Coffee recipe
⑦Extracting is completed with beep sound.

⑧Remove capsule and water in capsule holder.
Extracting can generate small amount of water in
capsule holder under normal operation.
⑨Add the “HOT”, “COLD” or “AMBI.” Water on
user’s preference.
For iced coffee, we recommend that you take ice
cubes first and extract coffee.
1 shot means a cup of extracted espresso.

Iced
Americano
Iced Americano, a type of Americano with slightly
more bitter and cleaner taste, is perfect to cool
you down in summer.
It is made using coffee beans with a stronger
burnt avor that those for regular Americano.
Ingredients : Espresso arabica 100 (1 shot) + Ice (10 cubes) + Water
(100 ml)
① Fill the glass with chilled ltered water and ice.
② Pour the espresso over the ice.
Affogato
Affogato is an Italian word meaning “drowned” or
“poached”.
It is a coffee-based dessert that usually takes the
form of a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with a
shot of hot espresso to conclude a main meal.
Ingredients : Espresso lunch (1 shot) + Ice cream (1 scoop)
① Put the 1 scoop of ice cream in the glass.
② Pour the espresso over the ice cream.
③ Put topping like nuts on user’s preference.
Iced
Caffe Latte
In Europe, a caffe latte, a coffee-based drink
made primarily from espresso and steamed
milk, is considered breakfast for people who feel
uncomfortable drinking regular coffee in morning.
Traditionally, it is prepared with less foam but
tastes softer and richer than cappuccino.
Ingredients : Espresso lunch (2 shots) + Ice (8 cubes) + Milk (120 ml)
① Put the 8 cubes of ice in the glass.
② Add the chilled milk.
③ Pour the 2 shots of espresso over the ice.
Shakerato
Shakerato is an Italian word meaning “shaking”.
A shakerato is a coffee drink prepared by shaking
hot espresso with ice and creating dense crema
articially.
It tastes very soft and smooth even to people who
do not love the bitter and burnt taste of coffee.
Ingredients : Espresso morning (1 shot) + Ice (6 cubes) + Syrup (15 ml)
① Fill the cocktail shaker(Tumbler) with ice and syrup.
② Shake the cocktail shaker after pouring 1 shot of espresso.
③ Take the crema with coffee to the transparent glass.
Iced
Vanilla Latte
The combination of caffe latte and vanilla syrup
allows people to enjoy both the rich avor of milk
and the soft and sweet taste of vanilla syrup.
Ingredients : Espresso morning (2 shots) + Milk (120 ml) + Ice (10
cubes) + Vanilla syrup (20 ml)
① Put the vanilla syrup in the glass.
② Add the ice and milk.
③ Pour the espresso slowly in the glass.
Caffe Mocha
A caffee mocha is a chocolate-avored coffee
drink originally from Yemen.
This coffee drink is based on espresso and hot
milk with added chocolate which makes it sweet.
Usually it is made using coffee beans with a
stronger burnt avor to create a drink tasting bitter
but sweet.
Ingredients : Espresso arabica 100 (1 shot) + Milk (100 ml) + Ice (6
cubes) + Chocolate sauce (15 ml)
① Put the chocolate sauce in the glass.
② Pour the espresso to melt the chocolate sauce.
③ Pour the milk into the glass and quickly stir it. And then add the ice.
④ Put the whipping cream on the top and decorate it on user’s preference.
Espresso
Con Panna
Espresso con panna, a single or double shot of
espresso topped with whipped cream, perfectly
combines the sweetness of whipped cream with
the full and rich coffee avor of espresso.
It becomes sweeter as time passes.
Ingredients : Espresso morning (1 shot) + Whipping cream
① Extract the espresso in the warm demitasse glass.
② Put the whipping cream rapidly.
Yuzu
Americano
Adding honey yuzu to Americano creates a
perfect combination between the bitter avor of
coffee and the sweet and sour taste of yuzu.
Ingredients : Espresso arabica 100 (1 shot) + Honey yuzu (4 spoons) +
Ice (10 cubes) + Water (100 ml)
① Put the 4 spoons (Tea spoon) of honey yuzu and water in the glass and
stir them.
② Put the 10 cubes of ice.
③ Extract the espresso and pour it in the glass.
Putting extra 10 ml of hot water can easily melt the honey yuzu.
Caffe vienna
This popular traditional cream-based coffee drink
helps people meet the ideal combination of the
bitter avor of coffee with sweet and soft cream.
It becomes sweeter as time passes.
Ingredients : Espresso arabica 100 (1 shot) + Sugar (5 g) + Hot water
(75 ml) + Ice (8-9 cubes)
① Put the hot water in the warm glass.
② Put the sugar and stir it.
③ Add the 1 shot of espresso and put the whipping cream on it.
④ Decorate it on user’s preference adding cinnamon, nuts or syrup.
