Introduction
Children sitting on back seats are safer than when they sit on the
front passenger seat.
Unlike adults, development of bones and muscles in children is yet
not complete. Children are therefore exposed to much higher risk
of injury.
To reduce the risk, children whose body height does not exceed
150 cm and weight 36 kg shall only be transported in child safety
seats!
Use child safety seats that comply with the ECE-R 44 Regulation.
The ECE-R 44 Regulation means: regulation of the Economic Com-
mission for Europe.
Child safety seats that comply with the ECE-R 44 Regulation are
identified with an undetachable symbol: capital E in a ring with the
test protocol number underneath.
Follow the national legal regulations for the use of
child safety seats.
Children whose body height does not exceed 150 cm
and weight 36 kg must be during the drive secured in
a child safety seat that corresponds with their body
proportions => Categorization of child safety seats in
groups, page 18.
In no case transport children (or infants) on your lap!
Only one child can be fastened in one child safety seat.
Never leave a child in your vehicle unattended. Under
certain external weather conditions temperatures in a
vehicle can achieve values that jeopardize human life.
Never let a child be unsecured during the drive in the
car. In case of an accident the child would be thrown
in the vehicle space and could severely or even fatally
harm itself or other passengers.
When children lean over or do not sit right during the
drive, they expose themselves to an increased risk of
injury in case of an accident. This mainly applies to
children that are transported on the front passenger
seat - if the airbag system activates, severe up to fatal
injuries may occur!
Follow unconditionally the instructions of the child
safety seat manufacturer in terms of fastening the
seat belts. Wrongly guided safety belts may cause
injuries even in case of minor accidents.
Check the way of guiding the belts in the car. Make
sure that the safety belt is not damaged by being
guided over sharp edges.
If you want to place a child safety seat on the front
passenger seat, in which the child must sit with his/
her back towards the direction of the drive, it is abso-
lutely necessary to deactivate the front passenger air-
bag. Additional information => Use of the child safety

In case of a traffic accident under a striking speed over
10 km/h, the child safety seat may suffer a damage
that need not be visible. It is absolutely necessary
that you replace such child safety seat. Make sure it is
disposed of properly.

Use of child safety seat on the front
passenger seat
For safety reasons we recommend that you use the child safety
seat always on the back seats.
If you want to place a child safety seat in which the child sits with
his/her back towards the direction of the drive, you have to follow
the below instructions:
Deactivate the front passenger airbag => Instruction Manual.
Slide the front passenger seat all the way back.
Adjust the backrest of the front passenger seat to vertical position.
Adjust the height adjustable front passenger seat as high as
possible.
Adjust the safety belt of the front passenger seat as high as
possible (does not apply to the child safety seat fastened with the
ISOFIX system).
If you want to place a child safety seat, in which the
child sits with his/her back towards the direction of
the drive, on the front passenger seat, it is absolutely
necessary to deactivate the front passenger airbag.
If the front passenger airbag is active, never use such
child safety seat on the front passenger seat in which
the child sits with his/her back towards the direction
of the drive. This type of car seat is located in an area
which will be hit by the activated front passenger air-
bag. In this case, the airbag can severly or even fatally
harm the child.
This danger is notified also by a sticker that is located
on the middle bodywork column on the front passen-
ger side.
Once you have stopped using the child seat on the
front passenger seat, make sure that the front
passenger air bag is reverted to the fully functional
state.
When using the child seat in which the child is sitting
in the driving direction, the front passenger seat
needs to be in the topmost and rearmost position.
Set the back rest to vertical position. The air bag can
be enabled when the child seat is in this position.
Safety of children and side airbag
A child must not be in the area of the side airbag expansion. A
sufficient free space has to be between the child and the area of
the side airbag location so that the side airbag can provide the best
possible protection.
The child’s head may never be in the area of the side
airbag expansion - risk of injury!
Do not put any objects in the area of the side airbag
expansion - risk of injury!

Universal catgegory - seat is suitable for all approved
types of car seats.
The seat can be equipped with fastening lug of the
ISOFIX system.
Rear seats or the front passenger seat can be
equipped with fixing lugs for the TOP TETHER system.
Child safety seats with ISOFIX
system
There are two fixing lugs between the back rest and the front
passenger seat base which can be used to fix child seats with the
ISOFIX fixing system.
There are two fixing lugs on the rear side seats which can be used
to fix child seats with the ISOFIX fixing system. The spots are
marked with labels reading ISOFIX.
A child seat with the ISOFIX fixing system may only be mounted
into the vehicle if it has been approved for that particular vehicle
type. Please contact your ŠKODA authorized partner for further
information.
For the KIDFIX 2 R child seat, we do not recommend separating the
back rest part of the child seat and using only the bottom part.
When mounting and dismounting a child safety seat
with the ISOFIX system it is necessary that you follow
the instructions of the child safety seat manufacturer.
Never fix any other child safety seats, belts or other
objects in the fastening lugs designed for mounting a
child safety seat with the ISOFIX fastening system -
danger to life!

When handling the child safety seat with the ISOFIX
system make sure not to damage the seats or other
parts of the vehicle interior.
Child safety seats with TOP TETHER
system
At the rear of the back rests of the side rear seats (as well as the
front passenger seat), there are fixing lugs used to fix the straps
of a child seat with the TOP TETHER system.
When mounting and dismounting a child safety seat
with the TOP TETHER system it is necessary that you
follow the instructions of the child safety seat
manufacturer.
Only use child safety seats with TOP TETHER system
on seats equipped with fastening lugs.
Always fix only one fastening belt of the child safety
seat to the fastening lug.
The fastening belt of the child safety seat must not be
fixed to other place than to the respective fastening
lug!
Under no circumstances you may make adjustments in
your car, e.g. mounting screws or another anchorage.
ISOFIX adaptor
The ISOFIX adapter is tested and approved for being combined
with BABY-SAFE i-SIZE plus.
Neither of the two parts may be used together with
other ISOFIX adaptors or child safety seat trays.

When using the child seat with a base equipped with a supporting
leg, make sure that the supporting leg is firmly set upon the floor
of the vehicle as opposed to being suspended in the air or lifting
the seat base off of the sitting surface.
Can be fastened by means of ISOFIX adaptor as long as the use of
the adaptor is approved universally or specificaůůy for the car. The
seat shall only be used in cars listed in the attached list of motor
vehicles. The list of vehicle types is updated regularly. Latest
versions are available at

Conclusion
Adhere to the user’s manual when handling the car child seat. We
would like to state explicitly that only genuine accessories and
spare parts may be used.
Depending on the load and set-up of the child seat, noise may
occur when driving, especially when unloaded.
Using child seats may leave marks of usage on certain sensitive
seat cover materials (e.g. Velvet, leather etc.).
When using child seats, it is necessary to take their negative
influence on the car seats (gall, wear etc.). The extent of this
effect depends on the extent of their usage. Potential galling/
deformity of the seat foam at the point of contact with the child
seat should mostly subside as the material recovers. This is a
natural effect and does not constitute a reason to file a
reclamation.

Úvod
Děti sedící na zadních sedadlech jsou ve větším bezpečí, než když
sedí na sedadle spolujezdce.
Na rozdíl od dospělých je vývoj kostí a svalstva dětí ještě nedokon-
čený. Děti jsou proto vystaveny mnohem vyššímu riziku zranění.
Aby se toto riziko snížilo, smějí být děti, jejichž tělesná výška nepře-
sahuje 150 cm a hmotnost nepřesahuje 36 kg, přepravovány jen v
dětských autosedačkách!
Používejte dětské autosedačky, které odpovídají předpisu ECE-R 44.
Předpis ECE-R 44 znamená: předpis Evropské hospodářské komise
(Economic Commission for Europe - Regulation).
Dětské autosedačky, které odpovídají předpisu ECE-R 44, jsou
označeny nesnímatelnou značkou: velké E v kroužku a pod ním
číslo zkušebního protokolu.
Dodržujte národní právní předpisy pro používání
dětských autosedaček.
Děti, jejichž tělesná výška nepřesahuje 150 cm a
hmotnost nepřesahuje 36 kg, musí být během jízdy
zajištěny v dětské autosedačce odpovídající tělesným
proporcím => Rozdělení dětských autosedaček do
skupin, strana 6.
V žádném případě nevozte děti (ani kojence) na klíně!
Do jedné dětské autosedačky smíte připoutat pouze
jedno dítě.
Nikdy nenechte dítě ve vozidle bez dozoru. Za určitých
venkovních klimatických podmínek mohou být v zapar-
kovaném vozidle takové teploty, které ohrožují život.
Nikdy nedovolte dítěti, aby bylo během jízdy ve vozidle
nezajištěné. V případě nehody by bylo dítě vrženo do
prostoru vozidla a mohlo by sebe nebo i jiné cestující
těžce, až smrtelně zranit.
Pokud se děti za jízdy předklánějí nebo nesedí správ-
ně, vystavují se v případě nehody zvýšenému riziku
zranění. To platí zejména pro děti, které přepravujete
na sedadle spolujezdce - při aktivaci systému airbag
jim mohou být způsobena vážná až smrtelná zranění!
Dodržujte bezpodmínečně pokyny výrobce autosedač-
ky pro správné připnutí pásů. Chybně vedené bezpeč-
nostní pásy mohou i při lehkých nehodách způsobit
zranění.
Zkontrolujte způsob vedení pásů ve vozidle. Dbejte
především na to, aby pás nebyl poškozen vedením
přes ostré hrany.
Pokud chcete na sedadle spolujezdce použít dětskou
autosedačku, ve které dítě sedí zády ke směru jízdy, je
bezpodmínečně nutné vypnout čelní airbag spolujezd-

Při nehodě rychlostí nárazu více než 10 km/h se mohou
vyskytnout poškození dětské autosedačky, která ne-
musí být vždy viditelná. Takovou dětskou sedačku bez-
podmínečně vyměňte. Zajistěte její řádnou likvidaci.

Použití dětské autosedačky na
sedadle spolujezdce
Z bezpečnostních důvodů Vám doporučujeme používat dětskou
autosedačku vždy na zadních sedadlech.
Pokud chcete použít dětskou autosedačku, ve které dítě sedí zády
ke směru jízdy, musíte dodržovat následující pokyny:
Deaktivujte čelní airbag spolujezdce => Návod k obsluze.
Sedadlo spolujezdce posuňte zcela dozadu.
Nastavte zádovou opěru sedadla spolujezdce do svislé polohy.
Nastavte výškově stavitelné sedadlo spolujezdce co nejvýše.
Bezpečnostní pás spolujezdce nastavte co nejvýše (neplatí pro
autosedačku připevněnou systémem ISOFIX).
Pokud chcete na sedadle spolujezdce použít dětskou
autosedačku, ve které dítě sedí zády ke směru jízdy,
je bezpodmínečně nutné vypnout čelní airbag
spolujezdce.
Pokud je zapnutý čelní airbag spolujezdce, nikdy
nepoužívejte na sedadle spolujezdce takovou dětskou
autosedačku, ve které sedí dítě zády ke směru jízdy.
Tento typ autosedačky se nachází v oblasti, do které
zasáhne aktivovaný čelní airbag spolujezdce. Airbag
může v tomto případě dítě těžce nebo smrtelně zranit.
Na tuto skutečnost upozorňuje také nálepka, která se
nachází na prostředním sloupku karoserie na straně
spolujezdce.
Jakmile již dětskou autosedačku na sedadle spolu-
jezdce nepoužíváte, zajistěte, aby byl čelní airbag
spolujezdce uveden do funkční pohotovosti.
Pokud použijete dětskou autosedačku, ve které
dítě sedí po směru jízdy, musí být sedadlo
spolujezdce posunuto zcela dozadu a nahoru.
Zádovou opěru nastavte do svislé polohy. Airbag
může být při této pozici dětské sedačky zapnutý.
Bezpečnost dětí a boční airbag
Dítě se nesmí nacházet v oblasti rozpínání bočního airbagu. Mezi dí-
tětem a oblastí uložení bočního airbagu musí být dostatečně velký
volný prostor, aby boční airbag mohl poskytnout co možná nejlepší
ochranu.
Hlava dítěte nesmí být nikdy v oblasti rozpínání
bočního airbagu - nebezpečí zranění!
Do oblasti rozpínání bočního airbagu neodkládejte
žádné předměty - nebezpečí zranění!

Dětské autosedačky jsou rozděleny do 5 skupin:

Univerzání kategorie - sedadlo je vhodné pro všechny
schválené typy autosedaček.
Sedadlo může být vybaveno upevňovacími oky systému
ISOFIX.
Zadní sedadla, případně sedadlo spolujezdce může být
vybaveno upevňovacími oky pro systém TOP TETHER.
Dětské autosedačky se systémem
ISOFIX
Mezi zádovou opěrou a sedákem sedadla spolujezdce se nachází
dvě upevňovací oka pro montáž dětské autosedačky s upevňova-
cím systémem ISOFIX.
Na zadních krajních sedadlech se nachází dvě upevňovací oka pro
montáž dětské autosedačky s upevňovacím systémem ISOFIX.
Místa jsou označena štítky s nápisem ISOFIX.
Dětskou autosedačku s upevňovacím systémem ISOFIX je možné
namontovat do vozidla pouze tehdy, pokud je tato autosedačka
pro daný typ vozidla schválena. Pro bližší informace se obraťte na
autorizovaného partnera ŠKODA.
U dětské sedačky KIDFIX 2 R nedoporučujeme oddělení zádové
části dětské sedačky a použití pouze jako podsedáku.
Při montáži a demontáži dětské autosedačky se
systémem ISOFIX bezpodmínečně dodržujte návod
výrobce dětské autosedačky.
Na upevňovací oka určená pro montáž dětské autose-
dačky s upevňovacím systémem ISOFIX nikdy neupev-
ňujte žádné jiné autosedačky, pásy nebo jiné předmě-
ty - nebezpečí ohrožení života!

Při manipulaci s dětskou sedačkou se systémem
ISOFIX dbejte na to, abyste nepoškodili sedadla nebo
jiné části interiéru vozidla.
Dětské autosedačky se systémem
TOP TETHER
Na zadní části zádových opěr zadních krajních sedadel, případně na
sedadle spolujezdce, se nacházejí příchytná oka pro připevnění
upevňovacích popruhů dětské autosedačky se systémem TOP
TETHER.
Při montáži a demontáži dětské autosedačky se
systémem TOP TETHER bezpodmínečně dodržujte
návod výrobce dětské autosedačky.
Dětské autosedačky se systémem TOP TETHER použí-
vejte pouze na sedadlech vybavených příchytnými oky.
K příchytnému oku připevněte vždy pouze jeden upev-
ňovací popruh dětské autosedačky.
Upevňovací popruh dětské autosedačky nesmí být
upevněn jinam než do příslušného příchytného oka!
V žádném případě nesmíte sami provádět ve Vašem
vozidle úpravy, např. montování šroubů nebo jiného
ukotvení.
ISOFIX adaptér
Adaptér ISOFIX je testován a schválen v kombinaci s BABY-SAFE
i-SIZE plus.
Žádný z obou dílů se nesmí používat spolu s jinými
adaptéry ISOFIX nebo vaničkami dětských sedaček.

V případě použití autosedačky se základnou vybavenou
podpěrnou nohou dbejte na to, aby podpěrná noha nevisela ve
vzduchu, ale pevně dosedla na podlahu vozidla a zároveň aby
nezvedala základnu autosedačky z plochy sedáku.
Upevnění pomocí ISOFIX adaptéru lze provést, pokud je použití
adaptéru schváleno univerzálně nebo specificky pro automobil.
Sedačka se smí používat jen v automobilech uvedených v
přilože-ném seznamu typů motorových vozidel. Seznam typů
vozidel se průběžně doplňuje. Nejaktuálnější verze jsou k dostání
na www.britax.eu nebo www.roemer.eu.

Závěr
S dětskou autosedačkou se musí zacházet podle návodu k použití.
Výslovně upozorňujeme na to, že se smí používat pouze originální
příslušenství, případně náhradní díly.
V závislosti na zatížení a nastavení dětské autosedačky může bě-
hem jízdy docházet k hlukovým projevům, zejména při provozu v
nezatíženém stavu.
U některých autopotahů z citlivého materiálu (např. samet, kůže
atd.) se mohou užíváním dětských autosedaček vyskytnout stopy
po užívání.
Při použití dětských sedaček je nutné z fyzikálních důvodů vždy
počítat s jejich negativním vlivem na sedadla vozu (otlaky, otěry,
atd.). Rozsah tohoto vlivu závisí na míře jejich používání. Případné,
vzniklé otlačení / deformace pěny sedadla v místě kontaktu s
dětskou sedačkou převážně odezní v rámci regenerace materiálu.
Jedná se o přirozený projev a není důvodem k reklamaci dětské
autosedačky.

Einleitung
Die Kinder, die auf der Rücksitzbank sitzen, sind mehr sicher als
wenn sie auf dem Beifahrersitz sitzen.
Im Unterschied zu den Erwachsenen ist die Entwicklung von
Knochen und Muskeln noch nicht abgeschlossen. Die Kinder sind
deshalb einem größeren Verletzungsrisiko ausgesetzt.
Um dieses Risiko zu verringern, dürfen die Kinder unter 150 cm und
unter 36 kg nur in Kindersitzen befördert werden!
Benutzen Sie die Kindersitze, die der ECE Regelung Nr. 44 entspre-
chen. Die ECE Regelung Nr. 44 bedeutet: Regelung der Wirtschafts-
kommission für Europa (Economic Commission for Europe - Regula-
tion).
Die Kindersitze, die der ECE Regelung Nr. 44 entsprechen, sind mit
einem permanenten Prüfzeichen versehen: Ein großes E im Kreis
und darunter die Prüfnummer.
Halten Sie die nationalen Rechtsvorschriften für die
Benutzung der Auto-Kindersitze ein.
Alle Kinder unter 150 cm und 36 kg müssen während
der Fahrt in einem den Körperproportionen entspre-
chenden Kindersitz gesichert werden => Kindersitz-
gruppen - Aufteilung, Seite 12.
Auf keinen Fall die Kinder (sowie Säuglinge) auf dem
Schoss sitzend transportieren!
In einen Kindersitz dürfen Sie nur ein Kind anschnal-
len.
Lassen Sie das Kind niemals im Fahrzeug ohne
Aufsicht. Unter bestimmten äußeren klimatischen
Bedingungen können im parkenden Fahrzeug solche
Temperaturen entstehen, die lebensgefährlich sind.
Niemals erlauben Sie dem Kind, dass es während der
Fahrt im Fahrzeug ungesichert ist. Bei einem Unfall
würde das Kind nach vorne geschleudert und könnte
sich selbst oder andere Passagiere schwer oder sogar
tödlich verletzen.
Wenn sich die Kinder während der Fahrt nach vorne
beugen oder nicht richtig sitzen, setzten sie sich im
Falle eines Unfalls erhöhter Verletzungsgefahr aus.
Das gilt vor allem für Kinder, die Sie auf dem Beifah-
rersitz transportieren - bei Aktivierung des Airbag-
System können sie ernst oder sogar tödlich verletzt
werden!
Beachten Sie unbedingt alle Anweisungen des Kinder-
sitzherstellers für ein richtiges Anschnallen der Gurte.
Nicht korrekt geführte Sicherheitsgurte können auch
bei leichten Verkehrsunfällen Verletzungen verursa-
chen.
Überprüfen Sie die Art und Weise der Führung der
Gurte im Fahrzeug. Achten Sie vor allem darauf, dass
der Gurt bei der Führung über scharfe Kanten nicht
beschädigt wird.
Im Falle, dass Sie einen Kindersitz auf dem Beifahrer-
sitz befördern wollen, in dem das Kind entgegen der
Fahrrichtung sitzt, muss der Front-Airbag des Beifah-
rers unbedingt deaktiviert werden. Weitere Infor-

Bei einem Unfall mit einer Aufprallgeschwindigkeit
über 10 km/h kann der Kindersitz beschädigt worden
sein. Diese Beschädigung muss nicht unbedingt
offensichtlich sein. Solch einen Kindersitz tauschen Sie
unbedingt aus. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass der Kindersitz
ordnungsgemäß entsorgt wird.
Verwendung des Kindersitzes auf
dem Beifahrersitz
Wir empfehlen Ihnen aus Sicherheitsgründen den Kindersitz immer
auf der Rücksitzbank zu benutzen.
Im Falle, dass Sie ein Kindersitz benutzen wollen, in dem das Kind
entgegen der Fahrrichtung sitzt, müssen Sie folgende Anweisun-
gen beachten:
Deaktivieren Sie den Front-Airbag des Beifahrers => Bedienungs-
anleitung.
Schieben Sie den Beifahrersitz ganz nach hinten.
Stellen Sie die Rückenlehne des Beifahrersitzes in aufrechte Posi-
tion ein.
Stellen Sie den höhenverstellbaren Beifahrersitz so hoch wie
möglich ein.
Stellen Sie den Sicherheitsgurt des Beifahrers so hoch wie möglich
ein (gilt nicht für einen mit ISOFIX-System befestigten Kindersitz).
Im Falle, dass Sie einen Kindersitz auf dem Beifahrer-
sitz befördern wollen, in dem das Kind entgegen der
Fahrrichtung sitzt, muss der Front-Airbag des Beifah-
rers unbedingt deaktiviert werden.
Im Falle, dass der Front-Airbag des Beifahrers aktiviert
ist, benutzen Sie niemals auf dem Beifahrersitz einen
Kindersitz, in dem das Kind entgegen der Fahrrichtung
sitzt. Dieser Kindersitz-Typ befindet sich im Bereich, in
den der aktivierte Front-Airbags des Beifahrers ein-
greift. Der Airbag kann in diesem Falle das Kind
schwer oder tödlich verletzen.
Auf diese Tatsache verweist auch das Etikett, das sich
an der Mittelsäule der Karosserie auf der Beifahrersei-
te befindet.
Wenn Sie den Kindersitz nicht mehr auf dem
Beifahrersitz verwenden, sorgen Sie dafür, dass der
Beifahrerairbag wieder aktiviert wird. Wenn Sie einen
Kindersitz in Fahrtrichtung verwenden, muss der
Beifahrersitz ganz nach hinten und ganz nach oben
geschoben werden. Die Rückenlehne in senkrechte
Position bringen. Wenn der Kindersitz so positioniert
ist, kann der Airbag eingeschaltet sein.
Kindersicherheit und Seitenairbag
Das Kind darf sich nicht im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung des Seite-
nairbags befinden. Zwischen dem Kind und dem Bereich der Sei-
tenairbagaustrittsöffnung muss genügend freier Raum sein, damit
der Seitenairbag den bestmöglichen Schutz gewähren kann.
Der Kopf des Kindes darf sich niemals im Bereich der
Seitenairbagaustrittsöffnung befinden - Verletzungs-
gefahr!
In den Bereich der Seitenairbagaustrittsöffnung legen
Sie keine Gegenstände ab - Verletzungsgefahr!

Universale Kategorie - der Sitz ist für alle zugelassenen
Kindersitz-Typen geeignet.
Der Sitz kann mit den Halteösen des ISOFIX-Systems
ausgestattet werden .
Die hinteren Sitze, ggf. der Beifahrersitz können mit
Befestigungspunkten für das TOP TETHER System
ausgestattet sein.
Kindersitze mit ISOFIX-System
Zwischen der Rückenlehne und der Sitzfläche des Beifahrersitzes
sind zwei Befestigungspunkte für Anbringung eines Kindersitzes
mit dem ISOFIX Befestigungssystem angeordnet. An den äußeren
hinteren Sitzen sind zwei Befestigungspunkte für Anbringung eines
Kindersitzes mit dem ISOFIX Befestigungssystem angeordnet. Die
Stellen sind mit ISOFIX-Schildern gekennzeichnet. Ein Kindersitz mit
dem ISOFIX Befestigungssystem kann ins Fahrzeug nur dann
montiert werden, wenn der Kindersitz für den jeweiligen
Fahrzeugtyp zugelassen ist. Für nähere Informationen wenden Sie
sich an Ihren autorisierten ŠKODA-Partner. Bei dem KIDFIX 2 R
Kindersitz wird es nicht empfohlen, den Rückenteil des Kindersitzes
zu entfernen und diesen nur als Sitzerhöhung zu verwenden.
Bei der Montage des Kindersitzes mit ISOFIX-System
befolgen Sie unbedingt die Anleitung des Kindersitz-
herstellers.
Zu den Halteösen, die für die Montage eines Kinder-
sitzes mit ISOFIX-System bestimmt sind, befestigen
Sie niemals andere Kindersitze, Gurte oder andere
Gegenstände - Lebensgefahr!

Bei der Handhabung mit einem Kindersitz mit
ISOFIX-System achten Sie darauf, dass sie die Sitze
oder andere Teile der Innenausstattung des Fahrzeugs
nicht beschädigen.
Kindersitze mit TOP TETHER System
Am Hinterteil der Rückenlehnen der äußeren hinteren Sitze, ggf.
am Beifahrersitz sind Befestigungspunkte für die Befestigung der
Befestigungsgurte eines Kindersitzes mit dem TOP TETHER
System angeordnet.
Bei der Montage und Demontage des Kindersitzes mit
TOP TETHER System befolgen Sie unbedingt die
Anleitung des Kindersitzherstellers.
Die Kindersitze mit TOP TETHER System benutzen Sie
nur auf den durch Halteösen ausgestatteten Sitzen.
Befestigen Sie zur Halteöse immer nur einen Haltegurt
des Kindersitzes.
Der Haltegurt des Kindersitzes darf nicht anderswohin
als in die dafür bestimmte Halteöse befestigt werden!
Auf keinen Fall dürfen Sie in Ihrem Fahrzeug Anpas-
sungen vornehmen, z.B. Schrauben oder andere Ver-
ankerung montieren.
ISOFIX-Adapter
Der ISOFIX Adapter wurde in Verbindung mit dem BABY-SAFE i-
SIZE plus Kindersitz geprüft und zugelassen.
Keiner von den beiden Teilen darf zusammen mit
anderen ISOFIX-Adaptern oder Babyschalen benutzt
werden.

Bei Verwendung eines Kindersitzes, der mit der Basis mit einem
Stützfuß ausgestattet ist, ist darauf zu achten, dass der Stützfuß
nicht in der Luft schwebt, sondern sicher auf dem Fahrzeugboden
aufliegt, und gleichzeitig die Basis des Kindersitzes nicht nach
oben von der Sitzfläche hebt.
Die Befestigung mithilfe des ISOFIX-Adapters ist möglich, wenn die
Benutzung des Adapters universal oder spezifisch für das
Fahrzeug zugelassen ist. Der Kindersitz darf nur in den Fahrzeugen
verwen-det werden, die im beigefügten Verzeichnis der
Kraftfahrzeugtypen aufgelistet sind. Das Verzeichnis wird laufend

Schluss
Mit dem Kindersitz ist nach der Bedienungsanleitung umzugehen.
Es wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass nur Originalzubehör,
bzw. Originalteile zum Einsatz kommen dürfen.
Je nach Belastung und Einstellung des Kindersitzes können
während der Fahrt Geräusche entstehen, vor allem beim Betrieb im
nicht belasteten Zustand.
Bei einigen Sitzbezügen aus empfindlichen Materialien (z.B. Samt,
Leder usw.) kann es durch Verwendung der Kindersitze zur
Entstehung von Abnutzungsspuren kommen.
Bei Verwendung der Kindersitze ist aus physikalischen Gründen
stets mit negativen Auswirkungen auf die Autositze (Druckstellen,
Abrieb usw.) zu rechnen. Das Ausmaß dieser Auswirkungen hängt
von der Nutzungsfrequenz ab. Ggf. entstandene Druckstellen/
Verformungen der Schaumfüllung des Sitzes an der Stelle, an der
es zum Kontakt mit dem Kindersitz kommt, verschwinden in der
Regel auf Grund der Materialelastizität selbstständig. Es handelt
sich um eine natürliche Erscheinung, die keinen Grund zur
Reklamation des Kindersitzes darstellt.
