Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Relax Wrap. The Relax Wrap is a product of high
standard that will last a long time if properly used and handled. There are four
heat settings level, the Relax Wrap has a safety switch that will switch off
automatically after 120 minutes.
The heat is regulated to ensure a permanent even heat distribution. If in use
you will not experience the changes between on and off, or heating up and
cooling down. A sensor cable provides for double protection against
overheating.
The product is tested according to European standard and therefore
technically safe. Please read the safety advice in your user manual.

The appliance is not to be used by children or persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
Children being supervised not to play with the appliance.
HOW TO USE
Relax Wrap is specifically designed to fit the neck and shoulder area, where
users experience the most physical signs of tension and stress. Drape Relax
Wrap comfortably on your shoulders making sure that the neck flap is properly
in place. Weighted edges and inter-grated magnets help to secure Relax Wrap
in place. Note: This Relax Wrap utilizes magnets to fasten at the neck area.
Remove necklaces and other metal accessories that could become attached
to these magnets.
Make sure Connection Clutch (7) is securely connected.
The Relax Wrap is used for well-being and not for any medical purposes. Heat
influences the blood flow and relaxes the muscles. The Wrap itself can be
removed for washing.
Turn on heat
Put plug into 220V AC electrical outlet. The Relax Wrap is ready for use.
Select from 4 heat settings by pressing ON/OFF button successively to
achieve desired heat level. To turn off, you must scroll through the remaining
heat settings by pressing the ON/OFF button sequentially. The 4 heat settings
with different LED indicators:
- The green LED indicated for Warm level.
- The yellow LED indicated for Lower level.
- The orange LED indicated for Medium level.
- The red LED indicated for High level.

Note: If the heat level indicators do not light up or stay on, the plug or control
connector may not be firmly and completely connected. Unplug from wall
outlet, check the Wrap connection again and re-plug into outlet.
Automatic switch off
120 minutes after switching on, the Relax Wrap will switch off automatically. If
the Relax Wrap should stay in use, you have to press ON/OFF button again.
Attention: Extended use may lead to burned skin.
Using Moist Heat with Relax Wrap:
In some cases, you may find that moist heat provides more comfort and
tension relief. When using moist heat, you should protect furniture and
clothing from becoming damp.
1. Dampen one side of the Relax Wrap with water by patting the surface with
a wet sponge or cloth or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist. Do not
thoroughly soak Wrap.
2. Do not spray or dampen the connector as per drawing 2.
DANGER: Do not immerse Wrap or connector in water or place under running
water.
Failure to comply may result in product failure and/or personal injury.
Note: The electrical connector must be thoroughly dry before establishing
electrical connection.

Maintenance and Storage
The Relax Wrap can be washed in the washing machine after removing the
Controller. Remove the mains cable at the connection clutch (7). You may
return the Relax Wrap either to its shipping carton or store flat in a cool, dry
place. Take care not to damage the surface of the Relax Wrap with sharp
objects. The control unit must not be allowed to wash.

do not place heavy or edged objects on the Relax Wrap, which may
damage or bend the electrical wires inside the Relax Wrap (eg. Suit
cases )
Keep plug and connecting cable dry at all times.
The switch will get warm and therefore should not be covered, danger
of overheating.
Persons who only experience heat to a certain level should only use
the Relax Wrap under supervision
If the Relax Wrap or parts of it are damaged the Relax Wrap should
not be used
After use pull plug out off power point
Do not place other heaters or heat producing objects onto the
switched on cushion.
Always supervise if used for children
Avoid creasing the appliance

Examine the appliance frequently for signs of wear or damage. If there
are such signs or if the appliance has been misused, return it to the
supplier prior to any further use
This appliance is not intended for medical use in hospitals
If the supply cords damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a
hazard.
Do not use if wet.
When storing the appliance, allow it to cool down before folding.
Do not crease the appliance by placing items on top of it during
storage.
When the heating cushion is likely to be used for an extended period,
for instance by the user falling asleep, controls should be adjusted to a
setting recommended for continuous use.
The detachable control unit is only to be used with the types that are
marked on the appliance

Guarantee
The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of purchase and covers all
manufacturers’ errors in material and quality. This guarantee only applies if the
instructions for use have been followed and becomes ineffective if force has
been applied to the appliance or it has been used in any but the correct and
proper manner, or if it has been serviced by any unauthorised person.
