1. SAFETY
WARNING! Only suitable for automotive circuits. NOT suitable for 110-230V applications.
9999 Observe standard workshop safety procedures when using.
WARNING! The Fuse blade may become hot during testing. Allow to cool before removing.
WARNING! DO NOT exceed Maximum Load: 20A/48V for Max 10sec.
9999 Ensure vehicles ignition, is switched OFF, before connecting or disconnecting tester.
9999 Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.9Keep tools and other items away from the engine, and
ensure you can see the battery and working parts of engine clearly.
9999 Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
9Remove ill fitting clothing. Remove ties, watches, rings and other loose jewellery. Contain or tie back long hair.
9Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.
9899 DO NOT disassemble. Tester must be checked by qualified service personnel only.
9899 DO NOT get wet or use in damp or wet locations or areas where there is condensation.
9899 DO NOT use for any purpose other than for which it is designed.
8DO NOT pull by the cables to free from the fuse terminals.

9When not in use store in a safe, dry, childproof location.

4. OPERATION
4.1. Measuring
4.1.1. With the vehicle ignition OFF, remove the fuse from the circuit to be tested
and insert it into the fuse jack (fig.1.2), this ensures the correct level of
circuit protection.
4.1.2. Insert the plug into the vehicle fuse socket.
4.1.3. Switch on the vehicle ignition if required, to energise the circuit and then switch
on the tester fig.1.5.
4.1.4. Operate the circuit under test and the LCD will display the measured current.
WARNING! The Fuse blade may become hot during testing. Allow to cool
before touching.
