EX10 SERIES
New Design, New Look and New 45º Accumotion Technology are the key features of the new ex10 series
‘neck lanyard’ pedometers. The ex10 step is your basic but highly accurate step counter and if you also
want to measure your distance the ex10 distance should be your choice. The ex10 plus combines all of
the above features together with calorie counting to give you the perfect ‘low cost’ fitness coach.

1. Show display
2. Reset pedometer by pressing MODE and SET button simultaneously
3. Explain step filter function. The pedometer has a 10 second filter. Movement within this time will not be registered or shown on
the display.
4. For ex10 distance and plus: Go to distance menu by pressing MODE. Show how to set stride length by pressing SET and then
pressing MODE repeatedly to increase stride length. Finish by pressing SET or wait 5 seconds.
5. For ex10 plus: Show calorie and timer menu by pressing MODE button repeatedly.
6. Open battery lid and pull out battery holder
7. Push the batteries back in place and close the lid
