Proper Use
This radio frequency transmitter has been
designed to be used only with Silentsystem®
branded devices. LEM International s.r.l. reserves
the right not to provide support if malfunctions
arise due to improper use.
Before using the transmitter, it is advisable
to carefully read the instructions. We strongly
recommend to retain this manual.
For Your Safety
Please read carefully and observe important
safety information listed below.
• DO NOT disassembly or modify this item .
Disassembly can result in serious injury.
If the item sustains any kind of damage
please contact LEM International s.r.l. for
instructions for sending it back to repair;
• Keep Dry . DO NOT allow this item to become
wet or handle it while you have wet hands.
DO NOT use this product outside when it’s
raining. Failure to obey this warning can very
easily result in electric shock to yourself or
others;
• DO NOT use this product near open flames or
ignitable gasses . This is an electronic device
which can cause a static charge. This can
ignite any flammable gas present. Failure to
obey this warning can very easily result in
electric shock to yourself or others;

DO NOT store or transport this item in an hot
environment . Do not store this item in the
direct sun or in an hot area such as a hot
car or near a furnace or fireplace. Extended
exposure to heat can damage the electronics
in this item and cause malfunction which
can lead to shock;
• Use only the original power supply and be
careful with it . DO NOT plug or unplug the
item while you are wet. DO NOT damage,
disassemble, forcibly pull or place objects
on the top of the power supply. Check the
metal plug for dirt or debris and remove
any contaminates before plugging it in.
If the power supply suffers any damage
please contact LEM International s.r.l. for
instructions on how to obtain a replacement.
Using of a third party power supply can
result in damaging the transmitter, item
malfunction or injuries.

Preservation

for some time, please remove the antenna

This System (in all its components) is covered
by a warranty for a period of 12 months starting
from the date of purchase.

Components
The UPPER SURFACE incorporates the Display which shows the transmission channel, the Channel
Selector, a convenient Bluetooth LED and the Bluetooth Function Activation key. The SIDE on the
other hand, features the potentiometer for Volume Adjustment, the inputs for the Microphone and
the Audio Source, an LED which indicates the low-battery status, the Power Switch and the DC12V
input for power supply. By observing the DETAIL, you can easily identify the key dedicated to the Mute
function and an LED indicating the status of the latter. Please note that is highly reccomendable to
NOT unscrew the antenna from it’s port on the back . While storing the transmitter, be delicate in
fitting all the parts in the pre cutted foam shape.

Battery
Being the transmitter intended for mobile use
mainly, make sure that the battery is sufficiently
charged to sustain the desired activity.
Please note that the maximum battery life is
approximately 8-10 hours and, over the time,
due to the natural deterioration of lithium it may
reduce.
It is advisable to recharge the battery in
environments with temperatures between 10° C
and 30° C. Charging in other environments may
not be as effective.
Power Supply &
Charging
Make sure that the Power Supply* (Pic. 2) is
connected to a power outlet and to the DC12V
port (Pic. 1) located on the SIDE of the transmitter.

* each Power Supply included with the transmitter
comes with a EU Plug (adapters not included).
To determine the charging status, observe the
Charging LED (Fig. 1) which will be red coloured
during the procedure, and green coloured when
charging is complete.
Powering On/Off
To turn on the transmitter, just slide the On/Off
Switch located on the SIDE of the transmitter
(Pic. 1), from the OFF to ON position. As soon
as the transmitter is properly switched on the
DISPLAY (Pic. 6) located on the UPPER SURFACE
(Pic. 1) will show the channel on which it
operates.
Consequently, to proceed with the shutdown,
slide the On/Off Switch from the ON to the OFF
position. It is recommended to disconnect the
Power Supply from the mains if the transmitter
is not in use.
Audio Source
Whatever audio source you want to transmit, it
must be connected to the Audio Input on the
SIDE of the transmitter (Pic. 1).
This means that if you have another type of
connector, you will need an adapter. Usually
most devices have a 3.5 mm output, so you
can use the AUX cable included in the package
(Pic. 3).

In order to transmit your voice, you need to
connect a microphone compatible with the
3.5mm port to the Mic Input located on the SIDE
of the transmitter.
In the SILENTSYSTEM® TX-300-MOBI kit you can
find respectively a Headband Microphone (Pic. 4)
or a Clip Microphone (Pic. 5), depending on the
choice made during the purchase phase (NEW
or REFURBISHED).
Volume Adjustment
Through the dedicated potentiometer located
on the SIDE of the transmitter it is possible to
adjust the dispensing volume.
Note that the volume of the audio source and
the microphone’s cannot be adjusted separately.
We therefore suggest to adjust the volume of
the audio source directly from it (eg. volume of
an MP3 player).
The transmitter will autonomously create a
“fade” effect when the user uses the microphone
to make the voice easy to understand.
Where necessary, it is possible to mute the
microphone, simply by using the Mute button,
located in Pic. 1 in the DETAIL. The convenient
LED when turned on, red coloured will point
out the function activation.

Channel Selection
With the device turned on, the audio source and
the microphone connected properly, by pressing
the Channel Selector located on the UPPER
SURFACE (Pic. 1) it is possible to switch from one
channel to another.
The integrated Display works as an identifier of
the transmission channel.

The same channel has to be selected on the
headphones to hear what is being broadcasted.
Bluetooth
The Bluetooth Activation button accessible on
the UPPER SURFACE of the transmitter allows
you to use a wireless audio source.
For each device that the user intends to use, it is
necessary to carry out the “Pairing” procedure
on a one-off basis.
By pressing and holding the Bluetooth Activation
button (with Bluetooth off), the LED located near
the key will begin to flash alternating between
red and blue colors. At this point, from the
dedicated menu on the device which you want
to use as Audio Source, select the TX-300-MOBI
item, and the LED once paired with the device
will set on the blue color .
Once the pairing procedure is completed, to
turn off the Bluetooth, as well as to turn it on
again, simply press the dedicated button for a
few seconds, when the static LED is on the blue
color .
Notes
There is a clip on the back of the transmitter
to secure it comfortably during physical activity.
However, we recommend using a dedicated
pouch or backpack.
It may be that some transmitters have a USB
port on the SIDE intended for the various
connectors. This has the sole purpose of solving
problems (debug) in case of malfunctions;
therefore it is not to be considered as Input for
the transmitter.
