Mainly used by the infantry as a soldier’s or officer’s
compass. Additional features include measuring scales
for positioning (GPS), graduated in mils and degrees

precision map work

This original mirror sighting compass is used by
defence forces all over the world. It has Romer scales
with plotting holes for finding and marking GPS
coordinates on the map and rubber feet so it won’t slide
on the map. Expedition 15 TDCL has a built in adjuster
for magnetic declination and it can also be used on
maps without meridians.

Ranger 16 is a perfect all-round mirror sighting compass
for navigation on land or at sea. Used by both infantry
and artillery as a soldier’s or officer’s compass. Mirror
sighting increases accuracy in taking out bearings and
the transparent base plate makes map work easier.

functionality as a full sized mirror sighting compass. It’s
developed for Special Forces and others who prioritize
low weight, compact format and full functionality. The
pin-on function allows ready-for-battle-navigation, both
hands free to manage weapons and other equipment
while moving.

an optical precision sighting system and a SILVA 1-2-3
SYSTEM compass in the same unit, giving unbeatable
precision and versatility in the field. Bearings can be
