abhängig von Uhrzeit und
Wochentag, geschaltet werden. Das Codefeld für die höhere
Sicherheit rotierend angeordnet. So ist es nicht mehr möglich,
aufgrund von Fingerabdrücken die Codes zu regenerieren.
Einstellungen für die Türkommunikation und Zutrittskontrolle
werden über ein übersichtliches Web-Interface vorgenommen.
Grundeinstellungen, wie zum Beispiel die Beleuchtungsstärke
(Helligkeit des Displays) können direkt am Touch Display
vorgenommen werden.
Das Schüco DCS Touch Display verfügt über Ein- und
Ausgänge, an welche zum Beispiel ein E-Öffner für Innentüren
angeschlossen werden kann. Die Datenkommunikation und
Energiebereitstellung erfolgt über eine gemeinsame Leitung.
Schüco DCS touchscreen
The door communication and access control are supplied in a
single module which is operated via a touch interface.
The door communication communicates via the open and
unmodied standard SIP in accordance with RFC 3261.
Between one and an almost unlimited number of users can be
connected to the system. There is the option to display images
of the users or company logos next to the names on the screen.
The access control is code-based. Via a simple user
management system, codes can be activated depending on
times of the day and days of the week. For a higher level of
security, the position of the code eld is rotated. It is therefore
no longer possible to regenerate the codes from ngerprint
impressions.
Settings for the door communication and access control are
made via a clearly laid-out interface. Basic settings, such as the
illumination intensity (brightness of the display), can be carried
out directly on the touchscreen.
The Schüco DCS touchscreen is equipped with inputs and
outputs to which, for example, an electric strike for internal
doors can be connected. Data is communicated and power is
supplied via a shared cable.

Schüco IP Secure Connector
Mit dem Schüco IP Secure Connector können z.B.
Motorschlösser vom geschützten Innenbereich sicher vom
Schüco DCS Touch Display aus angesteuert werden.
Das Schüco DCS Touch Display wird mit dem
Schüco IP Secure Connector verheiratet, dass eine
verschlüsselte Kommunikation erfolgt.
Wird das Schüco DCS Touch Display widerrechtlich entfernt,
wird die Netzwerkverbindung vollständig reversibel ab dem
Schüco IP Secure Connector weg geschaltet. Dies bedeutet,
dass eine physikalische Netzwerkleitung im Prol vorhanden ist,
dass jedoch keine Daten im Außenbereich ankommen.
Der Schüco IP Secure Connector verfügt über Ein- und
Ausgänge, an welchem zum Beispiel ein Motorschloss
angeschlossen werden kann. Es ist auch möglich eine
Alarmanlage per Codeeingabe am Schüco DCS Touch Display
zu aktivieren/deaktiveren.
Schüco IP secure connector
With the Schüco IP secure connector, electric locks, for
example, can be controlled securely from the protected inside
area using the Schüco DCS touchscreen.
The Schüco DCS touchscreen is paired with
the Schüco IP secure connector to enable encrypted
communication.
If the Schüco DCS touchscreen is removed illegally, the network
connection from the Schüco IP secure connector is
switched off – an operation which is fully reversible. This means
that there is a physical network cable in the prole, but no data
enters the outside area.
The Schüco IP secure connector is equipped with inputs and
outputs to which, for example, an electric lock can be
connected. It is also possible to activate/deactivate an alarm
system by entering a code on the Schüco DCS touchscreen.

Innensprechstelle Schüco DCS Touch Display
Vorkongurierte Wand-Innensprechstelle für das Schüco DCS
Touch Display zur Audio- und Videokommunikation.
Die Innensprechstelle konguriert sich automatisch bei
erkennen eines Schüco DCS Touch Displays im lokalen
Netzwerk. Bedient werden kann die Innensprechstelle mittels
GestureControl oder über das 7 Zoll große Touch Display,
welches auch bei seitlicher Betrachtung sehr gut abgelesen
werden kann. Durch die eingebaute Bewegungserkennung wird
die Innensprechstelle automatisch aus dem Standby geholt.
Eine ausgezeichnete Sprachqualität wird durch mehrere
Mikrofone, Echounterdrückung und das Herausltern von
störenden Nebengeräuschen erreicht.

The intercom station is congured automatically when a Schüco
DCS touchscreen is detected on the local network.
The intercom station can be operated by means of
GestureControl or via the 7 inch touchscreen which can also be
read easily when viewed from the side.
Gesture control allows, for example, door calls to be answered
directly. Outstanding sound quality is achieved by means of
multiple microphones, echo cancellation and by ltering out
disruptive background noise.
