Sharpdesk®personal document management software, users

Innovative Job Management
Sharp’s Document Filing System provides a 1 TB hard disk drive to store frequently used
files. With the thumbnail preview mode, stored jobs can be located and retrieved quickly. Easily
reprint retained jobs, combine jobs, repaginate jobs, edit pages and more. For environments
with critical documents, a redundant back-up hard drive is available.

capacity speeds through large projects, giving you complete control
over deadlines. Need robust booklet making? Choose the MX-FN22
4,000-sheet saddle stitch finisher with 100-sheet stapling capacity,
which can produce up to 80-page saddle-stitched booklets.

The MX-CF11 two-tray inserter option enables you to insert covers and
pre-printed documents into your job for producing professional booklets and
other complex documents.

Create professionally bound documents in-house with the optional
GBC SmartPunch ProTM. With up to 9 punch styles, your business
can produce ready-to-bind documents at speeds up to 120 ppm.
