Face Lift & Firmer
Instruction Manual

Thank you for purchasing the Face Lift and Firmer.
The Face Lift and Firmer tones the facial muscles and helps lift the face to reduce signs
of ageing by stimulating the muscles with electronic muscle stimulation (EMS) technology
combined with stimulating LED red light therapy.
EMS induces strong and deep facial contractions that mimic nerve signals to exercise
and tone your facial muscles. The LED red light stimulates cells to increase collagen and
elastin production to plump and firm the skin, smoothing the appearance of fine lines
and wrinkles and giving a natural facelift from the inside out.

Directions For Use
• Time: Auto shut-off function, you can select from 5/10/15/20/25/30 minutes.
• Mode: Pre-set with 6 programmes, press this button to select the desired programme.
• High/On: To switch on the appliance and to increase the intensity level from 1 to 10.
• Low/Off: To switch off the appliance and to decrease the intensity level from 10 to 1.
Inserting the batteries
• Open the battery door by sliding it gently downward.
• Insert 2 x AAA batteries into the battery compartment in
the correct position, observing the + and - signs on the
battery and the product.
• Close the battery cover.
Note: Remove the batteries if the batteries are not in
use for long periods.
Note: In the instance of battery leakage occuring
and coming into contact with the skin or eyes, wash
immediately with lots of water.

Operating the device
• Put on the headset from the back of the neck to the face.
• Once it is correctly placed on your face, the pads are adjustable to fit your face shape.
• Press the “High/On” setting to switch on the device and the LCD panel will illuminate.
• Press the “Mode” setting to select your desired programme. There are 6 modes to
select from. The LED red light will be automatically activated once you press the
“Mode” setting.
• Press the “High/On” or “Low/Off” setting to choose your desired intensity. The LCD
display will show the intensity level you have selected.
• Press the “Time” button to set the auto-off timer from 5/10/15/20/25/30 minutes.

Cleaning and Maintenance
• Switch it off before removing the batteries.
• Wipe the appliance with clean, dry cloth. Never immerse the appliance in water.
• Do not use any alcohol, acetone, petrol or abrasive cleaning agents.
• After cleaning, store in a dry place.
Servicing
There are no user serviceable parts inside this appliance. Always refer servicing to qualified
service personnel. If you drop or damage your product, do not use until it has been
inspected or approved by a qualified electrician.

Important Cautions and Warnings
Please read all the instructions before use and pay particular attention to any warnings.
• Make sure your hands are dry when connecting the appliance to the power supply.
• DO NOTuse for longer than the recommended time.
• This appliance is designed for domestic use only.
• Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• DO NOT place over the front of neck or mouth.
• The appliances are NOT waterproof and CANNOT be used in the shower.
• This product is not aimed to be used by persons (including children) with impaired
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lacking experience and/or know-how unless
they are supervised by or have received instructions from a person who is responsible
for their safety, regarding how the appliance should be used.
• Keep it out of children’s reach. Children should be supervised to ensure that they DO
NOT play with the appliance.
• DO NOT use the appliance if it is damaged or broken to avoid injuries.
• DO NOT clean the appliance by immersing it in water.
• The treatment process should always feel pleasant. If your eyes or facial muscles start
twitching, reduce the intensity level to a comfortable level.
Keep these instructions safe for future reference.

Important Safeguards
• Do not use where sensory nerve damage is present by a loss of skin. Some persons
may experience skin irritation or hypersensitivity due to the electrical stimulation or
electrical conductive medium used.
• Do not use following recent surgery.
• Do not use if pregnant and during a period.
• NEVER use directly on chapped, swollen or inflamed areas, or if suffering from skin
diseases, irritations or if taking steroid based medication.
• Do not use after childbirth. Wait at least 90 days after the birth of your baby and
consult your Doctor first.
• Do not use if you suffer from heart problems or heart disease.
• Do not use if you have suspected or diagnosed epilepsy.
• Do not stimulate over the carotid sinus nerves (or any part of the front of the throat)
especially in persons with known sensitivity to the carotid sinus reflex.
• Do not use over recent scar tissue.
• If you feel any discomfort whilst using this appliance, discontinue use and consult your
Doctor.
Warranty
This product is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, against
mechanical and electrical defects, when registered at www.sensiospa.com within 28 days
of purchase. NB: Non-registered products are guaranteed for a period of 1 year.
It is particularly important that you carefully read the instructions provided, in order to get
maximum use from this product.
This guarantee is only valid if the appliance is used solely for domestic purposes in
accordance with the instructions and provided that it is not connected to an unsuitable
electricity supply, dismantled or interfered with in any way or damaged through misuse.
Under this guarantee we undertake to repair or replace free of charge any parts found to
be defective.
This guarantee is only valid with your original sales receipt as proof of purchase. You may
wish to attach the receipt to this card for ease of reference and to avoid accidental loss.

In the unlikely event of a fault or mechanical defect in material and workmanship within the
12 months of purchase the product should be returned to the retailer for replacement.
If the fault develops after 12 months and within 24 months from the date of original
purchase and you have registered your product online within 28 days of purchase, you
should contact customer services quoting the products model number and batch code.
This information can be located on the underside or back of the product. The batch code
will be stated in an YYWW format (e.g. 1133).
For spare parts please contact customer services quoting the product’s model number and
batch code. They will give you up-to-date prices.
Warranty Exclusions
1. Batteries and damage from leakage is not covered by the terms of the guarantee.
2. The warranty does not cover acts of God such as fire, floods, hurricanes or tornadoes
or use for rental or commercial services.
This guarantee does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
This guarantee is only valid within the UK and Ireland. Nothing in this guarantee or the
instructions relating to this product excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory
rights.
In line with our policy of continuous product development we reserve the right to change
the product, packaging and documentation specifications without notice.

ACCORDANCE WITH EC DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC
At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must
be taken to a special local authority differentiated waste collection centre or to a dealer
providing this service. Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible
negative consequences for the environment and health, deriving from inappropriate
disposal and enables the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain significant savings
in energy and resources. As a reminder of the need to dispose of household appliance
separately, the product is marked with crossed-out wheeled dustbin.
