Mount the HEALTHMINDER Fragrance
Dispenser using either the double-sided
mounting tape or screws.

Method 1
The unit is shipped with tape on the back
for mounting without screws. Make sure
the mounting surface is flat, clean and
dry. Remove protective strip from tape
and press dispenser firmly against the
mounting surface for about 15 seconds.
Remove front cover and press directly
against back plate for additional
15 seconds. Allow 4 hours to set
before using the dispenser.
Method 2
The unit can also be mounted using
screws. Select appropriate location and
insert screws through the back plate.

Two “D”
batteries
Step 1 – Insert fragrance bar under tab on
left retaining arm as shown above. Be sure
fragrance bar is against the spring-loaded
lever. The right retaining arm will need to
be pushed out to allow the fragrance bar
to be in final position.The fragrance bar
rests between the retaining arms and
upon the “teeth” at the bottom of the unit.
Step 3 – The unit can
be set to run at high,
medium and low
fragrance outputs to
suit your needs. Move
the setting switch to the
desired output of fragrance.

Step 2 – Install two “D” batteries.
Note: To check if batteries need replacing, push
test button. Fan should cycle on for a few seconds
indicating batteries are in working order.
Step 4 – Replace cover.
Note: As fragrance bar reduces in size, the
spring tension lever trips the low fragrance
indicator light switch.When the light is on,
it’s time to replace the fragrance bar.

Data Sheets.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
CAUTION: Eye irritant. May be harmful if
swallowed. DO NOT get in eyes.
DO NOT ingest. Contains fragrance oils.
FIRST AID: In case of eye contact,
immediately rinse eyes with water.
Remove any contact lenses, and continue
to rinse eyes for at least 15 minutes.
If irritation persists, get medical attention.
If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting.
Call a physician or Poison Control Center
immediately.
Store at room temperature away from
heat and open flames. Use only in Sloan
Ultra-Thin Fragrance Dispenser.

Caution
1. Keep the cover clean and free of dust
to maintain proper air flow.
2. Do not spray the dispenser with water
or harsh chemicals.This may result in
short circuits or corrosion.
3. Clean only with a damp, soapy cloth.
