Before Starting Assembly, please
read the following:
SEP 60 ST is a single-use product. It should
be replaced as directed to ensure its vital
environmental and legally protective
functions are performed correctly.
SEP 60 ST has been designed to clean
condensate from a compressor system of
up to 60cfm (1.7m3min) to better than
10ppm oil-in-water; suitable for discharge
to a sewer. Note: his is generally
well below the accepted level, but it
is the users responsibility to ensure
compliance with local regulations.
Other size inlet ports are availble as shown
above. Please specify when ordering.

Fix the wall plate vertically on a
suitable wall or the compressor
cabinet. Isolate the compressor
and look out for cables and pipes
when drilling.

Slide the SEP60 on to the plate,
with the venting flutes at the top.
Connect all drain points, insert tube
into push fitting in the inlet (top).
• 6mm tube for metric
• 1
/ 4” tube for imperial
INLET
Connect tube into outlet fitting and
feed to drain (side). Ensure a
steady fall from outlet point to
drain with no kinks or tight bends.
• 10mm tube for metric
• 3
/ 8” tube for imperial
I portant Always use an auto atic drain. Set timers to short open periods of one second or less.
NEVER use manual drains which could flood the separator, forcing partially treated or untreated condensate to be discharged.

Ensure the condensate
drain(s) are switched off.
Disconnect inlet and
outlet tubes from their
quick fittings
Lift SEP 60 S from the
wall plate.
Push fit the retained
disposal lid (that came
with your kit) onto the top
of the unit.
Insert transit plug into outlet.
(this comes with each kit)
Please note this is designed
to create a tight seal and
cannot be removed once
inserted.
Unit is now sealed for
transport to a licensed
waste disposal site.
Refit the new SEP 60 S to
the existing wall plate and
connect as before.
