BEFORE USING THE MACHINE, ALL OPERATORS AUTHORISED TO USE AND MAINTAIN

THE MACHINE (S. PAR. 1.3 MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL

IN ITS ENTIRETY.

This Instruction Manual has been prepared based on guidelines established by the regulations in

force in order to guarantee an easy and correct understanding of the subject matters covered to the

“authorized operators” involved in the use and maintenance of the machine.

In the preparation of this Instruction Manual, the Manufacturer has used best care and attention.

However, if any parts of the Instruction Manual are not absolutely clear, please contact the manufacturer

immediately for clariﬁcation. An incorrect interpretation of the Instruction Manual may compromise the

safety of authorized operators.

The “authorized operators” must strictly respect any warnings and operating methods described in

PRIMA DI USARE LA MACCHINA È OBBLIGATORIO CHE GLI “OPERATORI AUTORIZZATI”

ALL’USO E ALLA MANUTENZIONE (V. PAR.1.3) LEGGANO E COMPRENDANO IN TUTTE LE

SUE PARTI IL PRESENTE MANUALE ISTRUZIONI.

Il presente Manuale Istruzioni è stato redatto secondo le indicazioni previste dalle norme al ﬁne di

garantire agli “operatori autorizzati” all’uso e alla manutenzione della macchina una facile e corretta

comprensione degli argomenti trattati.

Durante la redazione del presente Manuale Istruzioni il Fabbricante ha usato la massima cura ed

attenzione. Nel caso in cui alcune parti del Manuale Istruzioni fossero comunque di difﬁcile compren-

sione, contattare tempestivamente il Fabbricante per ottenere chiarimenti. Errate interpretazioni del

Manuale Istruzioni potrebbero compromettere la sicurezza degli “operatori autorizzati”.

Gli “operatori autorizzati” devono attenersi rigorosamente alle avvertenze e alle modalità operative

descritte nel Manuale Istruzioni, al ﬁne di garantire la propria e altrui sicurezza, ottenere le migliori

switched OFF. Make sure that the machine is stopped and that it is impossible for it to

valve closed and locked).

1.3- USERS (AUTHORISED OPERATORS)

This Instruction Manual has been prepared for the “authorised operators” described below:

ASSIGNED OPERATOR.

Aprofessionally trained operator who is at least 18 years old,

in compliance with the laws in force in the country where the machine is being used,

qualiﬁed to exclusively turn on, use, tool-up, set (only with the safety devices enabled

and the machine turned off) and to switch off the machine, in full compliance with the

instructions given in this Instruction Manual.

He/she must be equipped with Personal Protection Equipment established in par.5.7.

He/she must operate in the work station as described in par.9.1.

OPERATOR IN CHARGE OF MOVING THE MACHINE.

A p

rofessionally trained

operator who is at least 18 years old, in compliance with the laws in force in the country

where the machine is being used, qualiﬁed to drive fork lift trucks, bridge cranes or

cranes used to safely move the machine and/or parts of the machine.

He/she must be equipped with Personal Protection Equipment established in par.5.7.

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC.

A skilled technician qualiﬁed to exclusively carry out

operations on the mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic parts of the machine, to make

adjustments, perform maintenance and/or repairs, even with the safety device disabled

(subject to the consent of the health and safety ofﬁcer), in full compliance with the

instructions given in this Instruction Manual or in other speciﬁc documents furnished

exclusively by the Manufacturer.

He/she must be equipped with Personal Protection Equipment established in par.5.7.

MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN.

A qualiﬁed technician (electrician with the technical/

professional qualiﬁcations required by current regulations), authorized to exclusively

carry out operations on the electric devices in making adjustments, performing

maintenance and/or repairs, even with the power supply ON and the safety devices

disabled (subject to the consent of the health and safety ofﬁcer), in full compliance with

the instructions given in this

Instruction Manual

or in other speciﬁc documents furnished

exclusively by the Manufacturer.

He/she must be equipped with Personal Protection Equipment established in par.5.7.

COMPANY HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER.

A qualiﬁed technician, designated by

the Client with the technical/professional qualiﬁcations required by current regulations

relative to worker health and safety in the workplace.

MANUFACTURER’S TECHNICIAN.

A qualiﬁed technician sent by the Manufacturer

and/or Dealer who is authorized to provide required technical assistance, to perform

routine and extraordinary maintenance operations and/or operations not referred to in

this Instruction Manual which require speciﬁc and detailed knowledge of the machine.

“AUTHORISED OPERATORS” MUST ONLY PERFORM TASKS ON THE MACHINE FOR WHICH

THEY ARE SPECIFICALLY TRAINED AND QUALIFIED.

sivamente operazioni sugli organi meccanici, idraulici e pneumatici per effettuare

regolazioni, manutenzioni e/o riparazioni anche con le protezioni disabilitate (con il

consenso del responsabile della sicurezza) nel rispetto assoluto delle istruzioni riportate

nel presente Manuale Istruzioni o altro documento speciﬁco fornito esclusivamente dal

Fabbricante.

Deve essere dotato dei Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale previsti nel

par.5.7

MANUTENTORE ELETTRICO.

È un tecnico qualiﬁcato (elettricista in possesso dei
