Introduction
The ShoreStation® ToonRail system is designed to help guide your pontoon into the boat lift, stop it with the motor stop,
and lift the boat under the deck. It’s adjustable to fit almost any pontoon or tritoon. The aluminum makes it strong and rust
free while the poly covering is boat friendly.
HA0202 fits Aluminum “V” Cradles on 3,000 – 7,000 lb. lifts
HA0204 fits Steel “V” Cradles on 3,000 – 6,000 lb. lifts
HA0211 fits Boat House & Pile Mount lifts with Flat Tube or 8 inch I-Beam Cradles

Adding ToonRail system to Boat Lift
Step #1 –Organize Parts
Cut the banding, open the bundles, and sort the bag of hardware by size.
HA0202 & HA0204 - see Step #2A and #3A
HA0211 - see Step #2B and #3B
Tools Required
9/16” Wrench and Socket
3/4” Wrench and Socket
Tape Measure
Cordless Impact or Drill

Step #2A –Attach Brackets to Platform
Slide the U-bolts through the brackets and around the cradle tube as shown. The brackets go toward the inside of the boat
lift, and there are right and left brackets so be sure to use the correct brackets. The support tubes should be straight
vertical. Use a 3/4 Wrench to start the U-bolts, but do not tighten.
Step #2B –Attach Brackets to Platform
Slide the 3/8-16 x 7 hex head bolts through the brackets and around the cradle tube as shown. The bracket with the
support tube goes toward the inside of the boat lift. Use a 9/16 wrench to start the bolts, but do not tighten.
Step #3A –Insert Support Tubes
Insert a 1/2-13 x 3 1/2 hex head bolt through the bracket and support tube as shown and tighten the washers and locknuts.

Step #3B –Insert Support Tubes
Insert the 1/2-13 x 3 1/2 hex head bolt through the bracket and support tube as shown and tighten the washers and
locknuts.

Make sure all support tubes are the same height.
Step #4 –Attach ToonRails
Insert two ½-13 x 1-1/2 carriage bolts into the T-slot of the ToonRail and slide them toward a support tube. Use a ¾ wrench
to start the washer and locknut, but do not tighten. Insert two more carriage bolts and slide them toward the other support
tube. Again, start the washer and locknut but do not tighten. Repeat with the other ToonRail.

Step #5 –Attach Motor Stop
Insert two ½-13 x 1-1/2 carriage bolts into the T-slot on the long end of the ToonRail and slide them near the end caps.
Place the motor stop tube into the brackets and put the carriage bolts through the bracket. Use a ¾ wrench to start the
washers and locknuts, but do not tighten.
Step #5 –Adjust and Tighten
Adjust the ToonRails to fit and center your boat. Make sure the motor stop is centered, the “NOT A STEP” decal is facing up,
and self-tap the screws into the motor stop. After everything is in a sufficient position, tighten all the hardware and load
your boat. Make adjustments as needed.
