Scotle IR360 PRO V3 Brief Introduction
Scotle IR360 PRO V3 is a 3 in 1 multi-functional BGA Rework Station
with hot air head, infrared head and an 80w soldering iron .

Scotle IR360 Pro Main Features:
Scotle IR360 PRO V3 functions and outstanding features as below:
1.It is with three independent temperature zones, top temperature zone
can use dark infrared or hot air heater for your preference, the lower is
hot air heater and bottom is large infrared pre-heater. It can be easily used
in leaded and lead free rework.

2.It is with infrared ceramic preheating system which can bake damp
PCB board and chips independently and its preheating area can be
adjusted according to PCB.
3.High-power cross-flow cooling system to accelerate the preheating
zone cooling, to ensure the success rate of continuous de-soldering.
4.Bottom hot air nozzles follow the high-tech rework station’s mature
design.
5.Using high-tech temperature control program.
6. Preheating control is with optimized design to ensure the preheating
temperature won’t overheat.
7.Dual LED light design, more convenient to observe the reworking
process.
8. 80W soldering iron is added and can be used independently when
needed.

9. Scotle IR360 PRO is with two thermocouple outlet one for hot air and
one for infrared. With higher efficiency for both.
Installation of Scotle IR360 Pro V3
1.Installation
Place Scotle IR360 on a stable and smooth rework bench which can avoid
bottom deformation and large noise.
Place the rework station in a room which the breeze flow is <2 m/s. This
can lessen affect caused by breeze flow and improve reworking
efficiency.
2.Scotle IR-360 Maximum power consumption is 3450W ， average power
consumption is 2000W ， please check your power socket .
3.Scotle IR360’s Maximum heating temperature is 400 degrees, please
make sure no flammable materials around it when use it.
4. Don’t use the BGA rework station in a dusty room which can
accelerate the heating element aging.
5. Please keep the room air ventilation when use solder flux in reworking
because the heated solder flux will disseminate some harmful gases.
